Hotel
interior
is
perfect,
room
is
nice
and
cosy,
bathroom
has
modern
plumbing.
It
was
really
pleasure
to
walk
through
the
lobby.
BUT
service
is
totally
awful.
It
disappointed
us
from
the
first
touch.
They
give
us
the
wrong
room,
we
booked
it
for
3
person,
not
for
2.
So
we
needed
to
wait
for
extra
bed.
Room
wasn’t
prepared
(no
slippers,
only
one
bathrobe,
not
enough
towels,
no
dental
kit).
It
would
be
okey,
but
we
ask
for
service
6
times!!!
Three
times
we
called
to
room
service
and
then
even
go
to
the
lobby.
We
ask
for
an
extra
chair
but
eventually
they
just
forget
about
it.
It’s
totally
crazy,
we
lost
so
much
time
for
just
asking
basics
stuff!!
Cleaning
service
was
nice
but
not
5
stars.
There
weren’t
any
glasses
in
the
room,
only
simple
tea
cups
for
two,
not
for
three
person!
Why
we
need
to
ask
everything
:(
Stuff
greeted
us
only
when
we
came
to
check
in,
but
not
during
the
stay
and
check
out.
It’s
hard
to
talk
with
personal
as
only
a
few
know
English.
How
is
it
possible
in
international
business
hotel?!
It
seems
like
stuff
don’t
care
to
guests!!!
Only
one
person
was
nice
and
truly
competent
-
Ali
that
serves
in
the
spa
room.
Only
thanks
to
him
we
got
needed
stuff.
It
was
pleasure
to
meet
him.
Swimming
pool
is
nice
and
warm,
hamam
and
sauna
also
great.
Breakfast
was
nice
with
different
kinds
of
cheese
and
jams,
eggs
with
veggies
is
brilliant.
All
in
all,
we
disappointed
and
a
little
angry
with
such
situation,
only
enjoyed
the
beauty
of
the
hotel
but
not
the
other
aspects.
