Three star experience at best. It could be worse but it could be a whole lot better. Infinity pool is beautiful and that’s about where the nice aspects of this hotel end. Furniture is worn and while the double bed concept is nice, unfortunately the linens don’t fit the entire mattress. Even though the view is magnificent at night, the balconies are awash in fluorescent blue, red and purple lights. Rooms themselves lack functional lighting and TVs are throwback to 2006 16 inch TVs. Much more can’t be said for the amenities this hotel has to offer. Hallways are dark with stained walls and when I alerted the front desk and staff to an inability to use the down button on the elevator it became clear that it was a long-standing problem that they haven’t bothered to fix. Front desk staff are lovely enough but lack recommendations on the surrounding area and as an English speaking guest, I had a difficult time communicating with reception or finding someone to help with translations. No proper concierge. Daily mini bar check and housekeeping were early and poorly timed, interfering with sleep. Additionally housekeeping didn’t always restock amenities.

It's right on top of a very noisy construction site. This wasn't mentioned when booking.not relaxing, very, very noisy and dusty. There is zero entertainment for children unless you want to ship them off to the babysitter club (which is extra) no kids pool either. Even though website mentioned it had one. Bed sheets weren't changed and I found the reception staff quite rude and unhelpful. The air con didn't work in the room. Positive. The food is tasty and plentiful. Lots of variety even for the fussiest of eaters. The snack bar was great, the hotel was clean and tidy minus the bed sheets. I guess if I asked they would have changed them. I wouldn't say it's quite 5 star but it's close just a few things need addressing and then it would be absolutely perfect.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent visit and I’ve given this an overall score of 3. I would like to make a special mention to Ali working at reception who was very warm and welcoming. We booked this hotel on the basis it was 5 stars, although having stayed there for 7 nights, it’s probably 3 at very best in my opinion. We liked the outdoor pool, games room and the kids really enjoyed the children room which is managed by a lovely lady. Apart the cleaners and Ali from reception, majority of the staff working at the hotel don’t appear to want to work there and this was reflected in the service we received. There are plenty of options for breakfast although I’m not sure the pastries are fresh every morning. Please do consider providing English breakfast tea to your guest! The finish of the rooms are lacking in quality and detail. Our bathroom sink had a chip and masking tape was left on the balcony area where decorators had painted the wall. It’s the small things that count. The main lobby is large and impressive. Good place to relax in the evenings listening to the piano after dinner. Overall we made our stay a memorable one, and hopefully the small things are ironed out to ensure it meets the 5 star rating given online.

Hotel was lovely.Amazing view of the sea from our room. Very clean all around the hotel. Lots of varieties of foods. Very spacious rooms with an enormous comfy bed and pillows! Staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge stocked up with beers , water and soft drinks daily. We really did have a superb 10 night stay. The entertainment could have been better in the evenings.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HOTEL! Wouldn’t even give it one star if I could we have just arrived here and the staff are very rude and have put me (vulnerable young person) on completely different ends of the hotel blocks from my family. There is durex in the room for sale (very disgusting especially if you have children)! We do a lot of research into holidays and hotels before booking and never have had this much of an issue with a hotel before this is disgusting. I am so disgusted and disappointed, the staff said we can pay extra for a room to change and then says sorry we have no rooms and all you get for bed covers is half a sheet! The bathroom towels have stains on them and the staff do not help what so ever, they are rude and unprofessional!

Very reasonable hotel interms of location and total cost. Food was very yummy. Rooms very spacious. Staff was more than helpful. Dinning area had sea facing terrace, which made our mornings more beautiful, and we had our breakfasts enjoying the view of sea. Paid classes for scuba diving were also available.

