We stayed 3 nights Clean rooms, good breakfast, perfect location near coffees and many restaurants beach 1 minute walking And they give golf car service around place very nice staff thanks for everyone I really enjoyed.

Loved the hotel, it has a nice vibe. It was built in the 1872 and renovated to become the elegant & modern hotel that ot is today. The staff are very friendly, helpful and warm. Every room in that hotel is special, clean and comfortable. Its location in the middle of the old city makes it a perfect destination for morning and night activities. And their breakfast is not to be missed 😍😍.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town, but nevertheless its fairly peaceful. The marina area is a 5 minute stroll through a small park and down some stairs. Many restaurants within a few minutes walk and a taxi rank nearby. The hotel comprises a grouping of restored mansion type buildings facing the quiet main street or around the small but lovely pool area and gardens. 24 hour reception, spa, sauna (both at modest additional cost) and buffet breakfast. Helpful staff and the hotel was very clean. Have docked a star based on the room we were given which had some maintenance issues. The laminate floor was a bit scruffy, the fridge initially didnt work (soon fixed once we reported it) and the tv was impossible to tune because the cable was jammed tight against the wall. once we released it and jiggled it around there was a good selection of channels which could be tuned. The breakfast was OK. No milk in the Nescafe coffee machine for two days, the hot food wasnt hot and the fruit juice tasted like a powder mix. But everything else was fine. Maybe we could have complained about the maintenance items but these things should be monitored by the hotel. Nice views from many rooms but not the standard and economy rooms it seems.

I stayed here in November, exceptionally clean and friendly, the staff can not do enough for you, Gűlsűm, Serkan and Emine have been particularly helpful in making our stay pleasant. This hotel is in the heart of the Old city. Loved every minute will definitely be coming back.

I cannot express how happy I was at this hotel. I stayed here for a week with my mom, it was in old town. The City centre was 7-10 mins walk from us and the seaside was in opposite direction again 7-10 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, better than what we had at some restaurants. The staff were all friendly, always helpful, helped with luggages and cleaning of the room was superb, we will definitely come back. Thanks

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 7 days, it is very clean the hotel staff Gülsüm was exceptionally helpful and available everyday to make sure we were comfortable. I would like to thank all the staff as they were all very helpful, Serkan the buggy driver, Ermine and all the chefs at the restaurant ( food was lovely) room service ladies made sure the room was clean. The hotel is very close to the marina - 5 minutes walk, the gardens in the hotel are beautiful and calming aroma at night was lovely On departure we had a early morning flight and did not expect this but Gülsüm made sure we had a packed snack, thank you and hope to see you all very soon. Quick stopover while waiting for a next day connecting flight. Beautiful hotel and fabulous staff. Our room at the front was a little noisy at night but easily fixed with earplugs. We will be back for a longer stay.

Location was great in the center. Staff were really helpful especially for making us packed breakfasts as we had trips early in the morning.

It's a very good hotel. This year we have come to this hotel again. Everything is up to standard here, the rooms, the swimming pool, breakfast. Staff is friendly too. I would recommend to have dinner also in this hoyel- the portions are big, and the food is delicious. Thank you. See you again next year!

Hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and breakfast had a nice selection Rooms were clean and well presented. The only thing I will say is the location is in the middle of the old town and surrounded by clubs and bars. Loud music is common until early on the morning and is clearly heard in all rooms. So for young families this is something to bear in mind if choosing to stay here

Just loving it. Beds so comfortable and clean. Breakfast so delicious. Really such a lovely place to stay! Very central to a lot of shops,beach and just really having a great time!

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Comptempery style they seem to have a maintenance scheme in place as quite a few things have been replaced/done.

Very nice experience for the whole family, we enjoyed the hospitality and great service, the hotel is very clean , right beside the harbor, the pool was amazing, the garden full of roses and different kinds of plants, highly recommended, sure we will visit again

1- there are no elevator in the hotel 2- bad air-conditioning

Nice hotel nearby the main tourist sites. Minor disadvantage is that the closest beach is very crowded. And AC in room didn't work well. Most tourists hang out in that area. Here you can find many bars and restaurants. Staff in hotel speak English, Russian and Turkish.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. It’s very close to Memerli beach. Delicious breakfast buffet at a nice restaurant. Great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in Antalya. Right in the middle of old town. Different breakfast everyday. Has swimming pool with free towels. Rooms are clean with kettle and fridge. Would go here again.

