Staff with bad attitude; rude with temper. Food in cafe less than mediocre. Gym is closed. You can't even bring water to consume in hotel. You have to buy from them. Internet horrible and you lose connection for hours and days on without explanation as to why it is not working. My son got stuck in the bathroom as lock malfunctioned. The door locked without locking it. We pushed the door open at 4 am to get him out. Instead of apologizing they charged me $150 to replace lock and fix door. Something they can do in Turkey for $30. I would stay away in the future from this place.

The staff is unprofessional and rude. The service is bad. The breakfast is bad (seems old and is very ordinary/bland). The rooms are old and broken. We had a big crack in our sink and a rubber hanging out of our bathing area. The swimming pool is also timed, you can't swim after 7. They charge you for water (its not free like every other 4 star hotel). The rooms were so small we couldn't even find place to place our luggage. There is almost no wifi we had to connect to a wifi of another room that was a floor above us. Better to live in your car rather than this hotel.

Today, a large amount of money was stolen from our safe. Of course, the last day at the hotel. The staff is not interested in resolving the issue, they say that their cameras are turned off and they cannot check anything. Let's deal with the police

Cender hotel was Absolutely the worst 4 star hotel-staying experience I’ve had in my life. It literally feels like a student dormitory, nothing special definitely not 4 star quality.Old, filthy, rude, uneducated.Do not spend your money in there , it’s not worth it.it probably won’t be change the poor quality, unless they set up professional hospitals management system which I can’t see that is happening anytime soon

It is an awful place! Never come here! Staff physically wanted to attack us, 7-8 stinking men were ready to beat us up because we were bringing water and crisps from outside. They wanted us to buy all from the hotel where the shop was closed. Food is old and rotten for breakfast. It is a prison. Towels and bedshits are old and awful. You get disgusted to touch them. You are allowed nothing. They just want your money and you have nothing in return. We stayed one night. Big mistake to stay in this hotel.

Very bad experience One star is more for their services If there is no star I will give them There is no cleaning services in room and hotel in general, no water in small bar at room then they take the money for water that we don’t take it but actually there’s no water 😳, very bad lightening in room and very dirty room ( the mattresses are black color from dirty) and we can’t get blanket. In regard to safe, it doesn’t open and when we ask them to help us they said can’t 😳 😳 unfortunately it is very bad experience

Cender hotel has a Good location with see view buy the hotel is very old, most terrible part is breakfast and dinner. Food is the Lowest and cheapest quality staf.

We stayed at Cender Hotel, it's nice ocean view hotel but we had few negative experiences here, our dinner was included in the package and after dinner, they didn't have courtesy to provide a glass of water, they started charging for it, so ridiculous. There is no AC in lift lobby area, no fans in the lift, very slow room service. We requested for a bucket of ice and after half an hour when we again enquired at the reception why it's getting late..he rudely replied that he doesn't know..

Do not recommend this hotel at all, the building is completely old from the inside, it looks like a retirement home with broken furniture. Our room had many broken facilities such as the shower doors and the AC and our light switches. We requested a bulb for our room as there was barely any light in our room however the man at the reception decided to rudely argue with us claiming he doesn’t understand. When we asked for someone to fix the AC as it was too hot in our room the guy who fixed the service was also incredibly rude and seemed inconvenienced by our request. The room lacked many basic facilities considering the amount we paid for. The staff are incredibly rude to the point where you do not want to ask for anything as you would either be charged or verbally attacked. The food was very mediocre, the buffet is completely limited to a few dishes most which weren’t edible, we ate bread and cheese for the most part as the food was inedible. The wifi was a hassle as we constantly had to put our passport ids in to log in and the wifi would constantly log us out everytime we would enter a different room. It was a huge inconvenience. The hotel staff would also charge us for drinks which was wierd as we paid for full package. They would also fill our fridge up with drinks everyday to find out that these weren’t complimentary and they were charging us all along without informing us. Overall, the staff were horrible the food was inedible and the stay was not good. Would definitely avoid!

