I
am
going
to
the
perinatology
(risky
pregnancy)
department.
I
stayed
in
the
neurology
and
cardiology
departments
at
Bilkent
City
Hospital,
I
go
there
all
the
time,
I
was
very
happy
with
all
of
them,
but
the
perinatology
department
is
really
terrible.
Although
the
perinatology
department
is
a
department
with
a
low
patient
density,
it
is
really
funny
to
ask
a
pregnant
person
why
they
came
here
because
of
the
mentality
of
how
many
people
are
left
in
the
doctors'
offices.
They
don't
look
at
your
face,
they
are
indifferent.
They
may
see
pregnant
people
every
day,
but
I
will
be
a
mother
for
the
first
time,
there
is
not
the
slightest
interest,
not
even
a
smiling
face,
as
if
they
were
all
chosen.
Once
you
see
a
doctor,
you
never
see
him
again.
Every
time
you
come,
you
tell
your
whole
story
over
again.
I
am
a
person
who
had
a
stroke
and
had
a
heart
operation.
I
use
blood
thinner
injections.
They
still
tell
me
that
it
is
not
clear
whether
the
birth
will
be
normal
or
by
cesarean
section.
Who
decides
on
caesarean
section?
Is
he/she
such
an
unreachable
person?
I'm
in
my
36th
week,
there
is
time
depending
on
the
baby's
development.
I
guess
the
decision
will
be
made
at
the
time
of
birth.
Nobody
knows
about
each
other,
it's
a
very
disconnected
department.
If
something
happens
to
me
or
my
baby
due
to
their
indecisiveness,
who
will
be
held
accountable?
Then
why
do
the
patient's
relatives
go
crazy?
I
don't
have
anything
to
say
about
other
departments,
but
the
perinatology
department
is
really
bad
and
they
force
people
to
go
to
private.
Large
investments
have
been
made,
but
the
system
operation
is
problematic,
auditing
should
be
done
and
patient
satisfaction
should
be
taken
into
consideration.