Ok let me break it down: The bad: 1- room is dirty and filled with cockroaches. We have photos to prove it. they offered to change the room but then we went out to do some shopping and we were late so the room became unavailable 2- room service is non existent. Ordered food through their online servicing system 3 times and never received. Again we have evidence of this. 3- the front staff are lovely but there’s a guy that works at night and he’s very unfriendly. 4- worst of all, we exchanged some money at the hotel and a good 500 lirra was fake! We later found out when we wanted to exchange the money back to Euro. I mean that’s a reportable offence!wth 5- expect 20 minutes if you want an extra towel or blanket. The good: 1- staff are very nice and helpful 2-breakfast area is great and truly well presented. 3- the kitchen manager is very competent and nice 4- cocktail were great 5- location is nice Overall: This is far from a 4 star hotel. But a good spot for a few days to stay so you can enjoy the old town. I hope they improve

Very nice atmosphere. Amazing location. Step outside and the old marina harbour is right there. However, room 603 in particular had very thin walls and backed onto the entrance of another room or the outside road, where there were loud voices on Friday and Saturday nights. Breakfast was nice - good selection of eggs, cakes, pancakes and fresh bread. It would be nice to have some juice available. Nice staff. Rooms were both very cold (mid-March) and so we needed to leave heating on throughout the day even when went out.

Excellent, all works so good, we appreciate attention, breakfast very nice. The manager breakfast very good person, we very happy. We recommend this place all the time.

Simply wonderful experience. As a lone traveller, a woman of a certain age, I felt incredibly pampered and looked after at Puding. The location is paradise, as long as you are ready for a few hill climbs! It was the perfect break for me, and cannot thank all the staff enough, they were all brilliant, and their bistro Nan also had fantastic service and care.

Great location in the old town. You can access the hotel by car easily and their valet will park it for you for free. Rooms are god for a short stay (we spent two nights). Clean, rather good equipment, good shower room. Nice refurbished old ottoman building. Nice pool (ok size fo the number of room). Good breakfast that you can eat inside or outside. They have as well a free ‘electrical taxi service’ within old town.

We had an amazing stay at Puding Hotel in Old Town Antalya. The hotel is well located in the old town, near to the marina. It can be a bit loud at night from the surround bars and clubs, but that’s not the hotels fault. The pool is amazing and their service was beyond compare. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it and stay an extra night. The breakfast buffet was diverse enough to have something for everyone, including my toddler. We’re already planning our return.

i recommend this place 100%. The room was very clean and the breakfast was more than enough. I liked the details of the hotel and the staff was always friendly, happy and smiling! everything can be reached by foot and the location is close the the harbor and beach! Thank you!

Amazing experience!! Truly recommended! The staff at the reception was very helpful & friendly both night and day. The room was comfy and clean . The location was IDEAL. Right in front of a park which connect with old harbor plus Walking distance to Keleici old town bazaar and all the happening places. 2 points to be improved. One was the house keeping and the room service. They were quite late to respond and had to call the reception multiple times and the person at reception seemed fed up with that. Secondly, i can understand these are COVID times but the breakfast was a bit disappointing with very limited menu and was only served on table. Otherwise.. a wonderful experience and will surely be coming back to stay here! :)

I ve been to there for a job interview. Personels and manager are very kind and good at their jobs. A lovely place, with its excellent location in "Old Town". I definately advice for visitors.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No ac so the bedrooms are ridiculously hot. The people who work here are rude and unhelpful. The bedrooms are nothing like the pictures from the website. The phone does not work in the rooms you stay in, so you can’t call the front desk if there’s a problem. Even if you did call the front desk, they wouldn’t care. It’s truly an awful hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the old town. I really enjoyed my stay. I would just recommend to sound proof the ceilings better in the new wing. Out of season that's not a big issue though. Great breakfast too! Try the restaurant :)

Incredible hotel with a wonderful location- very easy access to the marina, great restaurants nearby (and within the hotel), the swimming pool with a glass wall is amazing also- staff are very helpful, polite & courteous. Would definitely recommend- we stayed in the Honeymoon suite with a private terrace. Perfectly located in the old district, but definitely walkable to new.

