Disappointed: Our group of 60 people couldn’t get to the rooms that we ordered which were in the main building. Instead the staff send us to some old building which is quite far from everything (beach, restaurant, shops, pool) which is located right next to the parking lot of the tourist buses and cars. The rooms were old, stinky, found many hairs on the bathroom floor. Because the room was not comfortable for old people of our group, We called to the Guest Reception asking for a room upgrade, and to pay extra fee but the staff denied it by saying that because they’re receiving some diplomats they can’t upgrade the room. Just because of the rooms we will rate this hotel as 2-Star hotel.

We had a family vacation in 2013. Only positive impressions remained about the hotel. We rested on the "ultra all inclusive" system, a huge hotel, a large swimming pool, there are several of them, there is an indoor, a hammam, a water park with slides, bars, restaurants, an open terrace where you can eat, always cooked delicious, a large selection of dishes, a disco, animation, there is a children's club Pino, the room is always clean. We really liked it, I recommend you to visit!

Its a cool place to spend few days at.Staff are doing their best everywhere u are . The food is abundant and anyone can find something to meet their satisfaction. Rooms are comfy ,clean and have all you need for a calm stay . Spacious beach and big pool area .For those preferring less crowd there s plenty of alone walking place among the pine trees as well as a jogging space. Its a good place to be In Belek

I would give the service a 5, but to shock for me and my husband one of the drivers were very rude, not gonna say his name. Although the other staff were great😊 excellent and polite. Stayed for 9 days. But you really need to talk to the drivers, they will know who they are. Thanks Pine Beach Belek Family! 🥰

This isn’t a hotel or a resort. It is its own small village. The property is half a kilo squared and it was just impressive. The rooms were all fairly basic. The meeting spaces ranged from opulent to held together. The food was quite good and had a wide assortment of options. They had many very tasty Turkish options which tend to be missing from other resorts.

Last minute reservation reserves some surprises. Definitely LOCAL standard 5 stars. Cleanliness and room service are strictly minimum. Animations and food are great. Difficult to communicate if you are not Turkish or Russian. There are 2 rude staff at bar beach disco/club. And staying in the queue seems to be not part of the culture at all. No efforts have been made by the staff to maintain some order and they simply serve those who jump to the front directly, if you wait respectfully and they will simply ignore you. The child club's care takers are not very willing to work.

The level of the service is not corresponding to the 5 stars the hotel claims to have. 1. The rooms are dirty. Bedsheets are not clean, carpets are stained, hair in the bathroom from previous guests, towels with yellow marks, old rooms. 2. The quality of the food is questionable. I got an intestinal infection and had to go to hospital. Either the food was not good or the dishes were not cleaned properly. 3. The staff is not helpful and showing the attitude. To sum it up, the hotel is not hygienic, overpriced, and does not provide the service to the standard of a 5 star hotel in Belek.

I stayed in Pine Beach Belek from 22nd till 28th of April. That was the time of my life really! The hotel offers a whole range of modern facilities, including several swimming pools, some with sea water, sauna. Hamam is really great, the best I’ve seen so far. Many bars around the hotel, cocktails and shots, service available even at the beach. Also great shows and animation – you never get bored. Especially I liked the animators Evrika (this lady has a perfect smile😉, Plexis and Alperen, who sincerely tried their best to make me remember my stay for the rest of the year, many, many thanks to them. Actually all the staff is really friendly, receptionists too, I would like especially admit Khapyia, very professional and nice) And I cannot but mention the barman Mehmet, the best bartender on the coast😊. Strongly recommend this option to anyone who thinks he/she deserves a great holiday.

Pros: - Beautiful territory with citrus trees and pines Cons: - Towels placed on top of sun-beds in the morning. (Some guests selfishly “occupy” territory in this way.) My advice to staff to remove these towels has been completely ignored - they do not want to create conflict situations with guests. - There is a risk to get poisoned. I’ve spent my daughter’s birthday in the room with muscle weakness and diarrhea. Everything else is mediocre. I can’t tolerate food poisoning, thus my mark is “1 Star”.

