I
have
been
in
your
hotel
2
times,
first
time
i
was
charged
for
drinks
that
i
didnt
really
used
from
my
room
fridge.
I
told
to
the
receptionsit
that
i
didnt
take
anything
from
the
fridge
but
they
didnt
care
they
just
wanted
the
money.
Second
time
that
i
came,
because
of
covid
your
breakfast
was
not
open
buffe
it
was
being
served
by
your
waiters,
but
the
food
was
really
bad
and
it
was
smelling.
The
hotel
condition
in
general
is
good,
but
your
staf
is
terrible.
What
im
saying
for
your
staff
its
openly
showed
in
your
repply,
you
should
thank
your
clients
for
critisizing
you
so
you
can
became
better,
not
acusing
them
as
liers.
Anyway
i
wish
you
all
the
best
and
i
hope
you
will
fix
your
issues,
because
the
location
of
that
hotel
is
grate!