Don't know why all the reviews are so good to be honest. It's an OK major chain hotel. Tools are adequate service is adequate food is bland run of the mill quality made to cater for various visitors from different countries. On my half board package I ate out 3 of my 6 nights there because I wanted decent memorable food on my holiday. This hotel is a 3 star hotel definitely not 5 that's for sure

The hotel is in an excellent location. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town and the harbour, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. It is a fairly modern hotel with good sized rooms and very comfortable. I've read a few negatives reviews which seem a little harsh. We have had a really enjoyable time the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The food from the buffet restaurant has all been to a good standard, okay it's not going to rival a 5* restaurant but it offers excellent value for money and we have had no problems. There is an Al a carte restaurant on site the Verona which was actually superb, which if you are staying all inclusive for a week you get one free visit and it was excellent. Large indoor and outdoor pools and great swimming in the sea from the hotel private decking area, no sandy beach but that suited us. If have a criticism it is the hotel towel policy, you get a towel card to exchange for a beach towel (I understand the concept it stops towels being left everywhere) however you can only use the spa which is quite a distance to some parts of the hotel. I'm sure it wouldn't take too much organisation to have towel points by the pool and the decking area as well as the spa. I would also upgrade the quality of the towel, they are showing their age. Also the air conditioning in the bedrooms is turned off from November which has meant the rooms have been too hot and quite uncomfortable some nights and it hasn't been possible to even get a fan in the room again I'm sure that wouldn't take too much to organise and it would have resulted in a 5* review. To sum up a few niggles but offers great value and we would be happy to return

I think, this is the best hotel in the neighborhood (considering location and the sea area). It takes just 10 minutes to get to the old town, which is amazing btw. The water is crystal clean (in comparison to sand beaches), so don’t be scared of the wooden ground, it doesn’t ruin your sunbathing at all, I would say otherwise! We spent a week in here, and I really liked it! The room was spacious, maid was cleaning it daily (some people wrote she was not 🤷🏻‍♂️). Staff was nice to us all stay long. I have no reason for not to coming here again! P.S. I liked karaoke night with Germans, Russians, Spanish and Turkish, that was a bunch of fun!

The hotel is a great location and lovely building. We got a nice view of the sea from our room. However the reason for two stars is due to the poor attitude and service from staff here. Extremely rude and do not make you feel welcome. The pool bar lady called Sukran was extremely rude and does not know how to speak to guests politely.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful outdoor facilities. Be very careful not to order any drinks that are not included in the all inclusive. We got a bill of €480 on our first day for making this mistake, €27 per shot of grey goose vodka! Absolutely extortionate and completely disproportionate to what any premium alcohol should cost per shot!! Also we have been given a room without a balcony! I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have a balcony! Nowhere to sit outside in the evenings on your holiday and nowhere to dry your wet clothes from the pool! The hotel manager was very unhelpful, his response was “you booked it and you should’ve asked how much the vodka was” as much as that’s true I never in a million years expected to be charged €27 euro per shot and I also never expected not to have a balcony on our holiday, just not a Seaview one! I have stayed in hotels half the price and have always had a balcony. Extremely disappointing and it’s a pity the hotel manager doesn’t have basis customer service skills!

Just spent 6 nights here. No complaints at all. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a good buffet selection for every meal. Tunnel to the pool was clean and no sign of cats or the smell of urine. A nice 10 minute walk to the old town.

Hotel is very good located, but the rooms are old and needed to renovate. Service and food was average. I wouldnt come to this hotel again. Its never a 5 Star hotel, I would give a 3 Star. We booked a sea view but got a side sea view after 2 days they changed our rooms. The New Year Gala Party for 60 Euro per person was not worth at all! Most of the time Russian music, belly dancers was only about collecting money, not a great show at all! Service are very arrogant!!! They asking for tips all the time. The All Inclusive plastic yellow band smells aggressiv chemical and we got Allergy.

