The hotel was just average to me. It’s not a five star, more like 3 star hotel in US standards . The male receptionist ( wearing a blue polo shirt) that checked us in was not very friendly or welcoming. I used my free anniversary nights and he asked me to pay, which I found a bit unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Everything should be noted in the system. It took him a while to figured it out and no apologies from him after. The girl at Starbucks was also not friendly or professional. I said good morning to her but no reply. She was silent and just asked me to pay at the reception. Please note coffee was from machine , not made fresh. The room was average - some stains on the drawers and table. The bed wasn’t very comfy. They were doing some construction work in the hallway at 8:30am which was too early in the morning for guests that had a long commute and want to sleep in. Loud noise comes out from the bathroom every time the room beside us flushes the toilet or showers. The fridge was not turn on and it takes a long time for it to get cold, not to mention the smell of it. Again, not five star hotel standards. The only positive thing about the hotel was the girl that checked us out in the morning. Very polite and smiley. Cheers to her.

New property with spacious rooms and good staff. Enjoyed my two day stay here. Try there swimming pool which has transparent glass on one end .. good for underwater swimming photos. Parking is available on road and on a plot opposite to hotel. Buffet is available in the morning, noon and night. If you fancy you have options to get groceries or drinks from nearby shops. There is also a bakery near by 7 min walk with lots of bake good options. Overall good decent stay.

You can’t decrease the temperature in your room to less than 22C. If you try and talk to the people at the front desk they will ask you to open the balcony door to cool your room down. No toiletries were provided. Had to ask them to send fresh toothpaste & brushes everyday. Stayed for 3 nights as my stay was a part of a package. Never returning for sure.

Azza was an amazing help when we arrived. She helped us plan excursions, and provided us with all necessary information that we needed. She went completely out of her way to help us out. Ask for her and you won’t regret it!😊 The food was great, the people were great, and the experience was beautiful

Pros: Rooms are clean and have a nice balcony with sea view. The service and staff are very helpful, kind and available for anything needed. They make the experience very good. The location is walking distance to the beach 15-20min Hotel food is good Cons: No good restaurants nearby. No variety The walk in shower is very small and uncomfortable The shuttles to the beach should have more departure times later on the day. Last shuttle is at 415pm from the beach

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Regrettably, I had a technical issue with my online reservation at no fault from the hotel, yet they were able to find me a room and provide a complimentary dinner within an hour during the rush season of the holidays. Yusuf, Korkmaz and Alena are above and beyond. The rooms are a modern design and the upper floors are the best option. Relatively small pool, so you might find the beach more suitable for a longer swim.

First and foremost: Hakan and Natalia made our stay well worth it, despite several imperfections we ran into such as a tiny room, smelly plumbing, very unstable mattresses, etc the two aforementioned employees exemplified excellent customer service. While all of them were good, Hakan's attitude and helpfulness was simply above/beyond expectations.

I booked this hotel in May and stayed total of three days. Let me tell you to not waste your money. All of the features I was told would be coming with stay did not was extra charged when I landed. It was a forgin country to me and was treated completely disrespectfully especially by the kitchen staff. I asked for water and basically got spit on! The people who help with the luggage are lovely; they were the only good thing about this hotel. The location of the hotel is completely photoshopped on tripadvisor, it was not safe nor good in the eye. I regret wasting my money. Don't waste yours the money paid for three nights does not match the location or service!

I just checked out and what a lovely stay we had. The staff is the best thing about the hotel, so pleasent and friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. The location is good, short walk to the beach, some restuarants and right opposite a taxi rank. Room service and breakfast was also good and theres a Starbucks in the hotel. Will definitely stay again and recommend. I had a queen suite on the 11th floor and it was spacious for a couple and 2 small kids and had a lovely view

Decent hotel. Clean and has a Starbucks in the lobby. They have a shuttle to the beach. Good location and free parking. A little over priced and no free breakfast.

As a couple we were supplying from the hotel. There’s everything a vacation needs. Great gym, relaxing free bath house (Hammam), and boutique pool. There is a big supermarket nearby, restaurants and tourist facilities like change 5 minutes walking, and even taxi station in the other side of the street!! The cleaning the service also the food is well. Honestly recommending.

We stayed for one night before our connection flight the next morning. Our room was on the 10th floor and we discovered by great surprise that the airplanes just fly above the hotel! It was so loud I had a hard time sleeping! They fly every 10-20 minutes which could be heard loudly even if you close the balcony door. It made me anxious to a point that I was expecting the next flight with some distress. Also, this prevented me from opening the balcony door for some fresh air since it was so loud. I would not prefer this hotel or the area again for this reason. Also, we ordered food from outside and found out that they would not let us eat the food in the room (hotel policy). I had to argue and plead with the receptionist, which finally let us take the food. However, after a 5 hour flight I was tense and angry about this "hotel policy" that tries to control what I can and cannot eat in my room. Also I would rate the mattress "uncomfortable and old" and it sinks in the middle. Feels like there is a hole in the middle.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. I really liked the room, and the level of service you would expect from the multinational chain. Breakfasts are pricey but really good and filling! On the negative side is the proximity to the airport and their landing route (hence the noise). Additionally, there is a nearby construction that went on even on Saturday. This would not bother me so much if I was able to air-condition my room during the winter time (January). Unfortunately, the AC in the room could only be set on heating and I had to cool my room by keeping the balcony door open.

