We
booked
5
double
rooms
for
4
nights.
In
the
evening
when
we
arrived
-
there
was
only
one
double
room.
We
did
not
receive
any
message
about
that
either
in
booking
or
by
an
email.
The
hotel
did
not
even
take
care
of
booking
at
any
other
hotel,
rooms
were
being
looked
for
only
when
we
arrived,
at
9
pm.
Originally
,
as
a
solution,
the
administrator
in
a
rude
manner
offered
a
free
cancellation.
I
wonder
free
cancelation
of
what,
given
that
the
booked
rooms
were
not
available?
There
was
no
desire
to
stay
in
this
hotel
but
unfortunately
there
where
no
other
options
to
find
anything
that
evening.
In
the
end,
we
were
accommodated
in
3
hotels
for
1
night
and
at
our
insistence
were
given
a
discount
of
10
euros
per
person,
for
a
first
night,
which
at
the
time
of
payment
they
turned
into
10
euros
per
room,
pretending
that's
what
we
agreed
on
originally.
Well,
at
least
for
the
other
3
nights
they
found
the
correct
rooms
which
we
booked.
Explicit
overbooking
they
called
a
non-working
unit,
yeah.
Before
cleaning
your
room,
the
cleaning
lady
knocks
and
comes
in
without
even
waiting
for
an
answer.
My
room
was
cleaned
despite
the
sign
not
to
disturb.
A
razor
cartridge
was
stolen
from
a
room
of
friends.
You
might
get
lucky
getting
a
room
on
the
street
side
and
since
there's
no
soundproofing
-
you
will
enjoy
all
the
evening
life
of
the
touristic
city.
