I got my hair transplant from this doctor about two weeks ago. I am a doctor myself, so I can actually judge quite well how professional someone acts and how good the treatment is. I was completely satisfied with every step. The appointments were handled professionally with time. The transportation went well the end result was also good. The doctor supported me every step of the way and was always available for any questions or problems. I have rarely experienced anything like this in my professional career and therefore I can only recommend Doctor Okan to anyone who would like to have a good professional treatment or a good hair transplant.

This place is fab although they are in another country they always at anytime of the day they answered every question I had perfectly when I got there ready to have the procedure I was very very nervous as I was on my own they organised my pick up from the hotel to the hospital with ease. When I got to the hospital the team were so pleased to see me very welcoming I felt I was in safe hands and I was. The team of surgeons were very professional extremely clean and sterilised theatre the procedure did take about 8 hours after they put needles into your head so you don’t feel anything you can not feel anything and this is true. I was worried about that and it shows it doesn’t hurt as I fell sleep for hours while they were doing it. Even half way there they give you something to eat then carry on they finished went back to the hotel the next day one of the team came to the hotel to take my bandages off which I thought was excellent because I didn’t want to go back to the hospital just for that so win win there. It is a little uncomfortable to sleep on an airplane pillow for the first week but after that you can sleep properly. The after care every step of the way they keep in contact with you over WhatsApp for the first ten days they ask for photos and give you advice brilliant service put me at ease.If you are worried about your hair and how your feeling about yourself inside because of that I would honestly recommend here to use worth every penny because one my hair looks amazing now and growing back and fantastic how my feelings about myself have massively gone up I feel confident again because of this place. Ertan & Okan and team have been great from start to finish we are truly overwhelmed with there professionalism and kindness to us . Had my transplant last Thursday and meant to fly home Friday but passport was lost we got in touch with Ertan and they had a vip van at the airport to collect me within 25 mins and have had me in a lovely hotel the last 3 days Okan came to check my head and was all good then took me for dinner they have paid my accommodations and even offered to pay my flights home tomorrow but I have enough for my flights me and my family are truly overwhelmed with there kindness and for caring for me since loosing passport. My transplant is settling very good and donor area is growing back already and not itchy second wash today and all good . I had a hair transplant at this place just over a year ago whilst on holiday in Antalya with my family. Before the transplant, I had alread done research on the procedures. Otek provided me consultation and this dispelled some of the myths surrounding some of the types of procedures which is prevalent all over the internet. I then did further research and concluded that the advice Otek had given me was correct. I had the treatment in the last few days of my holiday so that I could enjoy my holiday (and swim). After the surgery is done, you cannot swim and must be very careful for at least the next 10 days. They collected me from my hotel and took me to a hosptial for further consulation and the procedure. I was nervous about the procedure generally and was doubting whether I should get it done even on the day. However, I became more comfortable as they talked me through the details. They gave very sound advice tailored around my specific circumstances (e.g., me wanting to be able to enjoy the rest of my holiday, return to the office and also to participate in a marathon some time later). I also took comfort from the fact that the procedure was done in a hospital rather than a small clinic in case of any eventualities. I fell asleep for most of the procedure so it passed very quickly but was all done in the same day and I was ready to be taken back by mid afternoon (3,500 grafts). The post surgery advice pack, medication and treatment was very good. I particulalry liked that the use of Whatsapp to look after you in the days and weeks after surgery to track your progress and make sure everything is okay. On return to the UK, they continued to support me and check in on me and make sure there were no complications. Just follow the instructions and ensure you maintain personal hygene and everything should be okay. I had no complications. When I returned to the office, people at work were very interested in the procedure and it inspired others to get it done also. One year later, I am very happy with the results. I look at photos of myself before the surgery and I am shocked by the state my hair was in before the surgery. I now look so much younger and full of energy and confidence. I would highly recommend it if you are thinking of getting it done and would recommend you contact Otek. Also it is nice that this service is available in Antalya and not just Istanbul.

