It is incredibly shocking how the customers are treated in this store. The behavior of the cashiers with the customers who empty their wallets in this store is ignorant and miserable. I sit in line to pay for the products I want, and after 15-20 minutes of waiting, the cashier closes the cash register right in front of me without any embarrassment, without notifying me in advance that she intends to close the cash register. When I told her that I waited before she made this decision, she ignored me and started laughing.!! Oh my God !!!! I went to another line and there, after another 15 minutes of waiting, the employee did the same. UNBELIEVABLE !! I gave up shopping and left. Incredibly miserable how these employees can treat customers like this. I often travel all over Europe and do shopping, but the experience lived in this store is unique. It is hard for me to believe that you will even understand what I wrote to you. The English language is Tabu in your store.

2022 and no Drive? The offer is nice. And I had a feeling there is more variation on the shelves of Leclerc than with the others large supermarkets in Annecy. Yet one should live real close, say Seynod or Cran-Grevrier so it would be worth it.

Went there on a Tuesday, what a disappointment with so many racks being empty. I came with a short grocery list and was not even able to find everything. The organic area is quite limited.

Not bad overall and the prices are ok.. slow on the tills. I went one evening and found loads of empty shelves. The bakery is good

It is big (but not too big) with plenty of food options. Love it. Parking is awesome too. There are some electric car charges as well.

Good pricing for the area and huge selection of local products.

Would need to go more often to better appreciate all that it has but a most impressive wine selection.

Many tourists go to Monoprix, Casino, Carrefour market, Carrefour, or even Auchan when they come to Annecy. It can be convinient, however, you may travel just a few more kilometers for better deals if you are budget sensitive. Parking is good everywhere (except Monoprix) but price tells the difference for the same quality (including car fuels). You know what I mean.

Queues are long. You can spend most time for them, not just for shopping

Stuff are friendly but the place is overcrowded.

Gas prices were cheapest in the town and the supply of products inside the store is perfect for a family.

A big store but not that much range for the size. We traveled a bit further to get here and it was ok.

What a cluster! Produce was either weeks from ripe or bursting, cashiers unhelpful and rude.

A good supermarket with a lot of diversity in products. Some products were out of stock, so we had to go to another supermarket, could be because of covid virus.

It had good selection of food items however the toy selection was lacking on variety and quantity so was unable to purchase a gift for my little brother. Other than that was fine.

Nice place for your convenience shopping. Well sorted and a lot of fresh food and also a nice rack with beer from all over the world.
