Deceivers. I booked a 35m2 room with a city view, a second bed and a washing machine. upon arrival they gave a terrible small room without a window, a bed and a washing machine. to my indignation they said to deal with the booking service. returned the money. terrible service and owner.

My brother had a very terrible experience. The person at the reception behaved aggressively when my brother enquired about certain things which were promised but not being done. Very pathetic service. Avoid at all cost.

Its very good hotel in antalia very near to kaleici and the owner of hotel mosa is also very nice guy.. must stay here who have a budget tour..

Don't even think About booking this place!!! The worst hotel I've been to! SMELLY rooms, DIRTY bathroom, THIN walls so you hear everythning. I mean everything, even somebody elses breathing in the next room. -no parking lot

Location is really nice! Also the staff is very nice and friendly!

Internet is not stable and they can start making construction, making loud noises hammers and all without letting you know late at night, at least is my experience, other than that the host is a good person and replies quickly if there is a problem.

Not fit for purpose Poor rooms and apartments - dirty, no ventilation, wires hanging out the lights exposed electric wiring, broken shower, bad plumbing, no daily room cleaning, tv does not work, holes in bedding, old torn mattresses, bed under a drawer/draw on the bed itself, door does not shut in bedroom as mattress and bed are infront of the door, ac in one of the rooms is old so not great, door locks and knobs are falling apart, building needs a lot of work, no lights on the stairs until half way up when the sensor starts to work (very dangerous). VERY EXPENSIVE for no service and dirty old rooms and given poor rooms compared to the photos. . .our room is nothing like the photos - deception and lying. Disgusting rooms All our money was taken before seeing the rooms . . .I would not have paid if I had seen the rooms first. Given a "superior family room" without a flushing toilet and No lift in the old building but were moved as soon as we complained to a still bad room but better loo but see above everything needs work in the building. Thin walls we can hear everything from the other rooms and understandably noisy families on holiday. No kitchen in the apartment nor washing machine as booked. Not "serviced" apartments People are friendly and good location as a mosque/museum is 10 seconds away, stunning harbour is 4 minutes away, town centre is around the corner (30 seconds away) and buses and trams are very near

Very rude hotel staff. The reception are liars and very rude. They don’t give you the room you booked on booking and they shout at you when ask for it. Very rude guy sitting at the reception doesn’t know how to treat customers or tourists. I will never come back to antalya again because of this guy showing bad impression about the city

Gvar apart hotel and nestel hotel both of them are very goodhotels and wokers are so good people. manager of the hotel mr Musa speaks several languages. Very kind helpful owner. Safe, clean and best location. Definitely best spot to stay for value of money paid.
