Not recommend at all. Staff at counter was so rude, they even charge (Check-in fee) for my friend to visit my room for hardly 5 mins after which we went downstairs and sit in lobby WTH. There was not a single window in the room. Air condition wasn't working good and making noise like a car engine 🙄 no proper drainage for AC. Electric sockets were out of order. Before checkin I asked them where is the rest room in lobby and they replied why would we have rest room in lobby 🙆‍♂️ Variety in breakfast wasn't much :(

One of the worst hotels in Ankara; I booked a room for a friend there, but when he came, they refused and charged him a different rate. I would not at all suggest this hotel.

Very bad service and quality + dirty rooms

staff unfriendly and doesn’t help my bed was dirty and when I told them to clean it, they just told me nobody is here anymore to clean AC didn’t work half of the time I had to wait for 7 hours and had to ask multile times to get a towel wouldn’t recommend to anyone, even tho it’s cheap

I don't like bed was very bad and TV doesn't work , air conditioning with no Mando which is I can't use and switch plag 3of them was broker and is denggers to use , hair dryer didn't work

Staff was polite but they don't do anything to fix the issue. This was our second hotel which had AC problem. The fraud here is that they show you AC but it's actually just the fan with no compressor. However, they charge you full no matter what facilities were missing. We staying here for 3 days and told him that the AC is just the fan for which he replied 'No, AC is fine'. Then our AC stopped working after every 20-30mins to which the staff gave us false hopes that the technician is coming to fix blah blah. And we are talking about when the temperature outside was 38°C on average! Also, you can't refund your money if you want to change your hotel before checkout. So, book for may be one day in any hotel to see whether it's worth your money and then extend it.

We asked for towels for 3 days and we bought our own towels but only got the towels on the last day and when we got them one of the 2 was in pieces... I wouldn't use it to wipe my floor... also the place wasn't cleaned not once in the 4 days... the bed covers and pillows were yellow and dirt was in alot of places... even only 2 shampoo and 2 small soap bars we got in 4 days! Definitely not enaugh.. to be fair there was a good ac and an o.k breakfast and we got upgraded from a 2-bed room to a 3-bed room and from a room with no windows(idk how a room could have no windows) to a room with 3 windows... u be the judge.

Spacious room, clean and neat, food also good, its just like and old style hotel but still good to stay, as they maintenance and given good look with putting wallpaper, staf also kind.

I suggest you sleep on a park bench instead of this hotel!

Ok, first, the ac doesn't work. The bathrooms have a pool of water when showering, but that is it. The room service is good the clean it super nicely, the reception are great guy all nice and kind funny and layed back. The breakfast is really good for budget hotels, its is simple and plenty it's also made fresh most mornings. But the internet is a hit or miss. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE

No cleaning, air conditioning doesn't work, there is a bad smell in the entrance, lights are dimmed and some of them doesn't work

A bad experience. Bathroom was pathatic, even in shower area drain was not working. Even room service was informed but they didn't bother to attend the complaint. Bed mattress springs were hurting all the night, very uncomfortable bed. Location is good near to metro station.

Please stay away and find any other hotel. I've been to 5 different hotels in two weeks and this is the worst experience I've had so far. 1 star hotel

It is the best place to rent with affordable prices compare to the others places. It is within city center Kizilay. Just 8-9 minutes walk from Kizilay Shopping center(AVM). It has good Turkish breakfast.thanks

Room Services were not the same thing as they told us. Their breakfast was good enough!

Pleasant experience. All good. I cleaned the AC filters before starting it. You need to ask them to clean room. They won't knock your door. You also need to ask for more shampoo and toilet paper. You get too much for the price. Recommended