Great location I must say, super easy to get to anywhere you want to go in Antalya. This is the only compliment in this review. Arriving into the hotel and getting our key cards, nothing was explained to us. Expected to read everything on the documents given to us in minuscule text to try and catch you out. There were never enough towels, asking for them sometimes they never even came or took 2 hours. Would expect this from a 2 star hotel not 5 stars in the centre of Antalya. The breakfast was below average, no range. Pastries did not taste fresh and coffee was low quality. The service of the waiters and staff at the hotel was very poor, nearly no staff speak any other language, even English. They do not even try. Shower door was leaking and this left a mess after every shower. The general rudeness of the staff was shocking and very unexpected. Hospitality has not been taught or learnt. For an international 5 star hotel, this is not acceptable and I have never seen this in any other country. It’s as if you are intruding on them and burdening them after paying significant amounts to stay at this hotel. There is no actual private beach this was not made clear before. The closest sand beach is 20 mins away. Only thing is rocky beach. This is why only 3 stars for location. Private pool is small and very crowded. Water in fridge was not restocked everyday. AC was not strong enough on some nights meaning we had to leave the door open. The ‘side view’ is more a gap between 2 buildings and is underwhelming. The cherry on top occurred at the end of our stay. When we went to reception there was a man which is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life, arrogant and passive aggressive, accusing me of lying regarding towels that do not cost more than 15TL. Their beach towel system was not explained at all once again as nothing was explained at check in. Accused us of lying regarding towels and due to me being honest, unlike him, we made sure that they checked that their cheap, low quality towels, were in the room and not stolen. I do not come on holiday to steal towels. Shocking to be accused at the end of a stay - leaving a very sour taste. The name Ramada has lost its value and I am extremely disappointed- leaving me no longer trusting in the bran.

Nice hotel with a big gym and nice pool, small but cozy spa. They also have their own access to the beach. Food is nice and the choice is big. BUT we had an accident during the dinner. We were not warned that restaurant closes at 9.30. So we entered at 9.20 and wanted to have a meal, we took some food came to the table, then waiter came to announce a price per person which is 25 euros. And next moment he told us that the they are closing in 5 minutes and we cannot take food from line anymore. So we couldn’t enjoy the food and atmosphere. But except this in general the experience was nice. If you know the schedules of all facilities you will definitely enjoy!

The lobby seems good but the front desk staff is extremely helpless and rude. They made us wait for 2 days to give an answer for keeping the same rooms for our second reservation. The travel desk person is extremely rude. The breakfast spread seems to be huge but nothing seemed to be that great. The bedrooms have extremely dull and poor lighting. The pool side area and the location of the hotel is good. This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars, it should be considered as a 3 star hotel.

Pros: big hotel, good amenities, very good location, clean and modern, good variety of food, some friendly staff, the sea view rooms are worth the extra money, you can swim in the sea from the hotel. Cons: some staff members can’t speak basic English. When calling for room service be prepared to wait the whole day to get something you need for the room. The bathroom doesn’t have soap dispenser to clean your hands/shower with. The taxi service outside try to bump you by charging you extra instead of using the meter like all other taxis. Dinner buffet got very boring after 2 nights.

Based on my experience with Ramada hotels globally. I think this branch in Antalya is suvh a shame for this amazing hotels chain. It is the first time we have had such a bad experience with Ramada Hotel. The receptionist was not kind at all and never smiled at us. They request us to deposit money for warranty before handing over the rooms. The venue, in general, was nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is just amazing. The sync was not draining well since the moment we received the room, we had to call the room service already 3 times in the last 12 hours, and still they didn't send someone to solve the issue.

Top hotel, will recommend it to anyone ,it is suitable for families, couples, singles... The rooms were clean ,but not really the standard of a 5 star hotel,I was expecting more. The reception doesn't really speak very good English, which should be required when you apply for a job in a 5 star hotel, the food in the restaurant was amazing , there is also gym, sauna ,massage place, indoor pool on the lower floor, and an outdoor pool with amazing view( good spot for instagramers). There's also a private beach. The location is nice a few minutes walk from the old town, and with a lot of good restaurants in the area.

