OMG!!! My girlfriend had an implant and a crown installed in this clinic network. A few months after the crown was installed, it started to wobble and then the whole implant fell out!! 🤯 The crown on the implant itself is also loose... that is, the problem is not only in the implant, all the work was done terribly! I do not recommend anyone to have such procedures here. 👎

My name is Jamie, I came to DentaFLY to replace 28 existing porcelain crowns, which I had for 10 years with 28 zirconium crowns and a 3D designed Hollywood smile. My package included a 5* hotel, full dental treatment, transfers to and from the airport as well as to and from the hotel to the dentist for each visit. The dental team has been amazing, as have the reception, operational, and logistics. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel entirely at ease. The entire process was extremely slick, well run, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. All of the appointments were virtually painless. In the instances where I felt any discomfort, I was given further annosthetic immediately, relieving any pain. I would absolutely recommend DentaFLY to friends and family. In fact I already have! Great service, very high tech and modern clinic, with knowledgeable and understanding staff. The whole experience was made very simple from arrival into the airport to finishing the treatment. Okan was great in setting up all of this for me. And Ali at the clinic was great, he helped me change my return flight on the way back, which helped me greatly. Very impressive work done, i had 24 crowns and 2 implants, my smile looks amazing! Definitely would recommend 👌🏾

I like to share my experience with everyone who is going to do teeth treatment, it doesn’t matter where you do it , of course cheaper better , as I live in Canada doing full treatment there it’s so expensive,so I decided to do it in Antalya because I come over every winter . However my treatment took almost a year , the worst part was that I didn’t know exactly how it works !? I think over all Dentafly clinic is a professional hospital but at the same time they are not very clear !!!! The staff are ok, some very nice some so so , my doctor (Nejdat) was excellent, very polite , understanding, and professional, but I wished he was explaining everything step by step at the begging, I suffered for 11 months with my temporary crowns and I had no idea it would be that bad. I came back to Antalya to finalize my treatment and so far everything looks fine . Hopefully I won’t have any problem in future . But I have to mention I didn’t get no hotel and no transfer services and I paid for everything my self . However over all I recommend Denta fly but ask them everything and specifically ask them to be clear . Good luck

I got new teeth from this place, top and bottom. It took me about 6 months over 2 trips. Honestly, so far they are amazing. They are the only reason I gave 5 stars despite my experience below. They fit me perfectly, look natural and function really well. They also cost significantly less than in my own country. However, the customer service was very uneven. My patient coordinator, was terrible. He lied to me several times out of convenience and was unable to provide me with a basic legitimate quote prior to going there, to the point I had to provide them with my own quote to copy as their own and send back. honestly that should have been a red flag, and still is. He lied about the payment method and caused me a lot of trouble and expense on my first trip, very nearly needing to abandon the trip entirely (at our own expense).. He was dishonest and unprofessional. On my second trip I was abandoned at the airport and left to fend for myself, when I asked him what happened, I was ignored. He was the most problematic part of my experience for both trips and I would not trust him with anything. Avoid Andrew and you might have a very good experience. On the other hand, my awesome dentist, the incredibly design team, the lovely anaesthetist and the angelic girl at front of desk, were wonderful. They were professional, efficient, and skilled. They did a great job and all helped to give me the teeth I wanted. They treated me with dignity and respect. They were the most satisfying part of my experience and I credit them for everything. The other front desk staff were also mixed. Most of them were disinterested and unhelpful. They did not answer my questions or make me feel comfortable. They showed no interest or concern. They seemed to be bored and indifferent. They were the second most problematic part of my experience and I would not rely on them for anything. I was left feeling like I was in the dark the entire second trip. With no idea what was going on or if it would even be completed with the timeframes, I was then mostly ignored for these concerns when I brought them up. However, there was one girl at the front desk, who was exceptional. She was friendly, helpful, and respectful. She greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome each and every time. She answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. She showed some interest and concern for me. She was the only ray of sunshine in a dark unfamiliar place. She was the second most satisfying part of my experience and I thank her for her service. I also want to give a special shout out to the accommodation manager, who saved us from a very bad hotel that stole money from our hotel room and then tried to turn violent when confronted. The legend set me up with a new nice hotel. He was friendly, helpful, and professional. He arranged everything for me and saved us from a very bad situation. He has great service and is a great manager. Thank you so much, for your service and your kindness. I would recommend this place for the teeth, but not for the service. They have good skills, but they have no heart. They need to improve their service and treat their clients better. They should fire Andrew and train the other front desk staff. They should listen to their clients and address their concerns. They should make their clients feel comfortable and valued. They should show some manners and empathy. Thank you for the amazing teeth.

