Nobody knows English, so they misunderstood our orders and they didn't change it!!!! Moreover, the big mac and the mac chcken tasted terrible!!!!!!

Nice place, tasty food! We've visited it 30/01/23. Polite staff, quick service, soft fresh buns and tasty meat. I've visited a lot of mcdonald's in my life, this one in my top 3. They speak English and even repeat your order! For Turkey it's just amazing. Would definitely recommend, 5/5!

Trash service seems like all the staff don’t speak don’t speak a word of English.. they completely rude to all tourists unfair treatment food was also trash!

One thing that they do get right is the disappointment one feels in a McDonalds. The brand has a reputation for screwing things up and this location is no different. You don't get a receipt, so there's no proof that you paid, you don't get a numbers, so there's no indication as to when your food is ready, and the employees set your food aside and forget your order, never putting it on the tray. If they make you wait long enough, they ask you to take a seat so that they don't have to look at you. All in all, it's the same as the McDonald's in the US. If you're tired of getting good food, or good service you're in the right place.