Nice hotel, 🛏️ good location, friendly staff, a gym with everything necessary. Breakfast is good, and worth the price. Recommended 👍👍 Only downfall is food delivery is not allowed in hotel, so you must meet your courier outside.

The hotel is very clean and elegant. We had a worming experience while we stayed there. The staff are always smiling and helpful. You get to see the sea from the balcony. The location has it's pros and cons. It is great because it is only 5 minutes drive from the amazing Duden Fall. Also it is about 20 minutes away from the Land of Legends. However, if you want to frequently visit the old town, it is about 30 minutes drive. All in all l, amazing hotel!

This is just a kind of 3 star hotel. You will hear flight noise from rooms and not beach facing. Short rooms and not guest friendly ! There are many beach facing fantastic Hotels and all inclusive Hotels in this location...

Rooms are standard with great sea views. Best food and bar. Reasonable price. Excellent gym and service. Highly recommended in Lara beach area

Really kind and friendly workers! Mahsa was really helpful. 5-10min walk to the beach. Many food spots and grocery stores nearby. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only one electric socket at the bed tho. Pool, Fitness and Spa are available.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at the hotel. I travel alot because of my business. The hospitality and the service was outstanding. Specially Azza and Alena took extra care to make sure my visit was very comfortable. Food service 24 hrs and the room with balcony with sea view immaculate. I be back again soon for sure. Receptionists - 10/10 very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Room - 10/10 very clean, dove shampoos, bodywash etc. (the only small issue is that one of the bathroom lights flickers every couple of minutes but hey life is not perfect) Breakfast - 10/10 open buffet, plenty options , super fresh salad, fruits etc. Location - close to beach with walkable distance. Some restaurants and shops for everything you need. They also have an amazing swimming pool, gym and turkish bath. It is definitely one of the better 4 star hotels. Would recommend and come back again!!!

Very pleasant hotel.. Staff is friendly, service is great, rooms are clean. The transport is easy. There is a taxi station. If you want to go beach, you can use a taxi easly or hotel's service. There are services at scheduled times. I would recommend it to everyone...

Nice 5 stars city hotel, clean rooms with balcony, quietness and staff are welcoming. Parking was available all the time we needed it. The food is delicious and tasty. But guests are not respecting first comes first served and the food attendant are not careful about this issue which is annoying 🙄. It's recommended for the good location and it's clean. The SPA was good but we didn't have chance to try it.

Not 5 stars, most staff was very friendly but at times reception staff through call was rude. Bathroom had a bad smell upon entry and the room was really hot. AC did not work and washroom exhaust did not work either. Food was good, but the small room and the issues in it took away from the good there was

I was in Antalya last week and stayed in this hotel and it turned out to be a great decision. The rooms and the hotel were beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful (wish I could have noted their names to mention here). The location was great too, near the famous Lara Beach. This hotel is highly recommended, especially on this price.

The Hotel in general is okay with good view, not far away from the airport, you could find the restaurants nearby. I had some problems the first time due to strong winds noise outside and not pleasant neighbor the next door, really cannot get enough sleep. The staff has changed the room for me and the second night is okay. Price-wise, it's of the highest ones nearby, but I am afraid that this hotel is a bit over priced.

It's really not that bad, it's a normal hotel we just had a restless night, some other gest were noisy and slamming doors, hotel needs to have more control of unruly guest. Also non smoking rooms have a little smoking smell.

The hotel is great, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast menu was great, however the location is like 18 minutes away from the city centre and the rooms are really pricey for what you get.

Check-in process was the worst. I had made the reservations and upon checking in they decided to discriminate against my US credit cards as we don't have to input PIN if we use credit card. She charged and immediately canceled, even after getting approval she decided not to honor it. She wanted US dollars. Then she explained we only accept cards with pin, etc.... I some how manage to prepay the room using hotels.com, funny part thouhh at checking out on charges from incidentals, there was another rep, who had no problem of accepting my US card. 2nd issue ACs It took me more than 24 hours, several phone calls and front desk visits to get ac turned on in my room. No one seems to care. 1st night without ac was terrible. I think another hotel option would have been better for me. Also IHG being such a large company must learn how not to discriminate agin credit cards. Poor service.

I spent 15 days at the hotel on a business trip. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. My cleaning lady Mrs. Pakize was very attentive to details and always used to let surprises in the room. Mrs. Alana always very smile and constant checking on guests and Mrs. Misafir apart of being a very good guest relations, was very good in solving IT problems. The guys from the reception always nice and the guys from the kitchen always preparing very good meals and waiters delivering the best service. Thanks a lot holiday Inn Antalya. It was a pleasure my stay there.

Room is a bit small but with good balcony and sea view. The service is super good. The people at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. We asked for information about the trip to Aspendos theater. A guy at the front desk (we don’t remember the name) told us a trip agency with a fair price. The price for this trip is the same all over the internet. And he contact the agency for us to book a trip and helped us contact agency at the date we should go the trip. The trip is relaxing with a good guide explaining the historical landmarks and end up with a spectacular view along the sea. At the day we left, we asked the front desk about the taxi, and they called a taxi for us. The taxi driver started the timer once we get on the taxi and did not try to overcharge us at all. Overall, although the hotel is far away from the city center, the service is super nice as well as the view. The nearest bus station takes 3 mins walk.
