This place seemed good. They told us it was 75 lira for one night for two people. We agreed to pay but it was busy in the lobby so he asked if we could wait to pay. we went up to the room and came back 10 min later. I gave them 100 lira and they gave me 25 back- perfect. We went to our room for the night and one hour later they called and said there was a problem, the room is actually 75 per person. We did not agree to this price in advance and would not have stayed had we known so we said we would like our 75 back and we will leave to find another hotel. The man got very angry and refused to give us the money back and demanded we give him 75 more to not stay. We agreed to call the police and talk about it. We explained what happened to 9 police officers and in the end they said we will not make you pay more but he does not have to pay you back. We did not stay here and for some reason it cost 75 lira to clean a spotless room.

Have great location, the reception is helpful and knows the basic of English, very close to kizily, the bad point is that, the room smells cigarette and be careful to not reserve economy rolls because these rooms is located in corridor and do not have windows and air conditioner. The standard room was OK. All in all, with this price, I think it's worth

Really poor rooms. No pillow cases, stains on the pillows and on the bed sheets. The person at the front desk is extremely rude if you have any sort of problem.

Very dirty, very noisy, the motion sensor light in the hallway shone right into my pretty poor bed. WiFi works, breakfast is included. If it were cheaper these things wouldn't be an issue but the cost was still rather high for the poor quality.

The hotel location is good but the air conditioning system only works work 3 hours a day. From 11 PM to 2 AM. The staff are very impolite and can not speak English. There is no room service and cleaning. I stayed 4 nights and there was no room service even for once. There is no towel in the bathroom. No facilities. I never recommend this hotel mostly because of the impolite and uncaring staff.

Good rooms but poor reception services, and no AC in rooms although its was mentioned in the ads, which is fraudulent.

It's a simple hotel. We didn't have aircon like stated in the booking. So we had to have the window open but then the mosquitos attacked us all night. The shower didn't work very well and took a long time to heat up. The bed sheets were relatively clean but still had stains. It's fine for 1 or 2 nights. We didn't go to the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Bad hygiene, no hot water, dirty beds

I usually dont give reviews.. but this hotel was so so bad, that i wanted to write about it... During the day time, an absolute RUDE guy sits at the counter.. who doesnt care about you.. just tells you to go to the room.. once you enter the room, no cleaning.. cigerrate buds all around.. no towel, bathroom stinking.. no heater on...just worst..not fit for even one night stay

Shower not working. Shower ceiling is leaking, toilet and wash basin leaking too. Room was very smelly. Location is very good.

Condition of rooms is so and so. You will have to ask for everything, like towel, slippers etc.

Really bad customer service and dirty! the pictures shown on the website looked elegant when I booked, But when I got to the hotel I was really shocked

It's like one of this cheap thriller movie's hotel. No AC, elevator is not working on some of the floors, there is a smell in the rooms.