I would like to share my honest opinion about Dentafly. Initially, I had concerns about my treatment and extensively searched for options in Antalya. Eventually, I chose Dentafly. Dentafly boasts an incredible doctor with over 25 years of experience, precisely what I was looking for. The doctor's expertise instilled confidence, and there was no need for worry. I would like to commend the doctor for an outstanding job; their skills are undoubtedly a 10/10. The clinic itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were not only professional but also friendly, treating you like a friend. In addition,I also had a positive experience with their transportation services. They efficiently scheduled everything for me, ensuring I consistently arrived at my appointments 10 minutes early. My initial apprehension stemmed from Dentafly's robust marketing team and extensive advertising. As a senior marketer in a reputable UK company, I observed their substantial investment in marketing. This raised doubts for me, as I believe that if something is genuinely good, excessive marketing may not be necessary. I am not sure if I paid more than normal customers. However, I would say that if I had known he was my doctor, I would have been willing to pay even double the amount. I extend my sincere gratitude to the Dentafly team for everything.

One month ago, I underwent an implant procedure and had 2 crowns installed (one on top of the implant and the second on my own tooth) at this clinic. I will divide my review into several categories: Service: The service was good. The people at the reception and the doctor were helpful. Implant: I believe my implant is good as well. This is the reason I am not giving 1 star. Crowns: Initially, the crowns were massive. I am not sure how that is possible after a 3D scan and when I had only 1 missing tooth. I have similar teeth on the other side, so the crowns shouldn't be much bigger than that. Due to anesthesia, it was hard to feel how big the crowns were, and I had to make 2 additional short appointments to reduce the crowns. This led to 2 problems, and that is why I am giving 2 stars: Problem 1: Because the crowns were massive, the doctor had to reduce them a lot. Now they look deformed (luckily, they are not in the front). The top part of both crowns is flat; it doesn't look like a tooth at all. The first reaction of everyone who sees them is, "Why are they flat?" Problem 2: The doctor used a different technique to attach the crown on top of the implant. The crown has a hole, and it is screwed through it (and later filled with a composite). This is fine. However, because of the hole in the crown, the doctor couldn't reduce the crown from the side as much as needed. Now it is very annoying when I touch it with my tongue, or sometimes when I eat. It is noticeable even when I just slide over my teeth with my finger - there is a bump, unlike on the other side with the other teeth. I know many people have a great experience with this clinic. Maybe I was just unlucky. Perhaps the technician screwed up the task, and they just didn't want to redo the crowns. It doesn't matter. What matters is that I am dissatisfied with the result. Now I just have 2 flat stones instead of crowns that should look like teeth. That is on top of the fact that the crown on top of the implant is still too big (from the side). I waited a month before writing a review, just in case I got used to it, and maybe it is not a big deal. But it is. I will probably change those crowns to new ones at some point. But definitely not in this practice. End of rant. edit: I was at dentist's and I was told that I need to renew those crowns. I am reducing the rating to 1 stars.

Hi 1did lots of research to get my teeth done in Turkey. DentaFly are an amazing team. I first came last October I got implants top and bottom. I had temporary fitted. I now had my permanent’s done so so happy with the result. DentaFly are a amazing team. I had dental work done at Cadde Dental, Dentafly's branch in Izmir, but it closed 4 months ago, and even though I made the full payment, I had unfinished work and no money left. My zirconium tooth came out and I had to have it done again at another clinic. Soner, the owner, did not complete my root canal treatment and said go to the clinic where I am, there is no need to come here, it turns out it was because they were going to close! I contacted the branch, even though they said they would call you back, I haven't received a call for 3 months and they have 2 phones. When I call them, they don't answer, but when I call from a different number, they answer. Since you have caused me financial and moral damage, I am starting the legal proceedings that I have the right to take!

Hi I have just recently come back from dentafly having had a full mouth implant. I was incredibly nervous to begin with, fortunately they put me at ease straight away, I would highly recommend. The name of my dentist was Amas he was extremely patient with me. All staff are absolutely wonderful I had a great experience.

I have come to Dentafly with my wife. They have helped us about everything. The front desk always ask us if we want to drink something, they helped us when we asked we want to go to some place and everything. They are always happy and smiling. My dentist was very nice. He explained everything and we moved on with my treatment step by step. The result was perfect. I have the teeth exactly as I have wanted and as I have explained. Thank you so much Dentafly.