Love this hotel. Rooms are very clean. Great Value. Nice views. Good Service. Location is literally short walks away from the city center. Breakfast wasn’t the best but got the job done. Entertainment was still affected by COVID. They do however, have a DJ at night. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friend or family member.

the room was very old, the cleaning was ordinary, there were no extra hygiene measures due to the pandemic. My children were constantly biting things at night. The food was very bad, the food we ate in an ordinary restaurant outside was more delicious. when ı asked otel manager I received the answer that he didnt discuss the issues with guest. ı went many countries, I never lived such a strange situation in my life. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.

This hotel is really underrated. I brought a group of about 50 ppl to Ramada Plaza Hotel. We chose this hotel because of its super convenient location to the city centre, and our wedding venue. Every single one of us loved this hotel. Service is great. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The food was great, and although it is in the city, it had all the amenities that you would expect in a resort.

Extremely clean hotel. We opted for bed and breakfast. There was a good variety for breakfast. The view from the restaurant looking over the sea was amazing. Close by shops, great location not far from the airport.

Hotel is immaculate, food is varied. Staff are very helpful. Mehmet who cleans in reception and lobby bar was a credit to the hotel. People giving poor reviews - I don't understand why. We had a lovely holiday and the location is great to get into the old town and harbour. We'll done to all at the Ramada plaza , we we there 3.6.23 - 14.6.23

My second stay this year. Ideally situated for Antalya Old Town and literally on a cliff. Large rooms and so clean, the staff are very polite and helpful. The food is absolutely fantastic, never seen anything like it. This hotel is better than any Hilton that I have stayed in and much better than The Grand Hotel in Brighton.

We booked this hotel via Jet2 as a visit to Turkey to celebrate my birthday and honeymoon. Initially I was a little apprehensive as I read terrible reviews but the hotel blew my mind away. The interiors are amazing with good view of the sea. The staff were very nice and friendly and always helpful. We arrived after midnight and our keys were given promptly by the staff. We had emailed the hotel re food as we were arriving late. They emailed that room service was available and this was handy on the night. We ordered room service at 1am and the food arrived quickly. The breakfast selection was good, fresh omelette and pancakes each day. Rest of the food was ok not very great. Juice was not fresh( have to pay 2 euros for this). Their turkish tea when getting outside of breakfast time was extortion. Was asked 3 euros [50Lira] for turkish tea. Outside of the hotel you get it for 20 to 30 lira. The food and drinks incl beer and cocktails were very expensive. There was no private beach just some steps to the sea and no private beach as mentioned everywhere. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily. The beds were made by team and water was provided everyday. On my birthday I was suprised with a beautiful dessert by the hotel which was left in my room. This was a very sweet gesture by the hotel despite us not telling them anything about it.

Wonderful hotel!! I highly recommend to take all inclusive, food and beverages are included all day, wide variety of food and everything is sooo delicious:) The view and the pool is insane and the hotel has its private access to the sea. I loved my stay here, very good value for money.

Fantastic place. It's an old one, but still perfect! Enjoyed staying here. Perfect hotel, perfect location(7 min walk to old town), very delicious food, perfect view from restaurant, great beach in rocks, very clear water, and very kind stuff! Highly recommend this place! P.S. if you dive, highly recommend to dive in dive center in this hotel.

Great location with walking distance to old town. Lovely breakfast with beautiful views. Indoor and outdoor pools and private access to the sea. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The concierge was knowledgeable and very helpful; we had a lovely day of excursions to popular destinations at a decent price with hotel pickup and drop-off. Unfortunately, the hotel is somewhat dated and in need of refurbishment - examples include poor drainage of shower and sink, soap dispenser not functional, front door very difficult to close. We had also expected a double bed but were provided with 2 single beds instead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this area, but this hotel would be more of 3 to 4 star as per European standards.

