Auchan is difficult to access. Geant is far. So this is the last supermarket with good prices. All the others are overpriced as with any smaller supermarket in a tourist destination. The offer is quite varied, but the selection is quite limited: you would have a hard time finding sugar free sodas and soft drinks. There are a few, but never mind subtleties like Coca Cola without sugar and without caffeine. The Drive is the better part: it goes rather fast, although the order preparation takes many hours.

Such a bad supermarket. At the Gas station, there are huge screen with so annoying commercial above every pump. The management of this supermarket slow down on puprose the speed of the gas station pump...it takes for ever to get gas like this and in the same time, the customers(sheep) can watch their absurd and grotesque commercial... So, great store....they will never see me again. The other supermarkets in Annecy are OKAY though

Huge hypermarket that sells almost anything. Lots and lots of choice, almost too much! As a UK tourist the layout seems a bit random with multiple areas for some products spaced out around the store. Prices are higher than than the UK but everything we bought was of high quality. Free parking in an adjacent multistorey car park. Best place to shop in Annecy but you need an hour or so to get around it if not familiar with the layout of the shelves.

Huge selection, great quality, not the friendliest of staff.

One of the biggest markets in Annecy, you can find whatever you need at a pretty good price, this goes through cosmetics, clothing, toys to even tools without forgetting food of course, everything is fresh which pretty awesome and there is also a high variety of products that even includes products for lactose intolerant people. However the place can get pretty hectic and the waiting lines for the cashiers would even reach sections which makes the waiting line a bit too long.

You have the choice but the lines to pay are HUGE!!!! You have to wait minimum 15/20 minutes to pay which is insane. One would think, is better to go in a more quite time of the day BUT NO, the less people the less cashiers in service so the 20 Minutes to pay are still there. Go if you have nothing to do after your grocery.

The clientele was not what was expected. Will not come back

Very large supermarket, has just about anything you need but isn't particularly cheap. Parking is free though!

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because dogs aren't allowed. Pity

Without discrediting a number of employees who are extremely nice and helpful, the worst customer experience ever. I am doing shopping here every week and there are always some rude comments from sales team at the till. Today I was waiting to pay at scan lib with my 200 euro gift voucher. The elderly lady short gray hair did not even acknowledge I was waiting with my 4 year son. I let at least 3 customers past me to pay before she even said hello. She was visibly unhappy about the high number of customers and was doing an eye roll. I was told that I should be paying at the till with my voucher because there are too many customers here at the scan lib. She said it in extremely rude manner and I felt as if I am bothering her for having to pay for my shopping. Can you explain to me why I am treated like that for spending my money here? We're is it written that I can not pay with my gift voucher at scan lib checkout. I felt upset and definitely discouraged to ever visit this shop again. Train your employees better Carrefour because customers do not deserve to be treated like that.

Every time I go in there is a strong smell coming from the fish shop. You really shold try to improve this.

Good place to shop and responsible faculties .

Very big car park, but access is difficult. To get out of the car park is extremely difficult and slow because of exit position. Very narrow lanes to drive there, acces to the petrol station is the non logical and non sense thing which I ever see. You have to cross all car park (which is two storey car park) follow some strange arrow showing you where and how to go trying to take 90 degrees corners with side restrictions columns. If you are with bigger than "small car" you will be struggling to take corners without scratch your car or wheels.... To get out from petrol station is not much easiest and with strange lines as well.... Will prefer to not go there anymore....

Good diversity of products, close to the city.

Good prices for the gaz station but unfortunately there was not 95 (it was empty)without notice. Usually u should wait a bit to fill up your car. Best gazoil price in town ! I recommend it

Worst place ever to refill petrol They definitely will charge you max of 150 euros even you use only 10 euros and they didn’t respond to my complaint.

Ok place to shop. Quite cheap prises. Lots of parking and a very large variety to shop for. The international section has what you are looking for and so does the fruit section. You can buy electronics or things in bulk if you want to. Great variety.

What’s good about this hypermarché is that it has the widest range of Carrefour goods. They have a covered car park (the underground parking has the bigger spaces). In the same location is a jet wash and fuel pumps. It’s fairly convenient and you can buy most things here. They have a good fish counter and fresh sushi bar. Scan as you shop is in service here although the ‘scan lib’ checkout tills often have a delay or queue which defeats the purpose. It is, however, not premium fresh groceries, compared to Grand Frais, and it’s often crowded. Not helped by the shelf stocking staff often blocking aisles. The accompanying shopping mall is uninspiring. The best attraction is McDonalds.

A hyper mache with all the normal things you would expect for Carrefour. Free parking. Car wash and petrol station here too

Nice park,always easy to find place, too big a lot of stuff is there, the cheapest mostly.

The store itself is fine, but the surrounding area is a bit dodgy. The parking lot is a bit cramped and the parking spaces are narrow.
