HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!! This apart hotel needs a management change ASAP! It is not family friendly. All apartments have been completely penetrated with CIGARETTE SMOKE, furniture has cigarette burns on all the couches and tables. 24/7 concierge smokes day and night in the lobby and due to ventilation system set up all the smoke passes through ventilation directly to the apartments and each floor level. Upon coming and seeing few rooms with the issue, we requested to possibly have non-smoking room, we were given keys to 7 more rooms, which all were completely smoked in and in the state of disrepair. Since it was late, we (family of 3) stayed one night, next morning we left even though we were booked for 10 nights. The owner refuse to give us refund/partial refund for the rest of 9 nights. NOTE: we found a great apart hotel cheaper and 7 minute walk to the beach. Will post it here in 9 days!!! Worst experience in my travelings. Everything is broken or damaged. Very dirty and stinking. It was on the airbnb with good reviews - a cant explain that, but really its horrible place and i recomend to stay away from it as far as you can. Eugeny from Russia.

I WOULD PUT LESS THEN 1 STAR IF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE!!!!! They have a lot of rooms available, we seen at least 8 of them and all of them is in very bad condition. This place would be good with better management , strict rules on smoking and better maintenance. Terrible experience , sigarette smell is strong in all the apartments. I strongly do not recommend it for families with kids!!!

Rooms are big and well equipped, location is calm, reception works good. But you should make your reservation by phone before coming here because the hotel is often full

The place is disgusting, burnt and smelly furniture, mattresses and pillows smell like sigqrrete smoke. But the worst is that concierge and his friends smoke in the lobby , and all the smoke goes to the room. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE YOU CANT SLEEP SMELLS AWEFULL , MOST HORRIBLE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN

The Hotel Location is 10 minutes from Konyaalti beach and 25 minutes from Hadrian Gate by Car, If you take a Bus it is double the time so you should rent a car if you're considering staying Here. The Hotel rooms itself is definitely not like the pictures if you book from AirBNB, a lot of the equipment is not clean and not well maintained, the Cigarettes smoke smell is everywhere even in the clean sheets and blankets (which most of them have cigarettes marks), the swimming pool is not well maintained. The price was cheap (60$ for 3 people) though it was one bed and two not so comfortable sofa beds. They have a reception so the check in was smooth and they cleaned the room twice when we asked them. Overall I would recommend doing your research well as I believe there are better options with not so much higher prices.

The bed's mattress is so thin and uncomfortable. I can hear the voice of anyone in the other rooms, really noisy especially for light sleeping people. The room's cleanness is average. The receptionist is helpful.