On my first day at Pine Beach Hotel, I was irritated that the KIDS club was located in the backyard, far from the beach, and that the dishes at the restaurant were not to my liking, so I decided to vent publicly ON GOOGLE REVIEWS. But that was definitely jumping to conclusions. The following days proved me wrong. In contrast to most Turkish five-star hotels, which only pretend to provide high-quality service, Pine Beach actually does. Very perceptive reception. Any of our requests were handled in less than 5 minutes. The KiDS club, about which I was most frustrated, was actually the thing we enjoyed the most. You literally drop your child off at 10 a.m. and pick them up at 6 p.m. Every day, my son was overjoyed. And, despite the fact that it was in the back yard, they provided a wonderful electric shuttle to 'commute' you there stress-free in 3 minutes. The backyard is surrounded by stunning pines, which provide the needed coolness and shade on hot summer days. Excellent aqua park. Although the beach is quite narrow, there are plenty of sunbeds and the sand is very fine. Seawater pools are one of the cool things they have. If you don't like going to the beach on hot days, you can cool off in the shade at the SEAWATER POOL. THEY OFFER SHOWS EVERY NIGHT, BUT TO BE HONEST, I had little interest in live shows. Instead, you could find me at the bar, where Pine offers top-brand drinks and beer, but more importantly, the bartenders were always willing to have a small chat. Remember that my first review was nasty, their guest relations department reached out to me today to address my concerns. This is what I mean when I say "back and forth for your client." All in all, never before i have VISITED A HOTEL TWICE IN MY LIFE (BECAUSE MY WISH WAS TO EXPLORE AS MUCH OF THIS WORLD AS I COULD). WELL, PINE BEACH HAS MADE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER, AND I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO RETURN IN THE FUTURE.

I give you 5 stars because i can't give you more 😁👍. Everything was perfect, very nice stuff, we will come back again!!! Just one thing make disco with more local music, not everybody in this hotel are Russians, when I go to another country is interesting to feel the culture! It is stupid to play only Russian tracks!

First of all the hotel was amazing lots of different things to do, we came here to shoot some videos and we met the kindest staff, we met Karim from the sales department and he was very helpful and took great care of the whole crew.

This hotel has such a green and huge garden that its impossible to imagine. It has more than 1700 trees and impossible to count so many flowers and plants that this hotel has. It has 2 outside and one inside sea water pools, and many other with normal water, on top of that this hotel offers a great aquapark. The room facilities are nice. Lobby is totally renovated and it looks nice. The food is amazing. Try their grill Ala Carte Restaurant which offers great food in posh atmosphere.

My experience to this hotel was amazing. For us, cleanliness of the rooms has been important, and it's worth mentioning that the staff has been very attentive and ensured that our rooms were clean. Especially Mrs.Emel Yanaray.

Excellent hotel for good price. Clean territory and beach. Room are comfortable and evening animation is exciting here too. Only one disadvantage that all hotel is fully occupied at least in the end of the July. Especially want to praise the work of receptionist Khapiya, she was really kind and also she was good in English, I really appreciate her help with documents

so beautiful!!!! very clean, super friendly stuff, food much higher than the everage, .. from gym to chocolate everything included, which is so relaxing when you travel with young kids. the owners (3 generations) are always there, seeing everything and enjoying when the guest enjoy.. very very different from all the hotels/resorts around! and for coffee lovers there is a cafe/barista making coffee uhuuuu I tell you, this place is full with high quality details I would love to go there again with my family!!

Do not go if you don't have kids, it will be boring! It was extremely tidy and clean, so in fact, that they have people who run around while you eat and take a shower on the beach, who clean beneth you. Honestly, this felt weird and intrusive and they should not be cleaning around your table while you eat. Do not expect to go out of the resort and have a good time, Belek is not a pretty place. The resort is nice and large, however it is very outdated. The biggest issues I had were the beds and the resort design. The beds are very uncomfortable. The resort design defies every logic you ever seen in your life. You have to navigate a maze of chairs, tables, small doors, gardens, just to get to the beach. A pathway made for several hundred people, suddenly ends with a small staircase, or literally goes into a snack area where hundreds of people want to pass, just to get to the beach. Even the pools in the main corridor are separated with a garden. The whole place feels so weirdly designed, like it was not made for people to walk around. All in all, it should be around EUR150 per day for 2 people, not 300 !

We have just spent 7 days there. All in all everything is good and/or acceptable, but there are two things I would like to mention. 1. They don't clean the rooms properly. 2. Be prepared that english is very limited at this hotel. The staff barely speak english (Even at the reception). Except for: - a bellboy who is from Canada (of couse he is a native english speaker) btw he should be promoted. - The MCs who host the shows in the evenings...

