We went to the pediatric clinic for my daughter. In order to have a Covid test, if there is a fever within 24 hours, it is necessary to enter the first emergency room. We never waited. We went to the emergency department and our veiled doctor sister treated us very well. So we said, we have good doctors too. Humanity is not dead. Temiz Ferhat was not very crowded in the morning. We were lucky, we came across good ones.

I am going to the perinatology (risky pregnancy) department. I stayed in the neurology and cardiology departments at Bilkent City Hospital, I go there all the time, I was very happy with all of them, but the perinatology department is really terrible. Although the perinatology department is a department with a low patient density, it is really funny to ask a pregnant person why they came here because of the mentality of how many people are left in the doctors' offices. They don't look at your face, they are indifferent. They may see pregnant people every day, but I will be a mother for the first time, there is not the slightest interest, not even a smiling face, as if they were all chosen. Once you see a doctor, you never see him again. Every time you come, you tell your whole story over again. I am a person who had a stroke and had a heart operation. I use blood thinner injections. They still tell me that it is not clear whether the birth will be normal or by cesarean section. Who decides on caesarean section? Is he/she such an unreachable person? I'm in my 36th week, there is time depending on the baby's development. I guess the decision will be made at the time of birth. Nobody knows about each other, it's a very disconnected department. If something happens to me or my baby due to their indecisiveness, who will be held accountable? Then why do the patient's relatives go crazy? I don't have anything to say about other departments, but the perinatology department is really bad and they force people to go to private. Large investments have been made, but the system operation is problematic, auditing should be done and patient satisfaction should be taken into consideration.

Ankara City Hospital was built on a very large land. Many hospitals of Ankara are gathered here, you feel lost when you enter. Ankara's traffic density has completely shifted to this side. Finding your destination is a separate pain and enigma. There are guards everywhere, you get bored with asking questions. May God help and heal those who are sick...

Thanks to the contractors who built this place. All directional signs inside the hospital and in closed parking lots are either missing or inadequate. There is no proper signboard in the parking lot showing the entrance or direction of the hospital from the middle points. You are guaranteed to spend at least 20 minutes finding a place in the parking lot and 15-20 minutes to go to the clinic. I also wish God's patience to the medical staff working here who came by car. They neither have parking nor is it a proper priority. One would be late for work in this parking lot, even if unintentionally. Also, is it very difficult to upload the images in the photo so that they can be seen from your mobile phone? Best regards to everyone who reads, have a good day.

The doctor's room is so crowded (because they take patients one after another at the same time) that you cannot even find the opportunity to ask your doctor a proper question. My baby was hurriedly examined with ultrasound in the room where there were three other patients, but no information was given. I don't know why I went and what I understood. The doctor was supposed to check my results, but he dismissed me as "we'll see" and went for a smoke break, and I was left like that. It's seriously a disgrace. This is a hospital I will definitely never go to again for my check-ups.

If you see Dr. Virtue in obstetrics and gynecology, be sure to take heed. I have never seen such a harsh doctor in my life, who never treats a person like a human being. I don't know what his problem is, he really behaves very badly, may God grant humanity. But if you get advice from me, run away.

I had a normal birth in this hospital on 29.12.2023, the doctors, nurses and midwives were all very good. Many people wrote that it was dirty and dirty in terms of cleanliness, but I was first taken to a double room and it was very clean until another patient came to me. I was very pleased with the hospital. They did all kinds of checks on the baby as soon as it was born.

As a result of my pains that started in the morning on 12.10.2023, I went to Bilkent Lehlr Hospital. I suffered for 17 hours. During the examination, I realized that something was going on. The doctors talked among themselves. When I told this to my mother, they said that the baby had pooped. As if this situation was not dangerous, let's wait for another half an hour. The specialist doctor (hasan ulubaş) I think her name) was having a hard time even answering a question. I begged for a caesarean section. Then two midwives came, Meryem Kılıç Türkmen and Beyza Ünivar. I would like to thank them once again. They did what the specialist doctor could not do and gave birth in an instant. I can never repay those two midwives, but I cannot find words to say to the specialist doctor who waited for me for so long and still did not take me into labor even though the baby had pooped, and said let's wait. My baby swallowed his poop and remained in the incubator. Necati Hodja took care of me throughout the process until the birth. He is the only doctor you can always go to with your eyes closed. I'm glad he came across me.

God forbid anyone should be brought here. He takes the patient he wants and doesn't even register the patient he doesn't want. His name is MERVENUR KEMENT. As soon as you see him, I advise you to avoid the emergency room. They have no respect for pregnant women, they don't even treat the woman as a patient, I went to the gynecology emergency, the treatment of the doctors was disrespectful, definitely don't go, they even ask questions as if they were going to beat me, they did nothing but scold people. When I went there, they said the bleeding came from somewhere else, I don't recommend it, if possible, go to doctors who have been doing their job for 10 years, not those who are new.

I have an 8 cm myoma, I haven't kept it inside for years, I found out by chance. Since there was no bleeding complaint, they told me to come after 6 months to be followed up, but if I have this complaint, they said to come. If there is a situation such as marriage, it needs to be removed with surgery first. They said, sorry, I will get married in three days. . I donated blood, they neither prescribed medication nor commented on it, it was a hassle. There can be no such explanation in such a large hospital. My confidence was shaken. And there is no cure for this, it is something that must be taken sooner or later. There is no closed surgery here, it would be open. I went to the infertility department. If anyone is going to go, do well.
