The house, now a museum, where Ataturk stayed during his visit to Antalya during 1930. It was reconstructed in 1982 according to the same design. It houses a lot of photos, furniture and personal belongings of Ataturk. Unless you a scholar or follower of Ataturk it’s a rather somber place and good for a short visit. Free entrance.

Atatürk's most beautiful Museum House is located in Muratpaşa in Antalya near sea. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk is the Father of the whole Turkic World, a Turkish Leader. Atatürk's bedroom, conference hall, and other rooms are inside the museum. There are many pictures of Atatürk on the wall, there is a separate souvenir vending machine near the entrance door, where you can buy various souvenirs of Atatürk as a souvenir. Entrance to the museum is free, opening hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. When you come to Antalya, Turkey, be sure to visit Atatürk's museum.

Beautiful house where Atatürk stayed during his Antalya visits. His personal belongings are displayed and it offers many beautiful photos of his visits. The rooms with their authentic furniture are magnificent. There is no entry fee so I wanted to support the museum by purchasing a souvenir from the vending machine by the entrance.

The museum is located in a two-storey replica house, which was rebuilt original. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed during his official visits to Antalya in 1930 and 1935 in the mansion that belonged to the governorship of the province. In 1984, the building was handed over to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to be transformed into a house museum. The building had to be broken down in the frame of city's street widening project. With the financial support of a local electricity distribution company, the house was rebuilt at the same location. In 1986, the museum opened to the public.

The museum curator was so kind taking his time with this English speaking visitor. All information was in Turkish. Small museum dedicated to their fallen leader.

The history behind this magnificent Turkish powerful figure is interesting. As you notice every proud Turk has a picture of Ataturk on his shop or home. The house is free entrance. Recommended 💯

Actually this is a misunderstanding, this was not his house. Its a two storey mansion where he stayed for someday during his visit to ANTALIA. Many things that he used during his stay.

It's a nice place but unfortunately this house is just a replica since the real house was where the road goes through currently and was demolished to enlarge the road.

It is a national museum in Antalya, Turkey, dedicated to the visits of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to this city. This place is worth the visit if you happen to be nearby or you're into the modern history of Turkeye. Otherwise, I wouldn't bother making a dedicated trip to this place. The collection is limited. The museum is located in a two-storey replica house, which was rebuilt original. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stayed during his official visits to Antalya in 1930 and 1935 in the mansion that belonged to the governorship of the province.

It was an interesting small Attaturk's house for only Antalya in 1933. Not too much to see, but free to the public.

If you admire Mustapha Kamal, then this is worth a visit.

The most important figure in Turkish history. We wanted to experience his life in some way. And pay respects. The house conveys where and how he lived when travelling the country and the enormous repect he had. Certainly make the time to visit. About an hour or so and also free.

It's a small museum which looks well-maintained, but as a foreign tourist, I am a little frustrated that most of the written information about the artifacts as well as the audio visual presentation have no English translation.

This place is worth seeing, the feel when you walk in, to think Ataturk walked the steps from room to room. And it's no fee entry.

A museum established at the same house where Mustafa Kamal Ataturk lodged when he visited Antalya. It contain many photos of his visit to Antalya as well as a collection of his personal belongings.

Very small museum that is free. Some cool pictures and examples of old currency. You can walk from here down to the old city section and it's very picturesque.

What my son and I liked about this museum is the flavor of the time that was preserved through furniture, appliances (record player, radio, etc), pictures, coins, clothes. It's good to show and explain to your kids how people used to carry on with their lives

Very small ”museum” detailing the country's founding father's visit to the city. Free to enter. Worth a quick peek of you're passing.

I love this place. I love ataturk. Anywhere he has been to or touched is most valuable.

  • 4/5 Ahmad L. 4 years ago on Google
Wonderful place to have good historical experience. Free entrance and displays are with English translation. I wish there shall be guide inside the museum, interacting with visitors.