Location was great and it was a few minutes away from the old town. Breakfast was good and the food was very varied and delicious. The staff were nice and spoke English to an okay level. The rooms however were kind of small however the major problem with them was the ac that was not working well enough during the 40 degree heat. Overall it is a good hotel and a nice option for tourists I recommend it

Got to say it wasn't quite 5 star in terms of the rooms as they were shabby and worn. The key on the door kept falling off as you put it in to keep the lights on and there were paper cups . I mean really at a 5 star hotel paper cups in the room? Plus booked a double room and fot 2 singles zipped together! That is not a double!! Very annoying! But my gosh do the views over the pool and the mountains and a decent omelette for breakfast make up for it!! Chilling by the pool was very relaxing looking at the mountains and the ocean with a few cocktails in hand!! Can't fault that!! .x Xx I really pleasant 10-15 minute stroll into the old town . Loads of shopping shopping shopping! X Staff very attentive and friendly. Very clean in the communal areas and a good vibe. X spa is amazing! With fish tank indoor pool and sauna and steam room and very zen feel. Turkish bath and massage recommended! Xx 😉 the location is spot on x

A beautiful hotel, can jump directly into the sea. However, I stayed 2 nights and the 2nd day they didn’t clean my room well especially for bed sheet (I spread drinks on it, but they didn’t change) with tip paid. Thank you for your reply. However, what makes you think you don’t need to change a dirty bed sheet and your customer should still lay on it?

+ Great location, close to old city, markets restaurants. Good breakfast. Nice pool amnesties and beach access. - Limited customer service and hospitality. Staff does not speak English well and the reception barely smiled. They were saving on many ends and making it obvious to guests without explanations (e.g. no body lotion, no food allowed in the room, no water bottles on certain days). Requests by phone to the reception were accepted but never brought to the room, not reliable. I stayed during my birthday and the reception knew, however did not prepare anything which I expect at this price point and claimed 5 stars. The small things matter otherwise it should not be called luxurious. Considering European standards I would rate this hotel 3 or 4 stars, not 5 stars.

A nice hotel to spend a few days in Antalya. The room is nice. The breakfast is very impressive, with so many options and great sea-views. The facilities are all there for the vacation. We arrived at the hotel around midnight, and person who checked us in at the reception was not very friendly, maybe due to being quite late at night. Apart from this, the stay was overall good.

Spent a week, all-inclusive with family. Rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced daily. No body lotion included with toiletries, –☹️. What’s worse, they were selling, sweets and toiletries in the room. How demeaning, for a Five Star Hotel. Most of the aerobics equipment in the gym were not working, and the attendant was clueless😮 The entertainment was light, archery, – 10 minutes, water aerobics– 10 minutes, and darts. On a happier note, there was an inaugural bike ride to a local waterfall, 8 km. Splendid. Low-key evening entertainment. The hotel receptionists could be abrupt (except Ali, who was a delight). Equally, the staff at the lobby bar was less welcoming. The food and catering staff were outstanding, with wide-ranging choices and daily theme.

The hotel was pretty good. Loved the location and the pool 😍Haydar and Mali that work there were GREAT ! So sweet and kind 😊 However , the room was not worth the money i paid ! It said it was “delux room with partial sea view” and that was not true. You could not see the sea at all! If i would have known i would just got a regular and not pay more money . I was so disappointed by the view but the rest was pretty good . We had a great time !

Perfect hotel in Antalya with a perfect location close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and wished that we stayed longer and we will definitely be returning. The kind gentlemen at Concierge helped us and we give him a two thumbs up assisting us. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had from every hotel we stayed at. Room were awesome only there was two sheets to sleep on, not sure why. There should atleast be a duvet (blanket). Other than that our stay was Excellent.