The Entertainment group is really good, it never gets boring. Ahmet Can is a very good animator, cheerful and over all a good person.

Great hotel. We spent 7 days there with my wife. The room was large and well furnished, it showed depreciation, but it was fine. There are nice alleys where you can walk, three pools, two of which are with salt water, the beach is nice, there are plenty of sunbeds and a children's corner with shade. The bad thing is that the sea gets deep at the beginning. The bars and dining areas are well distributed. They try hard to have interesting entertainment both in the evening and during the day. I did not like that there are not enough shadows in the front part of the hotel and at lunch you have to walk a lot in the sun.

We’ve been many times to Turkey and it’s the first time we found the perfect place to stay as a family or a couple. Huge hotel with a big variety attractions. The staff will help you with any questions and request with a big smile at any point of time. At Any time of the day you can find many attraction or a good meal buffet to fill your needs. The entertainments shows during the evening time are top without a doubt. The beach is great with great accessibility to the beach bar. Definitely a big recommendation for those who are looking all inclusive in Antalya. We are coming back for sure!

I am here with my family now and so far it's been a piece of paradise. It's our third day with my wife and our two boys and we have been fully satisfied with all the services starting from the staff who are absolutely great through the variety of delicious out of space food, entertainment areas, show programs, swimming pools (very clean and well maintained) all the way to the beautiful landscape and patios. Everything is well arranged and done to excellence. The hotel is children friendly all the way with plenty of joyful things to keep them busy and entertained. I highly recommend the place and greet the hotel staff and management for all the hard work to satisfy and meet all their guest needs.

This is the best resort we have ever been to! The rooms are spacious and have everything you'd need for the perfect vacation with kids or without! The animation team made out stay extremely enjoyable and memorable especially Emir (Blondie)

The resort is perfect, that's why we came here for second year in a row. We really liked the food, the activities and especially the animation team (Emir rulezzz 😁). I really recommend the resort for everyone - large group of friends, families with children, as well as couples. Will definitely visit again!:)

Excellent hotel, large clean and green area with pine and orange trees, good and tasty food, large selection of dishes, helpful and friendly staff. The room was big enough, and the equipment was in good condition. Only a small complains about TV - it could be bigger, and when you switched on, it always started with video of dancing boy ) It was really annoying, I hated this video and the dance by the end of my staying 🤣 Wi-Fi was good everywhere, YouTube video played without problem. Evening shows were interested and professional, good level for hotel entertainment. Night disco was also good - great DJs, music, and atmosphere. Only positive emotions and relaxation with pleasure.

The whole family vacationed at the hotel at the beginning of the month. This is not our first time in Turkey. But for the first time in the Belek region. We were pleased with our stay at this hotel. I ordered it as a family room, they charged extra. Customer service was very indifferent. I was kept waiting in the lobby for 4 hours. They serve old stock meats at dinner. Their meat smells bad. We had to have breakfast all the time. Our holiday was poisoned for 3 nights and 4 days. All our money wasted. You can choose it for nervousness and stress. If you don't like customer service, they say move to another hotel, they are very uninterested.

Service was great. All staff were knowledgeable about COVID and did everything they could to keep everyone safe. I stayed for the convention. The rooms, service and food are great and we highly recommend this hotel for golf or just a pleasant family vacation.

An amazing place to stay in for a summer vacation! The resort is very spacious where you have access to the beach, pools, aqua park, a meal or snack at any time you want, beauty center, gardens with views and many more.. There are entertaining programs for adults and kids too.. The concerts and shows conducted every night were very enjoyable. Also, The rooms are wide and they have a balcony with a garden view.. In general it is a very pleasant place to stay in and I highly recommend it👍🏻 P.S: If you want to leave the hotel and go anywhere you want in Belek or Antalya, I suggest you walk to the nearest bus station (900 m away from the hotel), and then take the bus because it is way cheaper than taking a taxi directly from the hotel.

