👍 It is not very large and does not take a lot of time to go through but it is free. The displays are pretty basic and show day-to-day life from the last 200 years. People often mention museum, free, Turkish, small, life, enter,

It is a very beautiful Etnographic Museum, a museum dedicated to Turkish history and culture. Inside, you can see traditional Turkish clothes, hats, Turkish home culture, cooking, and carpet weaving. The museum is located in Muratpaşa near Kaleici Port, Inner City, it is a beautiful tourist destination. Entrance to the museum is free. When you come to Antalya, I recommend you to visit this museum to learn about Turkish Traditional history.

I like this museum a lot. First of all, it's free and have many halls to see. The exhibition is well-organised. Also, I like that there is no many staff, and you can take your time slowly discovering the items. Very cosy atmosphere with no pressure. What I liked the most there is the osman graveyard with a lot of explanations written there. Studied many things by myself. Worth visiting!

It is a small but free museum that should be seen if you are interested in the life of the local people.

The museum contains many artifacts from different times of Turkish history, Many relics and many items as they were collected and presented to visitors in near mint condition. The outside of the museum is home to some tombstones from old times and tombs. Also the scenery from the terrace is quite nice.

That's the place you are to visit. 1. It's free to enter. 2. It's in the historical center near the harbor. 3. Lots of pieces related to different epochs of the city. 4. It's free to enter.

Free. Great 10-30 min visit to see how life was lived here in the 19th century.

First of all, I have to point out that there are two entrances, the place where the maps direct us is not a used entrance, you enter from the upper side. As for the interior, you are taking a small journey into the lives of the people who used to live in Antalya, I say you should go and see it. By the way, it's a museum you can enter for free :)

Sweet little house giving insights into how people lived -- from the tiny conical coffee cups in metal stands to the bench-walled common room with stove in middle to keep it cozy. It's free & right on the way to the historic harbor.

Well presented and small museum which is free to enter. A respite from the hot summer sun, inside it’s lovely and cool with lots of interesting set ‘rooms’ to look at, textiles and other things of interest. There’s a second house that features Islamic exhibits. No bag drop/cloakroom. Enter at Ömer Efendi Sk (not at the bottom gate which is chained shut, but up the hill a bit, around the back).