I would have given a 4.5 if it was possible The hotel is indeed a bit old and can be updated but the location is excellent, you can walk downtown in 10’, the cliff beach is fantastic if you like fish and snorkeling, breakfast and dinner are great. I came with kids and they loved the beach & pool. The mini club & entertainment team could be a lot better (very few activities and they do not organize anything interesting), the gym & inside pool are 5*. So my 2 lower points go to… renovations & activities

It certainly a 5 star hotel, with spa, gym, and indoor and outdoor pools. It is located in a urban setting but has access to the sea. Found that the staff were always helpful and willing to assist. The food was varied and of good quality although it did feel like eating in a canteen/food hall instead of a restaurant. Rooms are typical modern hotel, although limited storage space. Shower floor was slippery when wet but staff were able to supply a anti slip matt. Bed quilt was not big enough and the join of 2 bed units was not sufficient fixed, the pillows are hard. The main hotel is very impressive, staff are as well. There are niggles but overall I had a good stay. 👍

An amazing hotel. I have spent my vacation here twice, the food is amazing, the spa, the pool the sea. So good. Highly recommended. And just steps away from the old city and yet connected to the beach through an amazing tunnel. HIGLY RECOMMENDED.

Great place, stayed here for seven days in July and the pictures of this place is accurate af. Elevators go to a short tunnelsystem that takes you to the pools or the sundeck. There isn't really a beach with sand here more a cliff of old coral or something and stairs/ramps to the water. The lobby is very spacious and the decor is quite nice everywhere. Food court has a lot to choose from, and is well prepared and tasty. I'd come here again, definitely worth a stay.

Nice hotel service! We recommend to find Ali from the Hotel service, awesome nice guy that can show you around after his shift. The rooms are pretty awesome, with nice service. The food is delicious and the stuff is polite and comfortable with all your needs. Also the beachside is pretty sick, no sand only rocks. Something different but a good price for staying in the capital of the city.

3.5-4* Location is really great for those who want to visit old town or venture west or east to main historic sites by car Hotel is spacious (march stay) and never felt chaotic despite the many rooms Underground car park has steep descent but get used to it after few days. Extremely handy parking as you can take lift straight to foyer or room from parking up in less then minute Some fixtures and fittings are not really fixed and could do with replacement but overall its decent Great views from dining and from the room

During my five-night stay at this hotel, I encountered a few issues that affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, we faced an issue with our reservation upon arrival as we had booked a room with a side view, but the hotel staff claimed that our reservation did not reflect this preference. The situation was made worse by the reception staff, who were uncooperative and not very helpful. Moreover, some of the utilities in our room were not working, which was inconvenient and frustrating. Despite these issues, the hotel's location was a major plus point, being situated in close proximity to the old town. On a positive note, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed the spread of food on offer, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our experience

Best Hotel I've ever stated at! We booked 2 rooms for my family b&b as it was Ramadan. The Sehri breakfast was bought into our rooms at the requested 4am time with a choice of foods it was simply amazing!. Rooms were huge, bathrooms were huge, housekeeping was done daily, staff were amazing, location was perfect didn't catch one taxi during whole stay!. Only negative was that the indoor pool was quite cold even though was supposed to be heated.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. And I believe one the Best hotels in Turkey too. Excellent service. Superb food and very premium location near old town. Their breakfast and dinner buffets has over 100 items. I stayed there for 4 days and in 4 days I could not try everything.

The hotel lobby is so amazing. And the view from the breakfast balcony is unbeatable. We requested a room away from the construction site and that is what we got. So very quiet and spacious with marble floors. The room was clean except for some molt between the shower sliding glasses that could easily be fixed to make it perfect. We took beginners diving from the diving club situated at the hotel in the cliffs and they very nice and professional. The hotel was built 2011 and it is a work of art. They have just renovated the swimming pool and terraces and stairs down to the sea where you can walk down and take a swim with the fish. We had no encounter with rude staff as others have mentioned, everyone was just professional doing their job.

Impressive view and nice facilities. Amazing breakfast selection and comfy beds. Unfortunate for a five star hotel of such scale not to have cooling in April when its 26 degree and sunny out. After the confusion when the air conditioner blowing hot air out realised they haven’t switched the system from heating to cooling (not sure why can’t have both). Changed rooms to the apartment section which is meant to have cooling, however even there the cooling was more like a fan. Furthermore the shampoos provided looked messy and leaked and one looked like it had water on top of it (photo attached)
