I have been going to the flexfit pilates gym since September 2022. I started doing sports with the doctor's recommendation because of my herniated disc condition. I was not introduced to pilates. When you meet Özlem teacher, you will understand that you are in the right and safe hands. Thanks to her, I have no problems anymore, she is a very caring and devoted teacher and she loves sports.
