The food is exceptional but the staff is not showing good manners. One time when we were just 2 people looking for a table they did not take care of us, they wouldn’t bring us the menus until after asking for it many times, they were speaking turkish saying “sell them the fish for 500”, they did not bring us cutlery even after they served the soup. We had to get up and get some ourselves. Another time we went with a group of 20 people (foreigners). They took advantage of us and wrote a huge check, and after we asked for explanations they said they can apply a discount, they cut the initial amount with a line and wrote the new one below (200 or 300 tl less). Shameless staff.

An absolutely beautiful location. The restaurant has breathtaking views of the water and amazing service. We only had beer but there was a wide selection of amazing looking fish too. Downstairs there was even a related swimming area where you could rent lounge chairs and swim directly on the water. It was 250 per person for the day and also came with towels and an umbrella which they helped to position for shade. They had changing areas, showered and bathrooms also downstairs. They also served food and drinks here and the cheese burger was honestly amazing. Well worth spending the whole day here between the swimming area and restaurant below.

The fish in display doesn’t look fresh , but when we asked about it we were told this is for display only ! 2 dishes came cold , we accepted the first one , but second one we asked for replacement . Lara Port Beach is a nice place for swimming in this area, especially if you don’t have a way to get to Lara Beach or Konyaalti Beach easily. 40TL per person for entry and it includes a beach towel and really nice service. There is a water fall and the swimming area is great as long as the waves aren’t too choppy. Views are beautiful!!

Me & my partner arrived didn't book,was seated straight away but wasn't offered menu or asked what drink we would like we had to ask so that was a bit of a put off to start,was also a dog & cat walking about too! The views are beautiful ,it's lovely!! As we are English, at first was difficult to explain what we wanted as we couldnt find on menu (you have to barcode scan, wanted a seafood platter for two) a mixture if shrimps,mussels, seabass,black snappers etc.. We went over and chose three appertisers mussels shrimp & crab flakes,which were very tasty but small portions plus ordered a bottle of white wine which was 1500lira Platter come out wasnt really what we had in mind from other restuarants,was tasty. Come to £167 for what we had doesn't really warrant the price we was going to go back for lunch another but will give a miss,felt a little bit robbed!! Okay if you like wasting money. Sorry lara but very expensive for what it is.