My journey started with a recommendation by a friend who previously used OTEK. I contacted OTEK and the conversation was easy, informative and useful. I sent pictures of my head and the next day received a pdf on what I would require and the process plus costs. I was very happy with this and agreed to proceed. The only requirement I had was to organise my flight and OTEK worked round these dates to which I could have my procedure . In the price everything from the hotel to ALL transfers were included. The hotel is really nice , I would have picked it myself. So the morning of the procedure I was picked up and taken to a hospital in Antalya. The hospital was the same as you would expect in the UK. I met the team which welcomed me and were very friendly. I was taken step by step through everything and felt at ease asking as many questions as I liked. The procedure it's self can be uncomfortable at times but very manageable. After the procedure I was again taken through my aftercare kit and what I needed to know. Also we have set up a WhatsApp group chat between the doctor and myself only, in which he is going to monitor my progress and help me through the early steps of hair management for the next 18 months. I can use this anytime to ask questions. Very good feature. So I am now sat 5 hours after the procedure and very happy with the results. I will keep this review updated with my journey. Note. Dr Ertan has the such a great bedside manner. Can't do enough to help and is with you every step of the way.

I did my hair transplant 9 months ago. I was contacted by Dr Ertan who is fantastic. He arranged everything and always keeps in touch. The hair transplant was done by Dr Okan and his team. They are absolutely fantastic and friendly. My hair has grown back fully and even more thicker. I suffered from traction alopecia due to wearing tight weaves and honesty did not think the hair could grow back again. Okan is a magician. He kept in touch constantly to monitor my progress and advise on what vitamins and supplements to take. Up to now Okan and Ertan keep in touch to check how things are going. You will truly be in good safe hands doing your hair transplant with them

This is my second procedure. 1st one was at a harley street clinic which was 5x the price of otek hair. I can honestly say the experience was as good if not better with otek hair. Everyone was friendly, very experienced and very efficient. The hotel and transfers were easy and aftercare has been on point. I highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The whole process was very easy and stress free. I reached out to Doctor Ertan a few months ago about having hair transplantation. After an initial consultation, Dr Ertan took care of everything from booking my accommodation in a five star hotel, organising my airport transfers and also the transfer to and from the clinic. On arrival at the hotel, I was welcomed in person by Dr Ertan who checked me in and also explained the next process. On the day of the procedure, I was welcomed by a member of the team called Ali, a very friendly and helpful guy. I was taken up to the clinic and was then introduced to Dr Okan and the rest of the team. Dr Okan, was very good at explaining the whole procedure from Pre-op to Post-op. During the procedure, the whole team were fantastic. I explained I had phobia of needles and they were just great and doing the whole thing from taking my blood samples to administering the anaesthesia. This is now day one since I had the procedure done, and I can happily say that I have no pain whatsoever and feel great!!! The clinic and the service is excellent. From the initial contact with the clinic to my trip to the airport I was handled by a very nice and helpful person. He answered all my questions in a very good manner, and was very flexible with thr schedule and the operation details. He followed me up to the last trip to the airport. The responsible doctor who controlled and managed the whole procedure was very competent and easy to talk with. He gave a very good follow up after the operation as well as he helped me with the first wash and followed me up through messages. The procedure was also very good. The location was very good equipped and clean. The team working with me was very competent. Before the operation we decided on the transplantation and harvest area, and the procedure was carried as agreed upon. They gave me hotel stay and transportstion as a part of the package. I am 37 years old and had been thinking of getting my hair done for the past 6 years and had done extensive research. I decided to go with Otek Hair Clinic as I knew 3 people who had already used the clinic and they were very happy with their results. Now what you may think when looking around is that this clinic is more expensive than others but in my opinion I was happy to pay the extra due to the aftercare they provide. I was provided with a bag full of shampoo’s, tablets and panthenol which you definitely need after the surgery. The clinic is so clean, the staff are pretty friendly and make you feel at ease. I am now 2 weeks post op and my doctor is available on WhatsApp every single minute. Its incredibly easy to reach every member of the team.
