TOURISTS or FOREIGNERS BE CAREFUL!!!!! We asked for two large menus and they charged us 2 large menus and 3 nuggets (20 lira each). Firstly, they did not give us the ticket and we asked for it as the total money did not match with the prices shown in the menu. The girl tried to explain that she can not charge “large menus” explicitly in the laptop but the total amount of money was the same. We did not believe her as the prices in the menu were clear. We asked to talk with the manager and when she came she confirmed that 3 extra nuggets had been charged. Far for asking for apologies , the manager and the girl, started to laugh together. FOREIGNERS AVOID THIS MCDONALDS BUT IF YOU HAVE TO ATTEND….ASK FOR THE TICKET AND REVIEW IT!!!!

Horrible taste, feels like they changed their oil last year. Food tastes like tyre, really unnatural smell. Fries was crispy to the point of being unbeatable.

They charged me more than double the price for a cheeseburger. When I asked about the price, she pointed at the menu listed price. Later, I see the cashier crumble up my receipt after a short talk with her manager. I go back and told them I want my receipt. I asked why I was charged 120 lira for a single cheeseburger. She responded that the cashier was new and made a mistake (it still doesn't explain why they crumbled up my receipt).

The fries wasn’t cooked. I Ordered a double chicken burger but I only got a burger with one dry nasty chicken. They forget so many things I have ordered. The fries are w/o salt and very nasty never tasted such bad fries Fr. The onion rings were good tho und it was cheap that’s the only good thing I can say about this mc’s

Who doesn't love a halal McDonald's. We were served an XL meal and it was amazing. For two meals cost us around £13. The chips were served in a large bowl and the drinks needed two hands to carry. Could not fault at all. Loved the quarter pounder and would happily return.

Why are the reviews so bad?! Outdoor and indoor seating, cats walking around, very busy very very busy. Good food London pricing.

Worst McDonald's ever! Food was disgusting. Put me off ever going here again. Full of cats scrounging at tables and begging on tables it was horrible

After arriving to Antalya, Turkey around midnight we wanted to eat something that was known as well as explore the different kind of burgers they had to offer in comparison to the country I am currently living. We have chosen the double beef patty milli burger as well as the Dada burger. The burgers were delicious and not dry. The place had also a nice outside sitting area. One star less due to the French fries which were not tasting well.

Probably the most unsatisfying meal during my stay in Antalya. And this cost me over £20 for 4 people. There are many ways to waste your money in Antalya but please, don't waste it in this McDonalds.

The chap serving was excellent considering we didn't speak Turkish. However, a female member of staff needs customer service training- they were like night and day. The female member also in charge of drinks got ours wrong. But in general a clean place considering its in a very busy city.

The worst culinary experience I had in Turkey, the food was bland, the prices were surprisingly high and the service was non-existent. The seating wasn't bad but that was the only mild positive

Fillet and burgers too thin the attraction is Muslims can eat halal from McDonald's. Ice cream is fantastic

Very nice McDonald's, it was really busy but they still had enough space for 5 to sit. Food as usual was food, the service due to the busyness was a little slow

Came here for quick bites. Service is good and fast. Large space in the backyard. It gets busier in the afternoon. Overall, it's nice to get an ice coffee on hot summer days.

As a fries lover myself, nothing tasted better than their fires with oreo ice cream, the place wasn't very clean, the food in general was not that tasty. But i did enjoy it

The food was OK. The service is not the greatest, but I dont think it is their fault. They need to modernise the palce to meet the newer standards. I mainly mean that alot of people coming to mcdonald's in a tourist city don't understand trukish numbers, so a screen with numbers would be nice.

As others have said, most probably counterfeit McDonalds. Every branded item looked like it did 10 years ago in other places. The aplliences where not fully there, stuff like mc cafe or order screens completely missing. Weird feeling. Food bland and different than any other branch i ever visited. Employees serve single burgers instead of double and pouch the money. I'm 99% sure they just use the franchise name but are in all actuality a ghost entity. Because, at the end of the day, who will do amything to them? Racking large sums of money in a country with 80% inflation and not affiliated with any international trademark bodies, I can't see a reason why this wouldn't be possible, in the same vein of "Gucci" turkish handbags and other counterfeits. Dangerous place to eat in In my opinion. Should be closed ASAP

Service is just awful, the stuff leaves counter without even telling the customers that they should use another one.

The bun was extremely hard and felt like I was eating toast. Had to remove the bun.

First of all the card charging machine was not working. 2ndly they didn't have all the flavours like strawberry sundae. I ordered mc flurry m&m and it tasted just okay. I think it tastes better in Pakistan. Quantity was huge and price was cheap.

Barely fried french fries, cheeseburgers were stale and unbearable. Not recommended unless you're looking to get food poisoning.

Food was okay... I as a German it tastes different from what I'm used to though... Service was ridiculous... Took forever, was super disorganized, milkshake was done 15 minutes before the burgers and waiting on the counter the whole time, so I basically had chocolate milk by the time we got our food.

Chaos and poor food quality, moreover it closes at 2:00, not 3:00. Not the worst McDonald's in Antalya though. The only plus was personnel.

Recently I have ordered 2 double McChicken and unfortunately I did not check when I taked my order. In home I revealed that they put 2 usual McChicken. It's terrible customer service, always checks your order before taking it!

There was a big garden at the back with lots of tables which I wasn't expecting! I was really hungry and it was late, around 1 am, every where was closed except macdonalds. So longer hours are much appreciated 👍🏻 Although it was really late, the staff were still very energetic and helpful. They do deserve 5 stars 🌟

The service is fast and accommodating for those that don't speak Turkish, however the food is bland and the fires felt as though they had been cooked the previous day. Overall it's what you would expect of McDonalds except worse.

McDonald's is not for me. It had a nice outside kind of garden setup however most people were smoking so not suitable if with children or non smoker.

Nice place with lot of seating options. There is a backyard, upstairs and payment seating. Quite busy throughout the day. Orders are a 5 to 10min wait.

I got the double chicken burger and a strawberry milkshake. The staff can understand you if you order in English so that’s nice. They charge for sauce though

Very fast service despite being so busy during peak lunch hours.

If you come here go for the daba daba burger, have an ice cream and milkshake all less than £3. Fantastic service.

Way too crowded! Maybe I don't understand the culture but the kids around here just seem to be hanging around all the time, nothing better to do.
