It was the worst experience! At first when we arrived they gave us a place for 6 people even though we booked a flat for two.. the flat was so dirty! We asked to be transferred to another flat and they said there is no available ones.. The sheets were so dirty,had stains on them I asked for new ones.. and they brought me dirty new ones😅 Every thing has dirt stains on it.. the sofas, blankets, towels, walls, bed sheets, the windows curtains, the kitchen equipment, the kitchen it self, shelfs, drawers and gaz hob .. Old broken stained furniture that needs to be renewed. The bathroom was a disaster it was so dirty and smells so bad, rust everywhere.. broken rusty basket that we couldn't even use. No shampoo or soap and even toilet paper we asked them to give us. Wifi connection wasn't good. We couldn't handle it and we asked them either to fix the problem and give us another clean flat or refund us so we can leave the place.. but they said they can't help us and we if we leave we will lose the money we paid. We tried the breakfast once and it was good and fresh, so I guess the restaurant is good. Overall it was a bad 3 days experience.

I dont recomend this hotel at all and here are the reasons why, I'll start up being telling all of you how on the pictures you see that it is a very nice and clean and big hotel with a lot of big pools, it's not like that at all. The hotel when we got there had not even helped us with our luggage to the rooms and it was late and we all had to drag up our big and heavy bags up a very big staircase (no elevators) and then when we got to our rooms it was super dirty, there was stains all over the apartment and in the toilets and showers, the kitchen supplies such as plates etc was also dirty and had stains everywhere and there was a very smelly and nasty place to stay at. The second reason is that even though we asked for a nice view we got a view of a dumpster that actually made the balcony smell even more. We only stayed a night when we were supposed to stay for ten days, there was no breakfast and the pools were child size only. When we got to the office the workers were super rude and obnoxious and did not want to help us get another place, so when we left we were told we were gonna get all the money back in ten days time, it's been 22 days and the money still hasn't been returned to us. Melda palace destroyed our semester completely, I don't recommend at all.

Cancelled my reservation the last minute without convincing reason , I would not guarantee the same happened to u !!! ( they cancelled literally while I was planning to travel there within few days )

We are spending 3 weeks here in November & December 2021. Nice rooms. comfortable and quite reasonable. Convenient location with easy freeway access. The area is comfortable and totally safe.

This Hotel Located Near to Mandarin /Orange Farm Near to Beach and Mountains Surrounded. Very beautiful and clean . Restaurant in the hotel with Chef Qasim

A decent place for a lads holiday which is what we used it for. Apartments were nice and clean. The pictures were slightly misleading as the pool was very small. When we got there we received no help with luggage or shown to our room. Was very late so had to find our own way. But other than that, friendly staff and overall nice place.

I stayed here for a week with my family and it was fabulous! The staff working there were super helpful and kind. They helped us with out luggage and showed us to our room. Very clean and peaceful place to stay.. a city getaway. 5 minute drive from Konyaaltı beach and 10 min drive from city centre. I highly recommend this place especially for families! Much love to the Russian receptionist she was adorable. ❤

Location: Easy to find. Not far away from the city (by car). Around 10-15 mins from city center. Fresh air. Surrounded by rocks/mountains. Far away from the main road, which means no car sounds. Perfect get away. Pictures are very true!!! Household/Utilities: Got everything you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, hot water, fridge, MW oven. Plenty of kitchen ware and utensils. Neighbors: Very quiet place. No parties, loud music/noises at night. Price: Worth the amount you pay. You can get a good deal if compare different websites. Parking: Plenty space to park your car. Sleeping quarters around, hence, it is a safe place. Service/Reception Desk: Very helpful, polite, ready to solve your problems. Security: 24-hours. Would definitely suggest the place!!!
