I traveled from UK and had the laser surgery on a Friday afternoon and by the night I could already notice a huge difference. If you want to be disgraced with your money, you have come to the right place. I came here after complaining about eye strain. They charged 2500 TL for an examination that lasted 1 minute, and at a discounted price. Yesterday everything was the same for me as for Mr. Emir below. They charged 2100 lire for a consultation with the doctor!! Which lasted about 2 minutes. They just decided to download money to foreigners ((terrible ((the feeling that you were deceived for money has lasted for the second time day.((

My brother and me had laser operation with Dr. Birgi Sönmezer and we are very satisfied. He is very friendly,patience and also speaks English very well. We could take appointment very fast. The staff were great and friendly….special thanks to Eda, she did her role as translator very well even more than that and i could feel I’m speaking with my friend. She was with us through each step and for a foreigner it means a lot. we had good experience and I recommend it to everybody who needs eyes treatment.

I had LASIK surgery to correct Myopia, I had a fantastic experience with this hospital. From initial contact to arrange the consultation everything went so smoothly and efficiently. The international patient co-ordinator Eda was so amazing and kind and explained everything in perfect English, she really put you at ease and is good fun too. Dr Hakan also, he did thorough tests and gave me options and took time to go through everything, I could tell he was a top eye doctor. After the procedure I couldn’t believe that I could see without glasses, with minimal discomfort. It felt like a miracle! Dr Hakan explained aftercare really well and gave me his card and said to email him any time if any issues. I can’t rate this hospital highly enough and will recommend to all friends and family. This is a great clinic to get your laser eye surgery. I was recommended this eye hospital by my hotel in Antalya, who said it was the best in Antalya. While there are cheaper options in Antalya, Dünyagöz Hospital's price is much better than in London, where I live, and the level of care from the doctors and nurses is beyond anything I expected. It really felt like the best eye hospital in the city! While not all personnel speak English, they have a dedicated English-speaking host for International patients called Edanur Yilmaz. She was really great and helpful. As far as I know, the clinic also has Arabic-speaking and russian-speaking hosts, so communication is never an issue!

I have visited hospital during my holiday, it was walk in emergency service. The hospital is very clean and staff was super friendly. I have been seen been seen by the doctor who explained what the problem is and provided with me with the treatment instructions and prescription. I was impressed how quickly I have been seen by the doctors and the fee was reasonable.

I visited the clinic from the U.K. to have my eye Lasered due to the high cost at home. The experience and service I experienced was great. From booking swiftly days before flying to the process. I stayed at the accommodation and had my own room, living room, bathroom which was great. I had breakfast, lunch, dinner delivered daily. Throughout the whole process Eda my translator was very friendly and took me through each stage, translating everything the staff was telling me. I needed an emergency examination of my eye and although I didn't have an appointment they accepted to examine me. All of them-the doctor, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. My eye was examined thoroughly, treatment was prescribed and even the medicine were delivered to the hospital. In August, I had an operation to install intraocular lenses. After the analyzes, I waited 2 weeks for the lenses to be ready. After that, within 3 days, lenses were installed on both eyes. I am very pleased with the result of the operation. The Russian-speaking translator was very busy, so Eda Nur Yılmaz helped me with everything guiding me and supporting during the whole procedure. I did the PRK lasik procedure about a month ago. Im very happy with the service and the results. The procedure was successful, i can see very good now. The people we’re very kind, caring and passionate. The facility was very modern. The nurses we’re very helpful. They let me stay at the clinic for 2 nights after the procedure It makes sense why this is considered the go to place for eyes. My coordinator was Eda, she was very nice, helpful and caring. She was able to schedule my appointment within one day.She made the whole process very smooth. And also checkout up on me on my recovery. I would definitely recommend them

First of all i did some research about the laser surgery before going to Antalya, after making an appointment thru the phone i fled to antalya. The people were very nice and respectful. Communication is very good and the guest host Miss Eda is very helpful and understandable. All together it was a great experience.

While I was on a tourist visit in Antalya in October 2021, I felt pain in my eyes, and by a friend I was recommeded to go to the Dünyagöz Hospital. Actually I went to the hospital to have my eyes checked and it was an excellent experience where the attention and treatment was above expectations, especially with Ms. Eda Yılmaz she was the translator and guide inside the hospital and the truth is she didn't leave us even on our second visit upon review.

I came to Turkey for a holiday but on the journey here I lost my glasses. I know that the dentist service in Antalya is excellent so I decided to enquire about getting my eyes fixed. I made first contact with Dunyagoz on Tuesday, an appointment for a consultation was made for Wednesday morning and my operation was completed Wednesday afternoon with a follow up on Thursday for a check up. I would like to share my personal story of how I almost became blind and warn against treatment by Dr. Semra Coşkun!!! My story began on May 18, 2023, I went urgently with a diagnosis of retina - retinal detachment in my right eye. At that time, I knew absolutely nothing about this diagnosis and after an examination I was scheduled for an emergency operation with Dr. Semra Coşkun at a cost of over 100,000 liras. During the operation, silicone was supposed to be injected into the retina, but the doctor decided to use a different method and silicone was not injected. At first, the operation was successful, I came for an appointment every two weeks and followed all the recommendations of Dr. Semra Coşkun. This was the first time I encountered the service system, and each of my appointments after surgery became more and more expensive and a number of unplanned and costly procedures were carried out, which we did not initially discuss, but in order to preserve my vision, I agreed and completely trusted the doctor. In August, at an appointment, I told my doctor Semra Coşkun about the deterioration of my vision, namely, the lines that I see were not straight and it gave me a feeling of dizziness. Doctor Semra Coşkun said that my complaints were within the normal range and did not prescribe any examination. In September, I returned urgently again with poor health and repeated loss of vision in my right eye. I was re-examined and since Dr. Semra Coşkun was not on site, another doctor performed the examination and said that I needed to have an urgent operation and the re-operation also cost more than 100,000 liras!!! Doctor's assistant Semra Coşkun, having heard the verdict of another doctor, only told me that I should have contacted him more often and left, leaving me with another doctor Further, I have never seen an assistant, not a doctor, Semra Coşkun, who TREATED WITH HER METHODS FOR HALF A YEAR!
