I am on my honeymoon and I am so impressed with the level of service that I am leaving a review while I am here. Honestly you cannot fault them. They allowed us to do early check in and a member of the team gave us a run down of all the services and activities which put us to ease. They decorated our room and gave us complimentary fruit and offered champagne (we don’t drink so we declined the offer) even though we had not informed them of our honeymoon prior to our visit. The hotel is well kept and clean and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. There’s a wide variety of food and drinks available and a lot of activities and entertainment. The only negative is that I wish we had booked longer with Rixos! I will definitely be spending my anniversary with them!

One of my favourite hotels in Antalya. Rixos Downtown beats many hotels in so many measures, the overall setting, food, and outstanding customer service make the hotel a wonderful place Stayed a week with family quite some time ago. Reception is amazing with courteous staff, rooms are spacious and pretty. Gallery had an amazing view of forest and sea.

Amazingly located hotel with amazingly trained staff who are very helpful. We have been to many 5 star hotels around the world and this service was up there with the best. My only critique is: more should be done with the buffet of foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner as it got quite repetitive staying for a week forcing us to eat out. Other than that, the hotel is clean and you will certainly feel safe and welcomed

Rooms are fine, a little old. Cleanliness is good. However, one incident that was very shady and completely ruined our experience is after we checked out heading to our car, the receptionist lady spotted my father (carrying is handbag that had all our important belongings and passports) and kept mumbling and repeatedly asking for the room cards, mind you that we have never been to a hotel that asked for the room cards after checkouts. She was speaking with a very low voice that my father had to lean forward to listen and within seconds his handbag disappeared. My father immediately noticed and immediately ran across the lobby to find the bag. Luckily, he found one of the staff members (wearing the hotel’s uniform) holding the bag from a distance. When my dad approached him he was speaking Russian and was suggesting that it looked like his bag although he’s a staff member and most likely he wouldn’t be standing by the reception line with a handbag. It was very disappointing that a hotel as such has staff that would play that game on their residents. Please stop targeting Arabs and assuming you can have a go at them and their personal belongings. God knows what would have happened if my father didn’t spot him from a distance. I would not recommend a stay in this specific hotel just because of these untrustworthy staff. I must also say that the only positive services are the PCR tests service in the hotel which eased the process so much. The doctor was great. And, the meals in the lunch room were fine as well. Hi guys! I was here on vacation in September. Really beautiful view, spent many hours during sunrises and sunset, enjoyed the atmosphere. Love the combination of the mountains and sea♥️ It would be nice if the evenings were more active than only music in the bar ☺️

I will say, the wait staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were okay, a bit dated, and electric outlets are space. The property was very well kept and maintained and included a basketball, tennis, and soccer courts. There's a kids area with playground and clubhouse that was very nicely done! There's one large pool, parted into three separate pools, one of them being for toddlers, very shallow. There's bars on both ends of the pool, so drinks are easy to get. They offer free bike rentals, hookahs, and a huge breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet with a variety of Mediterranean foods. An elevator takes you down to their private beach, with lounges and another bar. The beach is gravel, and this was a downside, but besides that, it was very nice overall, especially for the price.

Rooms a bit dated Small things like no remote for air con. Ladies sauna , didnt like the fact that allowed in naked. Cocktails not good at all! If you are advertising them then have the correct ingredients!!!! Not enough vegan food choices, only processed! Staff excellent service in every area. Live entertainment fantastic 👏 Rixxie kids club, what a great service too. Thanks everyone ☺️ First floor lounge lovely. Beds comfy. Spa area amazing with good vitamin bar.

One of the best hotels in the world in all respects, the food is very delicious and served on four meals, the location is great, the view is beautiful, the room service is great, the spa is very good, in addition to the bars that are free all day long, Playgrounds for most sports , In addition to the beautiful trips they offer .The hotel staff is very helpful and nice and they make a lot of effort to provide the best services. They will provide you with everything you need. All thanks for their efforts. They deserve ten out of ten. this is one of the best hotels really, I will definitely visit them again ,best wishes for them❤️❤️

The hotel is too over rated, the facilities are not upto the mark and buffet is pathetic. The manager and the staff at the main entrance is involved in making commission from taxis and that's why they only engage taxis that are too unreasonable for tourists. I was there with my family and will never ever want stay in the hotel. They are in hospitality industry and don't know the meaning and essentials of the industry. Neither they have direct excess to beach nor it is a complete resort. If you are willing to throw your hard earned money in trash, go for Rixos Downtown Antalya. If still you have a stay there, don't listen to the staff regarding renting a car/ taxi and never change your plan upon their suggestions.

