Nice hotel, excellent facilities, food and drinks were all inclusive. Room checks and service was done regularly, so rooms were very nice and clean. Had a little problem with the rooms but the hotel staff provided excellent service and sorted it out very quickly. Especially the hotel receptionist Yigit, who provided excellent service, would always help if we forgot our room cards and was just one phone call away to assist us with anything. Even helped out with excursions and opened the restaurant at late night for us. Very convenient, highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel 12 days. We start with the position, it has great position very close to the beach. We loved the workers and their great service all of them gave their best from reception to cleaning workers. The beach is taken care of by an elderly man who keeps it clean and very nice person! As soon u arrive there, he welcomes you with a smile and asks you to choose place. The Entertainment team is great too especially a women with short hair and a very young guy, during my stay we saw how great they were to keep guests Entertained both at the pool and the beach! I loved that around the pool u can have both sun and shadow for both desires. Very cossy and and beautiful place. The food was great! Service personal allways gave their best as soon u sit they approach and ask if u would like to drink something i would say 10/10 service. In total i would give this place 10 points it felt so familiar. They workers speak mostly german, english and Russian. We will be visiting again soon 🤩

I won't recommend you this Labranda Excelsior Side hotel! Our holidays were spoiled! A lot of people including my family got sick with a strong diarrhea and a high temperature right after the meal. We only ate at the hotel. The hotel managers can apologize as much as they want and write the identical reply to bad reviews. They will ignore your complaints and provide the ''clean'' test results that the hotel does not have any bacterias in food, sea or pool. They look at you sadly and continue not to admit their fault. I'm disappointed. We returned back home and made a health check-up. As a result Salmonella bacteria was found. We think it's the eggs. Stay away from this hotel.

Very nice hotel. All is clean, new rooms, entertainment services were provided at the evening, food was delicious (all inclusive ), alcohol of good quality. Minus points : service at the reception is not excellent ( they forgot several things and was later calling by phone) and they speak mostly German. Moreover, if you want to party - then find an other place bette, cause this one is a calm one, mostly with german older people resting there. In overall - highly recommended place.

I have just returned from a week here and before I start my review I want to say if you have booked don't panic the hotel is nice and you will have a lovely break away however I do want to leave an honest review of how I found the hotel. Firstly it's clean and all cleaners are friendly and work super hard. The pool is wonderful and my 13 year old son spent most of his time in it. Our room was fine it was cleaned well everyday and no complaints on that front. Food - there is plenty of choice and I would recommend the pasta that the chef mixes up it was yummy. The pancake lady is just lovely and makes sweet and savory pancakes throughout the day I love Turkey and mainly because every hotel I've been to the staff are warm and friendly. I just didn't get that from this hotel! I've stayed in the sister hotel in Mare Maris and its one of my fave hotels ever as staff are just amazing so I had hoped the same for Side. The animation team utterly ignored us. I think there where only 3 groups of brits which doesn't faze me I love meeting new people but the entertainment team did not want to engage with us. My 13 year old son wanted to join in with the water polo that they organise he walked up to lady organising and she actually ignored him for about 3 or 4 mins until one of other entertainers finally said did you want to join in. The entertainment is quite full on and begins at 10am. In the resturant we only ever got served drinks once on last night up up till then whilst tables around us would be being brought drinks we learned to get from bar and bring with us. I'm a friendly person and smile and say hello to everyone this just was ignored by most of the staff. There was one lovely wiater who worked outside who spoke to us aside from that the other resturant staff didn't. I did have a very upset tummy for 2 days which I've never had before in Turkey and know that a couple of others did too. Again could have been a bug or coincidence but make sure you pack meds for upset tummy. The aquapark across the road is worth a visit and beach was nice but gets busy earlier so get down there early. So we had a nice week and there wasn't anything that ruined our holiday however I was disappointed overall and personally I wouldn't return to the hotel.

It's pretty clean. They provide entertainment for all ages. The staff is kind and quick. Food is great. Pool is awesome.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I always look for, 1) cleanliness of room, 2) quality of food, 3) friendliness and helpfulness of staff, 4) Availability of sunbeds without all this reserving with a towel in the morning, 5) pool and gardens well kept and near to beach 450 mtrs . Well I hit jackpot here, a smaller hotel, very friendly and helpful. I guess 180 rooms???? Just perfect for us. If you do stay get one of the flat breads made by Asya, they are to die for. I will be back. Baz

I would definitely like to say that this hotel is not five stars. And so the exaggerated claims of negative reviewers here are unjustified. Everyone will find a fly. Our family was satisfied. Everything was clean. The food was fresh and tasty as we put it on the plate. I never recorded the food from the previous day. They cleaned our rooms every day without having to post a sign. The staff was smiling and cheerful. I do it with gusto and it shows. I definitely recommend.

Rooms are fair enough the make you feel at home. Staff and kitchen awesome, they serves continental tastes. As a location 650mt close to gravel beach also has a shuttle option. Management shows generosity with special gifts for my daughters birthday. Child club and pool great. Here has one condition is really disturbing until 2 am loud music can't let you sleep due to loud neighbor hotel.

Best hotel ever combined with price offering. Booked through Agoda, full inclusive package. Resort with parking available, pleasant and pleasing people start with security gents and the sweet lady there, Ugum at reception is the one that makes your stay a superb one with his support and help. Food available almost round the clock. Very nice verity all day. Open drink Swimming pool is sooo large Place is suitable for couples of family. Very decent place. Daily activities for the entire family. 8 minutes away from side downtown I adored this place, will only stay there at my next trip to Side.

Wow. The service we received from Brother Ugur here was amazing. We had a lot of problems at another hotel but Ugur Bey treated us like VIPs. Thank you so much. Hotel has a nice vibe and staff are helpful all round. Decent variety of food.

We made reservation there they cancelled our reservation 2 hours before check in and we were in antalya near the hotel so we had to find a hotel that night that was so hard to find for a family in July so I think this hotel is not serious

Just wow ...we were spoilt by the entire staff at Labranda with their tireless selflessness and dedication to their job What really makes this place great are the people that work there...dont get me wrong the facilities are good but the people are even better

Yashar makes the best food in whole town and Soner is the best Bar men I’ve ever met. In this hotel is amazing service - it is unbelievable!! You have to be here once !!
