The air conditioner in the room was not working and when we asked to change the room, they said that there was no room available or even no one came to repair it 👎🏻 We didn't sleep until morning because of the heat 😩 And the rooms are very noisy Because the sound of cars is very annoying 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This must be the unfriendliest hotel staff I’ve ever met. The receptionist is so unapologetic. Didn’t give normal information about the spa, instead just told us to go downstairs to find out by ourselves. Then we asked for water. It took them half an hour and only because I called again 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ it wasn’t even for free although it should be. When I said I’d write a bad review, the staff said “I don’t care”. No one changed our towels. Breakfast food was not replenished so first came first served (although we came at 9:15 they ran out of some food and refused to add more). The spa staff also need to learn how to be more hospitable. Seriously, 4 stars is too much for this hotel. Disappointment.

They refuse to accept canadian or american visa, mastercard and rewuested cash or turkish visa we have to bay cash and every night we came back to find our room card canceled and we are looked out so someone has to reprogram it for ud Regarding maintinance it took them three days to fix the shower In general it was not a pleasant staying

I have been staying here for last two years. I always found this place a good option to stay in Ankara. This is situated in a very quite and serene place. The front desk staff are very cooperative and supportive. Hotel is clean and calm. I would prefer to stay here in my future visit.

Great accommodation. Clean, helpful service workers who speak in English - it is not so obvious in Turkey. Restaurants on the top floor floor with nice view and many dishes on breakfast. Close to main railway railway station. For me and my family simply 5 stars.

The hotel was great! We had a great time staying here. The location was 10 min by taxi or 1 hour by walking to the old city center of Ankara where you can find the most famous museums and locations in Turkey such 1st & 2nd TBMM, Ethnography Museum of Ankara, Anatolian Civilizations Museum, Augustus Temple and Haci Bayram Veli mosque, Ankara Castle, Koç Museum, and many more! The accommodations were great and the hotel was very clean. Even though the hotel was full, we felt like we were the only customers because it was very quite and the services were very fulfilling. We really appreciate all the kind, understanding, and diligent workers at Business Grand Hotel.

Worst hotel in Ankara they will scam you out of your money and try to add charges to your stay as you go along bad hospitality thretened to beat me up if I didn’t pay for my stay when I had already paid for my stay never ever go here it’s a common scam especially if your tourist . Had to update the review as clearly a well mannered educated British citizen who is also turkish and these people are claiming I’m lying I have no reason to lie if you don’t believe me book this hotel and see for yourself shouldn’t even be allowed 1 star

Never again!!! Definetly frustrating experience. The wall between the rooms are made from piece of paper. You can hear every step of your neighboor. Also the acoustic quality of the window is disgusting. Its like you sleep in street.

The location is good.not very clean .I found an insect on my sheet and blood on the towel.The bathroom is smelly.Whenever I call the reception and complain about something,they just say ok and they don’t help or solve the problem.

Hotel is inexcellent location at Cental Ankara. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious. Also there is a Turkish hammam and spa facilities available. Thanks for the team as they are all helpful.

Like most reviewers, I had an ok experience, the only issue I’ve is no heat, bathroom noisy fan and lack of internet service (the one they have is very very slow if you ever get a connection)

Actually, the hotel's location is almost in the centre of the town. Around it many shops located and easy to walk. Mostly foreigners prefer to stay there. Rooms're clean and convenient.

It’s a very cheap hotel in comparison to others, and the service is reflected accordingly to its price . If you are going in summer time , then I genuinely advice you to not take it ( it has no air conditioner and it’s super hot ) . Nevertheless , I believe that if it was winter time then it wouldn’t have been that bad. To emphasize , the service differed depending on who ran the front desk . But overall , it was very bad .

Horrible heating. I'm freezing at nights and days! Even the receptionist doesn't speak any English. And even the water was paid in the minibar!! Never try this even for free.