Didn't stay here of my own choosing, Turkish Airlines screwed up our boarding passes and made us miss our flight and put us up here. It's dirty, it's uncomfortable, the pillows are covered in tiny black human hairs. The view is gorgeous but I would have absolutely picked anywhere else.

The rooms were too close to each other so you can hear any noise done especially at night. The receptionist deos not know proper English especially the Russian employee who put us in an awkward situation due to his lack of understanding. The breakfast wasn't as good as it suppose to be, same thing every day 🤷‍♀️ The best thing about it , it's location. But, for the affordable price we managed🤪

All of the negative reviews are bit exaggerated. There might be isolated incidence or during rush hours there might be some mishaps but overall the hotel is good. It have everything that a person need. If you are coming here with higher expectations then it is your problem. You get value for the money. Food is normal. It is not bad anf staff are also good. Not excellent.

The location is very good and the view is excellent, everything else is so bad. Equipments are very poor, restaurant is something that you must ignore completely, there is always high noise in the early morning.

**The bedroom was in a mess because we were leaving that day!** In short, the room and the hotel were okay. The room was tidy, the bed linen was clean every day. The bathroom was clean, but the ceiling was terrible. maids cleaned every day. one day they left the balcony door open - which is not good at all, because anyone can enter the room through the balcony. There was neither a table nor chairs on the balcony. There are stains somewhere on the wall, floor and in the bathroom. It seems to me that the hotel is quite old, not well maintained. The food was the same every day. Pasta, rice, meat with sauces, vegetables. 2-3 days off 10 days there were cakes, not every day, for dinner. We didn't use the sauna, fitness, etc. - I don't know if it is charged extra. !!On the last day, we had to check out of the hotel at 12 noon, BUT no one told us. They called us on the last day at 11:50 a.m. to inform us about it. If we stay longer than 12 hours, they would charge us extra money.!!

Hotel has a great view but the service is absolutely terrible. They never refilled the soap and shampoo during our entire stay. The manager is a miserable man who fights with all the workers constantly. According to management, you can’t sit near the AC fans because that’s only for the workers. Horrible experience I do not recommend staying here!

I've visited here today because my embassy was here. So I didn't have to use the rooms. We were in the conference room which was small, yet clean and nice. The view and the pool was beautiful. The staff were pretty helpful and polite.

Fantastic location with a brilliant view, nice pool area. Helpful man who spoke some English on arrival which was helpful. Rooms old fashioned with age old appliances, fridge not cold at all and freezer compartment iced up, I needed this for cold packs after having dental work so not good for me. No cups in rooms which I also needed for soup as couldn't eat so that wasn't good at all. Think the hairdryer was as old as me, 52!!! It's a shame the owner doesn't update the place cos it could be so much nicer and has lovely views, bit of a waste of a good location really.

An absolutely nice clean and tidy place I stayed. The room was sea wiew from both side windows a balcony with chairs and bay window with round sofa to sit and chill. Massive swimming pool outside. Some choice of food and fresh grilled chicken highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Our 1st day outside our room in the corridor was a cigarette butt, on our last day it was still there Staff need training Breakfast poor Kettle in room ,no tes bags, no cups and no glasses, so why would you have a Kettle

Worst hotel ever, rooms are small not accurate from the picture, AC does not work, the room service also poor, not even ready to support. The view is good from the room. Although the hotel needs renovations and investors that can lift it up as location is good. But service of the room management not good.

The hotel has a very good view of sea. The rooms are clean and decent. The location is also good since it is walking distance from nearby market, eateries and bars. Only downside for me is that the hotel has no cafe or service in the night. Overall a good experience.

Good room size and housekeeping service was good, AC has no controls only one settings of hi cold, elevator stack when I was inside. Overall, I don’t think I will visit this hotel again.

Bad service the food was dirty and salty no communication no wifi for 1 week towels were dirty too i told them i need 1 single king size bed they gave me 1 single small bed the A.C not working at all the bar is very very expensive THE ONLY THING POSITIVE THING WAS THE VIEW I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL PLUS VERY EXPENSIVE PER NIGHT