Our stay at this hotel has been great 😊 the service is great, it is nice and cozy, comfortable, surrounded with lots of trees. There is a variety of good food. One of the a la carte restaurants (Senses) had exceptional service and really good food. The personnel was friendly, professional and attentive, paying attention to every detail. The beach is beautiful, green waters. Overall we have enjoyed our stay and we would return 😊

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Welcoming staff with brilliant service in all areas of the hotel. Spa facilities are excellent too. The best location in Antalya with everything on your doorstep. Absolutely amazing 5+++++++. Cannot recommend enough!

What a great hotel. Very welcoming from the minute we arrived. Great food , lovely attentive staff, and very clean. Heated pool is fab and loved the Starbucks coffee on the terrace. Only negatives would be the rooms are a little dated and the music that plays in reception and the bar over and over is enough to drive you mad. Overall a fantastic hotel

Amazing hotel can’t fault anything. Breathtaking views from our room that overlooked the sea. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond with everything. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Very homely environment.

Very nice all inclusive resort. Spa great and we really loved the selection of fresh juices and the juice bar. The property is beautiful with tons of activities to keep you busy. Very close to the beach and not very far from old town. House keeping was top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpfully with accommodating any needs. The only small issues I had that kept this review at 4.5/5 were that one night we had our dinner reservations cancelled and no one from the hotel contacted us to let us know. The other thing was that the dinning staff seemed a little slow for it being the off season. Refills on drinks were incredibly slow or nonexistent. Tables were often slow at being fully cleaned and reset with silverware before new guests could sit down. Had to ask many times during our stay to have a table cleaned off for us or for a set of silverware. Everything else was great and I would highly recommend staying at this resort.

We had an amazing family vacation at this hotel. I highly recommend this place especially for families. My kids enjoyed it very much, they didn’t even want to leave the hotel. Access to Land of legends is included which is a bonus. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotels we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The staff at the Rixos really gave us a 5 star experience and made our stay so welcoming. If we needed anything at all, we just had to ask our assistant Bella, and she would make it happen. The main restaurant serves a huge variety of food for all their meals, so there's always plenty to try and enjoy. Mehmet and his team was ever helpful and friendly and provided amazing service. We dined at the Meat Terrace restaurant and it was quite honestly one of the best meals we've ever had. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were really generous and friendly. Highly recommend dining there! We had free entry to the Land of Legends theme park, so we spent a full day there which was a lot of fun. All in all, staying at the Rixos was such an amazing experience. The atmosphere, the staff, the food and drinks, the room, the activities and the entertainment were all as good as it gets. We will definitely be visiting again in the future, thanks for a great time!

The hotel is amazing. I am really enjoying my time here, absolutely no issues whatsoever. We had surprise room service a few times, which was also nice. The food is great, the drinks are great, and Turkey is wonderful!

Everything has been amazing, such a fabulous holiday. The rooms, the pool, the food and the bars have all been brilliant and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

The first thing that you notice is. It is huge you have so many things to do and it never gets boring. The food is good there are some things that weren‘t so nice to eat but the most things were great. They have nice customer service and are always nice to you. You also have a beautiful room and a bed. The view is also very nice.

Great hotel and great location. Stayed 19th to 26th of June 2023. Lovely modern clean hotel. Great food selection and nicely spread out selection of bars around the complex. Good location for the Aquarium and Old Town as well as bonus points for entry to The Land of Legends including transport. Staff were always happy to help and friendly. Not a massive amount of cocktails on offer as part of the all inclusive package but bar staff happy to make things if it includes the ingredients they have to hand which is a real bonus. Only thing I will say is that depending on who serves you even the standard cocktails seem to vary with what is in them, like rum swapped for gin or vice versa which is a little odd. Great place to say. Nice rooms. Decent food selection and never felt busy which was a bonus. Loved the free bike hire too. 👌

A good hotel all round for the all inclusive price. Good food. Good service. Lovely a la carte restaurant. Guest relations could have better English. Nice pools and bar areas. TVs in rooms are outdated and lack many English options. Not many plug sockets in the room. Would recommend for families.

In my experience rather mediocre hotel: shabby rooms, unvaried meals and activities, plenty of unhelpful staff. But the biggest disappointment is their pricing policy for family rooms. A family room is effectively 2 double rooms with the door between them, which is left open while you live there. This type of accommodation is 25-30% more expensive than 2 double rooms booked separately. So they take 30% premium for simply opening the door between 2 rooms

What an amazing experience at this 5-star hotel! The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived until our last day. The buffet was a delight for vegetarians, and the hotel rooms offered breathtaking views that left us in awe. The staff made every meal special, going above and beyond to treat us like VIPs during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our daily table tennis matches with the father-in-law added a fun touch, and as a family of 4, we found plenty of activities just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with beautiful memories!

