Room was nice but will never come back - stayed for 3 nights and the room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. Smoke probably coming through ventilation from other rooms. Heavy smoke every night. Did not ask for a room change as I heard other "nonsmoking" room had the same issue. Frustrating and unacceptable. If you are a smoker, you can add 2-3 stars to the rating. Also the isolations are not European standard, you hear noises from all sides, could not sleep untill everyone else around me fell asleep. A very bad hotel for my preferences. Spa inconsistent. On one occassion I got a towel, the other time I had to return to my room to get it.

I stay at this hotel quite often and my experience is always great. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The hotel keeps strong health measures in these days which makes me feel safe. However, what I appreciate the most is the staff attitude. They are always very polite, professional and helpful. Any requests are fulfilled promptly (if at all possible). I always look forward to returning back.

Very new, very modern, with nice decoration. The bedroom is big with all comfort We need. The shower is big with window to the bed area.

Friendly and customer service oriented staff. We had a medical emergency but the way front desk staff and their Manager showed their care and cooperation was impressive. Good food and comfortable rooms. Thank you for giving us such a good experience. Keep it up!!

Positive points 1. There was misunderstanding about the room type that the reception handled it well. 2. Everyone could speak English well which is rare in Ankara!! Negative points 1. Breakfast could be better 2. One locker smelled weirdly bad, I had a short stay and didn't use that locker.

We just got breakfast thinking a chain hotel would have a good breakfast. It was bad and expensive compared to service.

It was a fantastic experience All the staff is amiable and helpful The room is quiet, and the bed is super comfortable. The hotel is near excellent restaurants and it is safe to walk around this area.

Hotel is very welcoming with a great atmosphere, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Didn't use all the facilities available however lobby area is very suitable as a work area. Recommend it for business purposes.

Unfortunately they label my suitcase incorrectly so it went to another room .they didn't know where it goes, until the lady brought my suitcase back to the lobby. As for the place itself, it's neat , clean and quiet.

I stayed in various rooms at this location for almost three months total, 2016-2017. The rooms and service were impeccable. Their luxurious, scrumptious breakfast every morning was bar none, the best I've had anywhere. It was an absolute pleasure staying here.

Very good hotel an amazing staff. Dincer was very helpful and professional! He went out of his way to help my dad who was traveling alone and did not know how to speak English or Turkish.

Hi Holiday inn Hotel in Ankara It was great experience in that Hotel but the carpets and rugs were not so clean .After check out I need to pray in hotel but there is not any prayer room for passenger in the hotel lobby. And the hotel breakfast was excellent . Employees was very polite.

Great service, however the television only had three channels and the a.c. was not available during the time of my visit. I had to sleep with the window open and hear the vehicle's noise all night.

Best front desk crews. The most helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, big and comfortable.
