if you want to eat at the airport don't go here. Rob the prices. Employees don't know customer service...

The worst place ever! Very rude and unhelpful staff, the boy cashier couldn't understand me for some minutes, though my order was just Americano with milk. Could you imagine how long I had to wait for my coffee? For 14 minutes! I only heard "One minute!" The manager was indifferent and non-effective. When I requested to give my money back third time, she made me coffee! Of course it was Americano WITHOUT milk! Nobody doesn't care about clients. Don't waste your time and money here! 👎

Paid 52 euro and 250 lira for 4 burgers and 4 colas. Just because the waitress could not figure out the amount when paying with 2 different currencies. I have written a complaint to Burger King in Turkey but no answer.

This is by far the worst burger of my life, it is not enough that the food was bad, they didn't give me what I ordered and the prices are similar to western Europe not Turkey :( if you pay around 20 Euro's (500 TK) for a burger menu, you can expect it to be good. Also the fries have a really bad aftertaste probably because of the oil they use.

When you pay x4 from normal price you expect x4 better service. However you get x4 poorer service. What a nonsense

This is almost pure scamming, we paid 22 EUR for two single whoppers (not menus)!!! They take advantage of tourists being hungry after waiting so long in the airport.

The bun from this burger can kill. It is hard as a rock. Quality of food served well below average standards, meat half raw, part of the fries frozen. Shame about Burger King.

I just had very dry burger ever and most expensive burger ever( double burger meal deal 18 euro) ....... legally robbed by burger King.... I don't think anywhere else in the world sells most expensive burger King other than antalya airport ...

I Asked take away. Woman Give me food and an empty bag. And said. Do it yourself … Mme you should change your job or take a vacation. This is not acceptable !

Better to starve, I would give no stars if possible. First staff have zero customer service. The worker was serving till 1 we were next in line, the workers kept having long conversations between serving so we had a long wait anyway, but then said go to the next line because he wanted to go on break. But above all prices are day light robbery £50 for 3 burgers no fries no drink. Don’t help translate, in this day at age and the fact Burger king is such a big company electronic touch screen with option to translate in different languages would be better.

Absolutely the worst food & experience I've ever had in a food establishment 🤢 utter chaos, followed by virtually inedible meal. It was cold, burger buns was like a brick, solid on the underside, lettuce was brown, the fries were cold & hard. The place looked like a bomb had gone off, nowhere to sit, all the tables were full of trays with half eaten meals on, because everybody probably had the same opinion!! To top it off it cost €53.