We booked 5 double rooms for 4 nights. In the evening when we arrived - there was only one double room. We did not receive any message about that either in booking or by an email. The hotel did not even take care of booking at any other hotel, rooms were being looked for only when we arrived, at 9 pm. Originally , as a solution, the administrator in a rude manner offered a free cancellation. I wonder free cancelation of what, given that the booked rooms were not available? There was no desire to stay in this hotel but unfortunately there where no other options to find anything that evening. In the end, we were accommodated in 3 hotels for 1 night and at our insistence were given a discount of 10 euros per person, for a first night, which at the time of payment they turned into 10 euros per room, pretending that's what we agreed on originally. Well, at least for the other 3 nights they found the correct rooms which we booked. Explicit overbooking they called a non-working unit, yeah. Before cleaning your room, the cleaning lady knocks and comes in without even waiting for an answer. My room was cleaned despite the sign not to disturb. A razor cartridge was stolen from a room of friends. You might get lucky getting a room on the street side and since there's no soundproofing - you will enjoy all the evening life of the touristic city.

No doubt the location is great but the staff and the owner seriously need some professional training on how to run a hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel so that is false advertising. Not even in Africa will this be a 4 star hotel. I see how most of the who have given the staff just 1 star and I can see clearly why. The male stuff looks angry and frustrated all the time. You will be lucky if you see a glance of them smiling.. boohooo

My stay at the hotel was spoiled by the fact that I was not checked in on the day of arrival, they said that for technical reasons they could not do so. I was sent to a nearby hotel, in a room with an old-fashioned interior and a terrible smell. On the second day i was checked in, but the windows faced a noisy street and it was impossible to sleep.

The staff was excellent, the kitchen staff with a huge smile on their faces happy to help friendly. I would highly recommend as it has an amazing location only 2min walk to a beautiful sea with clubs, bars and cafes all around. The cleanliness of the room was above expectations and especially the kind lady who has cleaned our room every day was so kind and polite. Many thanks for all Pudding hotel and thank you Mrs Gulsum

Lovely boutique hotel in the old town. Rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed..cosy and very comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Location 8/10 Cleanness 7/10 Staff 2/10 Hospitality 0/10 I had a request from the lobby to bring me some ice and 3 glass two times but they said we can not give you ice and glass you must eat or drink everything you want in restaurant this is the first time i heard something like this from hotels in my whole life

We arrived early hours and were taken to a room in a building behind the hotel. The room fittings were excellent quality and had everything promised but it was small. We were told we'd be given another room the next day. We were and what a room. Same high quality fittings and facilities but much larger. Fridge in room with 2 bottles of water a day. Toiletries provided as well as tea and coffee. Pretty garden area outside our door. Pool area small but there were always sunbeds free. Fabulous breakfast with a miif hot and cold dishes. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of steps in hotel and on a hill side.

I chose to stay in Puding Marina Hotel to relax and enjoy the weather and atmosphere of Antalya at the beginning of autumn this year, and I am very satisfied with this hotel. I love my room, the patios, the gardens, the gym, the pool, and all other parts of this hotel. All beatifully decorated and well kept. I enjoyed it all. And also I love the breakfast which is superb. The hotel manager also says hi and does a little chat with guests at breakfast time. I can see the management and the staffs work hard to spoil the guests. This is my second stay in Puding Marina Hotel and I will definitely choose this hotel again if I ever come to Antalya.

First two days we suffered with AC not working properly. Then they changed our room to one with better AC. They need to work on the AC problems. Some hotel sections AC is bad, while other sections no problem.

Good hotel. The swimming pool/lounge area in the courtyard is nice and relaxing. I felt the staff could have been more friendly though…a smile would help.
