Great hotel. I have stayed there multiple times, the location is a little far from the center, but it's close to the industrial areas, so its good for business meetings with manufacturers. The rooms are clean Beds are comfortable Restaurant atmosphere is beautiful, it has outdoor seating and the food is good The breakfast is good and offers a wide range and variety of food

As a traveler, I stay in diffrent hotels all the time. But this hotel is one of the best ones I have stayed at. Everybody is respectful and nice, the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is amazing, basically everything here is 10/10. Im going back there 100%.

The hotel has good amenities, clean rooms, spa, gym and swimming pool are nice. i stayed there for three and half months.i enjoyed my stay as i was also recovering from kidney transplant. the major hiccup from non Turkish speakers is language, virtually all staff only speak Turkish and this can be very frustrating, ordering any service really tests ones patience and 8/10 they always get it wrong, i also lost brand new shoes that went missing from my room and staff were very unhelpful and nobody addressed the issue, i did not recover my shoes or know what happened to them. this was quiet a downer for me!

Actually this ALEGRIA Hotel's SPA was most important place for me. Clean, big room, facilities, good therapist from BALI, and good management ( his name is Ali), .. Next time It's my pleasure to stay in this hotel and use SPA services.

Worst hotel experience, reasoning: * Took more than 30 minutes for check in * The receptionist asked me to wait again in line as the "foreigners passport system is not working" * Only 1 receptionist at a 5-star hotel.. & & he answers phone calls too! True cost-cutting techniques there! * The sink in the toilet is stuck and doesn't pass water * The room wasn't cleaned, toiletries were openned and used, the safe was locked.. All from previous guest. *... And of course, "the hotel is full" was the answer when I asked to change room. * No parking! For a 5-star hotel, there is no parking! Park a mile away and pull your luggage. * Doesn't worth half the price paid... I wish I never went through this experience. *** The security staff at the main entrance are the only staff welcoming and smiling ***

A business hotel does not open its Health center at 10am otherwise it should be called tourist hotel. Businessmen go to gym early in the morning then go for business. The air conditioning looks good and shiny but operates mostly in heating mode vs cooling (mid May). Better to open the window to cool down but only if your window is not facing the traffic jam . I had to change room at 11:30pm . Payment room must be done upfront when you check in, so no option to walk away . Be aware

Actually I had a great stay, but the hotel was super busy when we arrived late in the evening, I had to carry my luggage on my own. I had to ask where and if someone can park my car. Was a Little upset about that. Other then that it was excellent. The room was quite clean, the breakfast was amazing! They even made fresh scrambled eggs if wanted, they had plenty of everything. When checking out, I got my car quite quick and everything did work better in the morning then in the evening. Would recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is just amazing, it definetively deserve it's 4☆ and 5☆ as reference. The rooms are great (had a Queen size bed) Shower is amazing even great space for big people like me. (Ps: their soap in the bathroom smells sooo hood 😊) They have all you need, good Internet, free drinks in the RoomBar (which I didnt know as I took an Ice Tea and wanted to pay for it but then they said it's free Waow 😊 They have a fitness room with nice Equipment (went there whil it was raining all day outside) they have a indoor Swimming pool and Massage and Wellness area (the massages arent free 😉) The staff are friendly some talk english very well others less but still nice. The breakfast is good too you can order your eggs in the open kitchen as you like it (i had sucuc Omelette) they have a large variety of cheese, an extra Olive bar... really good. The location of the Hotel is also great at least that's what i think. There is a Mall with many restaurants and shops just behind the Hotel 2min walk. Also a Cinema so really amazing for Families. By car it is 20min to Ankara but you can also order Taxi for 200 to 250lira i think i paid. Great place for this amazing cheap price can only recommend it to all travelers.

I would give this hotel a rating of 3.75 stars, but definitely not 5 stars. The air conditioning was not working, and the refrigerator was heating up the surrounding area instead of cooling drinks. The decor and repairs in the hotel reminded me of the 90s, like an old-fashioned wardrobe at my grandma's place. No one informed me that the spa area would be closed during the holidays, and I specifically chose this hotel because of the pool. It would have been better if they had air conditioning for the towels and linens. If you plan on sitting in the lobby with your laptop, it won't be comfortable. It's quite a distance to walk from the subway station with luggage. There's a shopping center nearby, but don't expect too much. Now, onto the positives: huge bed. I managed to spend a couple of hours in the pool and spa area, and they were really nice. The cleaning service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The internet connection was good, and they provided plenty of drinks for the minibar. If the hotel had been rated 4 stars, I would have overlooked the shortcomings. However, considering the amount of money I paid, I felt the need to express my feedback.

Very highly rate quality-price. I'm not really sure about the location for a tourist purpose to visit Ankara. I've travelled for business and it is really close to my client. It is perfect for me!