Me and my partner stayed here for 10 days, absolutely amazing. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful at all times. The room is super clean and comfortable. The amenities are great, stuff for everyone for all ages. We found this to be a very child friendly hotel but also many sections for just adults. We will 100% be coming back here many times with our whole family next time. Great choice and variety of food with a different themed buffet every day and a great snack bar and beach bar to order food. Could not recommend a better hotel. Also land of legends was great with transfers provided by the hotel.

Very clean and tidy with excellent service with smile. Brilliant Yoga and Pilate classes everyday. Long bicycle route from hotel with free bike ride. The shows in the evening could be improved instead of just music and bands every night but outside hotel plenty to do in the evening. Land of the legends trip from hotel was included in our all inclusive package. Starbucks drinks in the morning and vitamin drinks close to Hamman / Steam and Sauna room. Massage treatments inside the hotel is relatively expensive compared to offerings outside but you pay for quality and brand

Amazing hotel, we came here for a week at start of November, perfect weather! Staff are incredible and really make an effort to make you feel welcome and our baby was loving all the attention. Food and drinks are great for all inclusive and the hotel and pool are very clean. Will definitely be coming back for another family holiday!

Truly amazing experience from the moment we arrived Mrs Maria was outstanding and is a great asset to your company she did an excellent meet and greet. We received a Rolls Royce service it is something we will remember for the rest of our lives we will share our experience with our family and friends and recommend that they come and stay at this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Overall or stay at this hotel was excellent. The location is great, just a short taxi ride into old town and just outside the hotel is the (pebble) beach/parks/a fantastic strip of cafés, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated and even though we went in winter there was lots for us to see and do in the resort. We went in winter season so a few bars and restaurants weren’t open, and there was some construction going on outside. But it didn’t really affect our holiday. The buffet food was good and changed each night. The service from the staff was 10/10. Top Tip: At the back of the hotel, down the outdoor lift that takes you to the beach, is a row of at least 50 bars, cafes and restaurants. The vibe here is great! Also if you love cats, take some cat treats with you. There are dozens of cats around and outside of the resort. Finally, if you go out the back exit of the resort and turn left, after a 10 minute walk you will get to a little row of market stalls on the main road with friendly locals where you can buy souvenirs.

Everything was amazing from the biggest to the smallest detail. All the waiters were present all the time. Even if you don't really want something they come and ask you, even bring you something from them. Serkan, from the A la Carte restaurant was very careful with us! Amaaaaazing!!! We will return for sure!!🇷🇴🇹🇷❤️

If I have to be honest I would say this hotel is amazing. The staff are nice and helpful. Everything and everywhere is clean, rooms are spacious as well as the lobbies. Their food are tasty. Great outdoor activities and live music at night time.

Thought I’d do a mid-stay review…hotel staff are fantastic - I only generally approach them if I absolutely need help, but it’s great to see that they are cheerful and are genuinely trying to make guest’s stay better. Hotel itself is what I like - has modern touches but overall I prefer its classic and traditional look. It’s somewhere in between a holiday resort and a city hotel, and that works perfectly for me. Important thing is that it’s clean and airy. Food and service in the restaurant is really good too - doesn’t feel like I’m in a crowded soup kitchen and everything is orderly and peaceful. There are also cats everywhere (not in the food) but there’s something really charming about that extra bit of company. One cat decided to plant himself right in the chair with my 2 year old son and it really made his day…now I may need to get a pet cat for him at home! Speaking of kids, they have a kids play area that literally has kept him busy and distracted for hours a day - he is sleeping better and eating better. Other things (gym, pool, etc.) are all at a very good standard. Overall, no drama, no fuss and a stress-free experience. It’s unlikely that I’ll do another trip to Antalya, but if I do then I’d come back. In any case it has want me to try other Rixos hotels.

I can think of many reasons to give Rixos a 5 Star rating with the outstanding one being your staff and customer service. Management can be proud of a team that was attentive, smiling, helpful and working hard to provide the best guest experience. Even when a guest area was not busy I observed staff cleaning, arranging and generally occupied with caring for guests and the beautiful property. My wife who is not easily impressed commented on how clean the room was. Well done!

I could not be happier with this hotel. Amazing service and the management were very kind and understanding. This is worth every penny. I hope I get a chance to return. Great food all around but the all inclusive snacks were the winners for us. Pool is great though the private beach is even better.

