😠 Liars, theievs, avoid at all costs, especially the Dutch speaking sales agent!!! She's a professional thief. This place should be shut down and staff needs to be put in jail. Tui should be ashamed for including such a place on its excursions. People often mention experience, pushy, jewelry, sales, Antalya,

I recently had the misfortune of visiting as part of a TUI organized excursion, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was bombarded with aggressive and pushy salespeople who seemed more interested in making a quick buck than helping me find something I truly loved. To make matters worse, the prices in the store were extortionate. It was clear that they were taking advantage of tourists who might not know any better, and the entire experience left me feeling cheated and disrespected. The sales team was not only pushy and aggressive, but they were also incredibly rude. They seemed to have no interest in helping me find something that would suit my needs and instead were solely focused on making the biggest sale possible. In short, I would never recommend this jewelry store to anyone. The prices were unfair, the sales team was aggressive and pushy, and the overall experience was incredibly negative. If you're looking for a pleasant and respectful shopping experience, look elsewhere.

Got taken here on a Tui trip to the aquarium. Very very pushy, it seems impossible to get out of without a guide. I must have said NO maybe 400 or 500 times. I would not recommend at all.

As per previous reviewers, came here as part of an excursion organised by TUI, expected it to be to learn about gem stones and metals (as per the excursion description) but no, it’s a hard sell. No matter how many times you say ‘no’ they’ll continue to push, because you really need a £10k ring for no reason! Tbh, if I had a spare £10k aside I wouldn’t be in Turkey, I’d be in the Maldives!! Would’ve looked around more but was pounced on the minute we stopped to look at anything, so quickly found the exit. Not sure why Turks think hassling people is the best way to get a sale when in fact it has the opposite effect.

tourist scam, I would give 0 if I could. were promised a tour where we will learn something about gem stones, we saw some room through one tiny window and that was it. than they push you into one with room with jewelry and wants you very badly to buy something without understanding the word no and being very pushy. better to stay in hotel and enjoy the beach.

Very pushy from the off. Got my back straight up by assuming hubby will pay, i should spend his money. Erm, I have my own thanks. Trying to get my daughter to get a chain that didn't fit her. Not enjoyable to try n have a look round with pushy staff trying to influence what you look at. Very expensive and I left with nothing

They have nice looking jewelry, unfortunately everything is overpriced, or priced according to your appearance, and what country you're from. Before I was permitted past security, I was asked where I'm from. I replied The United States, The security guard told them inside over the phone the United States, and I was permitted to enter and they walked me in. They then tried to sell me a pair of tanzanite stud earrings for $2,500 in a country whose average monthly salary is $400. Not to mention earrings that I can purchase in the US for a few hundred dollars. This is my honest experience, I recommend choosing another jewelry store if you're a foreigner. There's plenty of honest and fair jewelry stores in Antalya.

Very bad experience with that company - both items which we bought from them cost us with my wife 8550 Euro after 40% discount .We found same items with 3000 euro less price after that. Do not trust that shop and check real price before to buy from them. :-( After all Im not sure that jewelers which we bough is real.Hope I will be able to return.....

Here are some tips for dealing with the obligatory visit to “D Jewels” that's part of RSD Travel tours (operated by NBK Touristic) that visit Antalya. They are based on personal experience. The D Jewels store is a huge showroom full of salespeople who know every trick in the book. • Don’t buy on impulse or under pressure. • If you give them your own jewelry to be “cleaned for free”, they won’t return it until your bus is about to leave and will hard sell you during the time you’re forced to wait. • Most items – even after discounts of 40% or more – are grossly overpriced. • Know first what you want and its average price elsewhere. Bring print outs if possible. Negotiate. • The D Jewels 5-year guarantee is only valid if items are returned/exchanged in person at the store in Antalya. They will not accept returns/exchanges by post. This includes items already damaged before they were sold (e.g. chipped stones). • D Jewels does not accept claims for refunds based on official appraisals / photo analyses by other jewelers. • Read documents before signing. Ask to see a ‘Terms and conditions’ document if you aren’t shown one. • Ask for complete copies of anything you sign – not just the part torn off for you to keep. • If an item is altered – even if they do this for you before you buy it – this will invalidate the 5-year guarantee. Ask about the consequences of altering an item you want! • VAT Refund: At the Antalya airport you need to stand in line at the Tax Free office with your pink refund form and your purchases, show these to the officials and get your form stamped BEFORE you can check in.

Taken here on a trip to the Antalya Aquarium, and everything is very overpriced. When we said no to buying anything the assistant said "you may want to use the exit then"! Very rude and unfriendly, of you're not buying anything. Trip was organised by Thomas Cook.

Cheap jewellery. You get locked in and it's like rabbit Warren with doors leading to different rooms of jewellery. The sale is hard, they don't let up. On inspecting the rings they're hollow inside, not good quality and not worth the hundreds they want for them. If you trip takes you here, either refuse entry or use it as a race to escape the fastest! The cafe at exit is expensive. Wasn't a happy bunny.

Very aggresive sales person that wouldn't listen to what I was actually looking for. Once she saw I don't like anything of what she was presenting me(because it didn't fit my tastes) she got mad and said it's useless to show me anthing else and pointed me to the exit.

I don't like the reviews I'm reading, so in the spirit of people getting taken advantage of, I will give one star too... I was almost about to go here. Thank God for Google reviews. Nobody likes cheating salesmen. They are like the cheating taxi drivers in Istanbul. Lol...

If just you want to spend some money, ok. But if you want nice and chill jewel shopping, it’s not right place. And I don’t know the right place in Antalya by the way. High prices, cheaty sellers. One of the steps of “all inclusive” system with tourist conveyer.

Nice tourist trap. Think to buy something if you can get at least 70% discount. That is the real price.

Not the first time visiting this place. If you have no idea why have you hotel guide brings you here - better just skip visiting this place, but if you are looking for exact things like watches or fine and original jewellery try this one. Beware of random prices :)

Even if your tour includes this place please do not buy anything. They are selling synthetic and glass Zultanite at a high price. Real Zultanite of this big size is very difficult to find and not used in silver. Furthermore, don’t make them any offer. If suppose they say 200€ and you make them offer of 60€, they would sell. They have a really atrocious pricing strategy. If your purpose is to only buy Jewelery it would be lot better if you go to Thailand and not Turkey.