Hotel interior is perfect, room is nice and cosy, bathroom has modern plumbing. It was really pleasure to walk through the lobby. BUT service is totally awful. It disappointed us from the first touch. They give us the wrong room, we booked it for 3 person, not for 2. So we needed to wait for extra bed. Room wasn’t prepared (no slippers, only one bathrobe, not enough towels, no dental kit). It would be okey, but we ask for service 6 times!!! Three times we called to room service and then even go to the lobby. We ask for an extra chair but eventually they just forget about it. It’s totally crazy, we lost so much time for just asking basics stuff!! Cleaning service was nice but not 5 stars. There weren’t any glasses in the room, only simple tea cups for two, not for three person! Why we need to ask everything :( Stuff greeted us only when we came to check in, but not during the stay and check out. It’s hard to talk with personal as only a few know English. How is it possible in international business hotel?! It seems like stuff don’t care to guests!!! Only one person was nice and truly competent - Ali that serves in the spa room. Only thanks to him we got needed stuff. It was pleasure to meet him. Swimming pool is nice and warm, hamam and sauna also great. Breakfast was nice with different kinds of cheese and jams, eggs with veggies is brilliant. All in all, we disappointed and a little angry with such situation, only enjoyed the beauty of the hotel but not the other aspects.

Rooms are quite specious, however food and service wasn't that good. Everyone has ordered their dinner but they all came out at different times. Our salad came after we finished our meal. Also, quality of food wasn't good at all. Stay there but don't go to the restaurant!!!

I have really enjoyed my stay in Alegria Business Hotel. The service is very good and the staff are quite friendly. The rooms are very clean too. I must also talk about the food : delicious and tasty. I hope to come back next time.

If you are looking 5 star hotel and you’re in ankara this is the one, i stayed many 4 & 5 star hotels but this one is the best hotel I have ever experienced, the whole building is efficient, rooms are comfortable & clean, mini bar in the room is free 1st night of your staying, well maintained, internal decoration are delightful, wi-fi was great and speed, breakfast is open buffet super, staffs are helpful although sometimes is difficult to find someone who can speaks English fluently when you call them room service, for shopping lovers Podium Shopping Center (Mall) is adjacent, my next visit for sure it will be my choice to stay here insh’allah

We stayed in this hotel during June 30th-July 5th, 2022. This is the best hotel we have stayed in the area with its excellent atmosphere, very pleasent internal decoration, helpful, respectful and always smiling staff, delicious and rich open buffet breakfast, daily cleaned and comfortable rooms. For those who want to shop or window shopping, Podium Shopping Center is adjacent to it. For our next visits to Ankara, for sure, it will be our choice to stay. Thank you Hotel Allegria and your staff for providing us an excellent and comfortable home during our visit to Ankara.

I’ve been living in Algeria for the past two months which makes me the expert. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and the room are cleaned, spacious and beyond Expectations. All facilities are in place to be utilised (gym, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, pool (believe me the sauna room in here is bigger than other “TurkishHamam” you’ll get amazed experiencing cleanliness and comfortability. The chefs are very well concerned (chef Asma always offering varieties of (egg Options) and readiness to serve. English speakers are few, (Remember you are in Turkey) however, Miss Hazal speaks very well English and will take care of you once stepping in. She is skilled, perceptive and able to handle all requests. Miss Sara’s desk is situated in the lobby and always content to assist in English. Fabulous concierge and many others speak english available upon request. All staff are well disciplined performing and maintaining a high class presentation. The location is convenient, can easily move around Ankara in short time, while Podium mall is attached to the hotel and plenty of astonishing Turkish restaurant are couples of hundreds meters away. If you are lucky you may meet Turkish Actors, directors in the hotel, I've met alot of them, besides having several business interaction randomly. I visited dozens of Hotels and apartments in Ankara, don't even think of going somewhere else than Alegria. Am not done yet ☺️ I'll write my final review after checking out. Still enjoying my Stay In Alegria Business Hotel. .

Good hotel it can be compared with divan. Just there is a language issue. Not every one speaks english.

The best thing about this hotel is the spa. They massage therapists are very easy to talk to, professional and good at their jobs. Spa area is clean and quiet On the other hand, restaurant is a mess. I wouldn't suggest having dinner at all, the waiters will di everything to avoid you, they have no idea about the menu and will bring your order wrong. We had a soup, salad and mixed kebab(which was supposed to be lamb chops but they decided to bring that I guess, when we asked them how long it'd take he said 30 mins and we already waited for a long time so we had to eat the mixed one) Salad was horrible, very small portion, they basically put the lettuce etc without cutting. Soup portion was lacking. In total salad was 45 liras, the kebap was 80ish and for that price you can get a great meal anywhere else. Breakfast was alright, not many choices but whatever there was okay. Rooms are small, cleaning ladies don't refill the fridge or teas etc. And when we arrived the toilet was actually used so it was disgusting. In conclusion, just come for the spa, staying there isn't that worth it. It didn't feel like a 5 star unfortunately. They have a long way to go.

It was perfect to relax, everyone was extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to experience a calming accommodation to explore the city of Ankara!
