The hotel does not qualify to be a 5 star hotel. May be 3 or so. Information not easily available. Most of the staff members are not courteous. Language is a big problem. Wifi is another big problem. Room was set to too high temperature which could not be adjusted. Many common facilities of a five star hotel not available. It's far from city centre. Food is ok. The campus is big and looks good. Taxi is easily available but that is normally the case in Ankara.

No breakfast after 10! We were not offered any alternatives. Made us feel unwellcome. As we had stayed there before we can now confirm that the hotel does not meet International Service Standards. I would guess that there simply is noone who knows what 5star service is.

It was a pleasure staying at the Bilkent Otel. The service was excellent, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I can recommend staying there, but keep in mind, that the public transport options are limited.

Location is not good because it is nearby a garden and pool that use for parties. The room was big and clean. Air conditioning system didn't work properly and the TV didn't work at all.

I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed. The parking space could be larger considering the area, but I still managed to find a space to park the car.

Went there for a prom. They often advertise themselves as home to many prom celebrations and all but service personel is quite a failure. Their option of unlimited alcohol is a joke because after a point they refuse to serve or just keep you waiting for your order. Since this was a prom with dinner I should also say their entrées are quite good but main course was a disaster. Has valets having physical fights with visitors.

Was there to give a training session. A bit old but functional hotel. The rooms were good and the bar and restaurant as well. No ATM on site so take cash before you arrive to pay the taxi (not all of them take cards). You'll need transportation to go to the city center.

My husband ordered non-smoking room. When he had arrived at midnight, hotel told him that they only have a smoking room which he did not accept. They offered him a deluxe room and made him pay the difference. Of course he could not argue on it, because it was midnight and because he had to sleep right away. Non smoking room is not a special request and YOU have to provide that room if you accepted reservation for it, otherwise you will have to upgrade for free. W requested the reimbursement and we will see where this goes. Don't waste your time here, just move your reservation to POINT hotel which is very close and gives 5 star service

Stinks of cigarette, poorly mantained and basic breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Excellent food, pool, pub, baths. Highly recommended hotel in Ankara.

Hotel service is pathetic as we stayed without Air conditioner almost suffocated without able to breath and had to open windows to get some rest. WiFi is installed for name sake and couldn’t even able to connect .I recommend not to stay at this hotel if you need peace of mind.