Room clean enough and the hotel has lots of trees and flowers. Animation is wonderful. Nevertheless i have a few "buts" Food. Food is too spicy, not hot, very spicy. Nothing suitable for a 18month old baby to eat. Our baby ended up eating bananas, pasta and yoghurt a whole week straight. Guest relations gave us a card and promised to speak with the kitchen stuff, but at the restaurant nobody had a clue about any special baby menu. Definitely not worth the price. Seriously, potato puree made of powder, not real potatoes. Alcohol is absolutely discusting, impossible to drink. So grab something from the duty free on your way to Turkey. On my birthday I got food poisoning and required medical attention and iv infusion. Very slippery floor in the room. After i complained they brought 2 tiny non-slippery carpets. I asked for another 4 to cover the whole shower cabin. Never was provided to us, had to put a towel on the floor to cover all the slippery surface. Beach in my opinion could be cleaner, guests throw cigarettes, plastic cups directly on the sand. Restaurant is very crowded in peak hours, people end up sharing the same table. Poor knowledge of English or Russian of the staff. We managed to communicate after all, but had to explain myself twice, always. Strollers that they provide are quite old, so keep in mind taking your own stroller for babies. Would not recommend the hotel for babies younger than 3-5years. Do NOT expect punctuality. Hotel employees knock the door very loudly. Guest relations left us a letter at the door at 23.30 and knocked the door so loud they woke up our baby.

Well-situated hotel (40 min to airport by car and 25 min to the nearest city on foot). Hotel has a big green territory, several pools, gym, spa center and diverse entertainment programs. We especially enjoyed oranges’ allies - caught them in bloom!

First time I love it so much but they have insect in the room. I had a spider and another one that I don’t know what does it call but they have the best food. Best pools and the best beach.

Kind of 4.5/5 review Food was excellent, deserts were kind of hit or miss some were good some didnt have any taste. It was a nice place, relaxing, overall a good place, good shows at night. My only complains would be you have 3 pools, i dont know why entertainment team takes 2/3 of the main one during mid-day and the cleaning staff coming at 2pm to clean ur room, and after 30 mins they come AGAIN with the minibar, why not at the same time? and why not in the morning? when you know for sure people are either eating/at pool compared with mid-day when some cant stand the heat and want to sleep in their room. A lot of internet downtime if people care about this. Also give the sushi chef a raise

Stayed here with my family (wife and 6 y.o. daughter) from 19.08.22 to 29.08.22. We liked most of what we saw in this hotel. We easily upgraded our accommodations to sea view. Mini-club for children and aqua park are both great and fun! Our daughter wanted to visit both facilities on a daily basis. Wifi is free and covers 98% of the territory. Service in the main restaurant is much better than any average 5* Turkish hotel (if you are lucky with the waiter the service can be equal to Rixos level). Imported drinks are present and can be poured by request: Jack Daniels, Jameson, Aperol and others... Beer is ok (Tuborg). Belek is in 5 minutes drive (taxi) or 35 min walk. Special thanks to Herdem Adam (room service), Mevlüt Osmanli (reception) and Anastasia Zenci (guest RM) for making our stay much more pleasant than we've expected. Recommend this hotel!

We visited this hotel in May and we were so satisfied with the service that we decided to come again in June for another 10 days. First of all, I would like to thank Ayhan Sert for his kind responses towards our demands. Their team are such customer oriented professionals and made this holiday very comfortable for us. You can try plenty of good quality meal in the resturants while you can enjoy different beverages. Employees are doing their best to serve the customers. Entertainment team is working all day long to enjoy people and I appreciate their wholehearted effort, yet sometimes we had trouble finding Turkish speaking staff for pino club. Also, they might include more Turkish children to the pino club activities. Thank you guys for everything :)

Nice medium sized hotel and resort. Clean rooms. Rather quiet at night so good to sleep. Rooms had blinds to protect from light at night. Rooms service is as expected from Turkish hotels. Personel is nice and welcoming. Nice greenery all around that makes this hotel to stand out. Good entertainment without extras. Confernece halls makes it rather full of people even after season.

We stayed in this hotel in September on all inclusive and really enjoyed our stay. Personel in hotel and restarants were brilliant and very attentive. Wide food selection with all sorts of dishes fish, meat, sushi, salands, sweets etc. It was very clean. We go to Turkey every year to different hotels and this hotel was one of the best one. The hotel is quite old but with resort facilities. Due to low season staff were in shortage and guests as well. Overall it was ok

The hotel was great, the service was top rate. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The staff made me feel welcomed, and was very attentive to my needs with my stay there.