When I first walked into this resort I felt like I was in some sort of 80s daydream but not in a good way. The longer I stayed the more the exceptional service proved themselves over and over again. from moving me to sea view room to the excellent deep tissue massage, to the taxis on site. The buffet food is extensive and different everyday, the staff is friendly and interesting. The young male DJ and shift lead on the reception desk were particularly amazing and communicative. The rooms and overall ambience are dated but once I got over that I was able to fully experience the joy of this place with beautiful sunsets, mountains and a hop skip and jump from the beach. I recommend but keep an open mind

the hotel is both old and bad in terms of cleanliness! There were stains in many places in the room! The open buffet is so messy and cheap! If you want to eat a la carte be prepared for the same low quality! The spa area is a complete fiasco! The steam room is cold, there is no drink in the women's section in the spa rest area! ! the staff are equally rude!

We had a great time at here. Rooms were really clean. You should walk out of the hotel to reach the beach. But beach is perfect. The only problem were the quality of foods. Also, the vegan or vegetarian options were so limited.

Great place to stay. My first time in All inclusive, and it’s fantastic. The spa is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also accommodate all your wishes (we had 2 birthdays while staying here). Overall everything is great, and a special thanks to Viktoria who made sure everything is looked after. One of my favourite hotels in Antalya. It does have a very corporate atmosphere ideal for business meetings and functions but also is incredibly stylish with the floor to ceiling atrium and numerous glass elevators darting up and down racing against each other. The swimming pool complex is large enough as you are fairly near the town center and it is right by a beautiful park over overlooking the bay and the surrounding mountains. There's more than enough to keep you occupied in the hotel and but I'm like so many other prestige hotels it is very close to the town center start over if you wish for visit or stroll out.

The staff is rude. If you do not pay a tip - you are treated as an empty seat. We visited the hotel on the recommendation of a Russian blogger, but the paid advertising did not correspond to reality. The food is not tasty, the rooms are dirty. We waited for many hours for the settlement and did not even get water after the road. One child was injured and the hotel did not provide any assistance. I definitely do not recommend !!!!!! It was the worst vacation for big money🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Amazing staff, very helpful and kind. A wide variety of food and drinks, which are nearly all included. Besides the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, also 1 restaurant at the hotel and beach are included in the all inclusive. Would recommend this experience to everyone.

First night at this hotel after changing from the Ramada resort, this hotel is top quality staff is top quality service is top quality haven’t yet experienced the whole of this amazing hotel but am very excited to see what it brings the weather isn’t great but the outdoor pool is heated honestly great first night here if you want the best come here. It’s my third review and we are enjoying the hotel and the facilities BUT everybody should know that the taxi inside the hotel property are charging almost double more expensive than any other taxi outside the hotel .There are many taxis outside the hotel on the main road. If you use them make sure the meter that located inside the rear view mirror is on and the rate during day and evening is number 1 on the left side of the mirror. Taxi from the hotel to old town should be the most 60 Turkish Lira. It about 2 km distance and 20-30 minutes walk.

Very friendly staff. Accommodating and attentive. Have had no bad experience here and would love to return. The main restaurant food is decent, it would be nice to see a range of cuisines available such as Chinese, Indian. Would highly recommend the Anjana Spa, they have many treatments available. I would like it if the spa menu had a description of what each treatment entails as my treatment was better than I expected! A very good all-inclusive concept with food and drinks available at the private beach as well.

Great hotel - location is a bit far out so you will need a taxi to go into Antalya. Service pretty good - only complaint is food in main restaurant is quite ‘samey’ every day and not terribly international. Entertainment in the evening is pretty good and varied. The beach bar is the star of the show - really really nice!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel and everything it had to offer. We only had minor problems but they weren’t really the problem of the hotel. It was my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure she had a great day including a free cake delivered to the bedroom and a bottle of champagne

Absolutely spot on. Staff are very attentive, brilliant service! Food was amazing, highly recommend the lamb. Never had an experience like this in all inclusive resort. Lots of drink options too. Thank you :)

It’s a beautiful place with nice personal. Hotel’s territory is very green, neat and tidy. It has a water pool and the private area on the beach. It has multiple bars and lounges (including the beach).

Best resort hotel I have stayed in a long time. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing variety of food at the buffet and restaurants. Clean and beautiful public areas and very comfortable beds. WiFi was slow at times and dropped out occasionally and the minibar/housekeeping service was a bit inconsistent but it’s not the end of the world as I had a great time nonetheless. Will definitely come back in the future.
