The
hotel
was
just
average
to
me.
It’s
not
a
five
star,
more
like
3
star
hotel
in
US
standards
.
The
male
receptionist
(
wearing
a
blue
polo
shirt)
that
checked
us
in
was
not
very
friendly
or
welcoming.
I
used
my
free
anniversary
nights
and
he
asked
me
to
pay,
which
I
found
a
bit
unprofessional
and
not
knowledgeable.
Everything
should
be
noted
in
the
system.
It
took
him
a
while
to
figured
it
out
and
no
apologies
from
him
after.
The
girl
at
Starbucks
was
also
not
friendly
or
professional.
I
said
good
morning
to
her
but
no
reply.
She
was
silent
and
just
asked
me
to
pay
at
the
reception.
Please
note
coffee
was
from
machine
,
not
made
fresh.
The
room
was
average
-
some
stains
on
the
drawers
and
table.
The
bed
wasn’t
very
comfy.
They
were
doing
some
construction
work
in
the
hallway
at
8:30am
which
was
too
early
in
the
morning
for
guests
that
had
a
long
commute
and
want
to
sleep
in.
Loud
noise
comes
out
from
the
bathroom
every
time
the
room
beside
us
flushes
the
toilet
or
showers.
The
fridge
was
not
turn
on
and
it
takes
a
long
time
for
it
to
get
cold,
not
to
mention
the
smell
of
it.
Again,
not
five
star
hotel
standards.
The
only
positive
thing
about
the
hotel
was
the
girl
that
checked
us
out
in
the
morning.
Very
polite
and
smiley.
Cheers
to
her.
