Falez 1 is very close to Duden Waterfall, both as an observation deck and an open air park. There are sitting areas, children's playground, viewing terraces and benches to see the cliffs, outdoor sports equipment in the park, which provides easy access for disabled individuals, children and the elderly. Step by step garbage bucket, there is always an attendant who pruns trees, repairs broken outdoor furniture and collects garbage in the park. The park, which has a separate green, blue and earth color in winter, is a perfect escape place to get air, relax and get away from the chaos.
