I should especially point out that it is a brand where you can buy really affordable diamonds in the market. You can find a stone of the same carat at a lower price here, while it is higher in different brands.

It was the only place I shopped for gold. I bought a gift for my mother on Mother's Day. And it didn't happen to my mother. I wanted to change it, but since it was 14 days late, they deducted 1/3 of the amount I paid. I didn't change it either. They will buy the product worth 2100 lira, they will count it as 1400 and I will give the difference of the product I bought. I wish you good luck

Today I went to the Terracity Blue Diamond store and a gentleman there came to help me. I told him that I was looking for a suitable chain for a necklace I showed him and he started to show me the product but I could not find a suitable necklace. When the gentleman realized that I would not buy it, he changed his attitude 180 degrees and even though I said thank you, the gentleman did not even raise his face and said, " He made a sentence like "come on, see you" and acted in a disrespectful manner as if he was kicking you out of the store. It was not professional at all, I did not like it for the blue diamond brand.

Employees need to receive training on tone and customer relations. They are disrespectful.

If you are not dressed in a grand toilet, you are not worth receiving service, the attitude of the employees is like this, I recommend you to go and shop accordingly. This is what I understand from the answers given to go twice and brush it off.

The staff needs good motivational training. Jewelry is not a necessity, it is a joy of life, and for this reason, at least a little friendliness and a little interest should be a must.
