The location is really nice, the hotel is ok. Nice to see but all fake or copies of beautiful pieces of equipment. Well I could have done with the fake part but once you meet what I think are the owners... not a welcome word, not a smile ... and you even have to hear that you are not suppose to ask anything. Nothing is possible, I think they do not have any idea of what we call “customer service”... nor “employee gratitude”. I had to listen to so much agressive conversations that I was nearly afraid. Well sorry, this is a place to AVOID.

Lovely private garden for breakfast, morning or afternoon tea. There is one prominent complaint in the comments abt the hotel being noisy etc - it's a chic hotel and doesn't pretend anything more, the prices indicate that. The garden is on a busy strip but the landscaping & hotel ambience keep the rabble out. This was a delightful relaxing find, staff were all extremely nice, I'm just sorry it was too early for a drink when i popped in (by my standards, not theirs).

Great location and very clean and beautifully decorated b&B. However no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, the bathroom door is half glass and not closing properly.

We picked the hotel and the room based on the pictures on Booking.com, when we arrived we realized that we got a room with 2 beds for small kids that has nothing in common with the pictures. We paid extra 20€ to put 2 beds together and at the check-out we respectfully shared our humble opinion with the owner of the hotel about the fact that the room is far from what we actually booked and 20€ for putting 2 beds together (without any notice) is a little bit exaggerated. The reaction of the owner of the hotel was outrageous: the guy has definitely never heard of what customer service is and started taking out on us his own psychological complexes in a very aggressive manner. Long story short if you are ready to pay 220€ for a room for kids and aggressive harassment from the owner of the hotel, which will probably spoil your mood and opinion about such a beautiful place as Annecy, this hotel is the best place.

Oh my goodness I love this hotel! We escaped the dreary dorm-like Hotel du Palais de L’Isle after one unhappy night and found this lovely, eccentric place just down the street. Our top-floor room had high ceilings, giant windows, and was decorated with books and portraits of random ancestors on the wall. The breakfast room is pretty and quirky (and on the day we were there included a friendly golden retriever) and there is a nice outdoor terrace. This is NOT the Best Western. There is no elevator (though it’s only two flights up so no biggie), no tv, no fridge. The furnishings are eclectic and not always incredibly functional (note to management: a chest of drawers would be nice!). But it does have a big comfortable bed, a/c that works, a good shower, and the feeling you are staying in someplace very special.

Excellent boutique Hotel located between the lake and the old town of Annecy. The staff was great and the green room (#2) was perfect for us and our newborn, as it was on the ground floor / with easy access to the garden. Highly recommending it! If you are planning to come by car, make sure to ask reception for the instructions to unload your luggage in front of the hotel, as the access to the hotel is tricky (it’s a one way street with a barrier).

In love with this place! Our room (#4) is comfortable and unique and so INTERESTING compared to what the other hotels available in Annec offer at the same price point. The owners have an eye for design that is evident in all the details. Desk staff are super helpful and friendly as well. I can't wait for breakfast in the adorable space downstairs in the morning!

For 200 euros you get a room for kids with not even a single seat, and you have to pay 20 euros extra to have the 2 baby beds put together to make a normal sized bed... the hotel might be stylish but not all rooms are equal! You can get anything.

The hotel is a boutique hotel - very well designed. The rooms are big, comfortable and lightened. Nice view from the windows. The location is great - at the border of the old city, a minute from Eurpoe park and a free parking can be found minutes from the hotel (or a paid one much closer

Excellent location near parking, less than 5m walking to the lake and park also very near to the downtown. Stylish decoration our room looks like science class all black and white we like it a lot. It's also beautiful, clean and quiet we had a wonderful sleep. Thank you we're hoping to visit you again 😎💜

Tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. Prime location, but we had to be creative for parking. I feel ashamed to admit it, but I struggled a long time to figure out how to use their special keys to open the front door and the door to our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but I felt breakfast was overpriced. Not a bad spot.

The hotel is completely unique and quaint. Located just next to the historic area for shopping and dining. Bike rental, boat hire, very nice and active public park, and view of lake right outside your door. Can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in the historic area of Annecy.
