Ice + water = Coca-Cola?!? VERY BAD! Just water fresh More hight prisec than other BK in Turkey

I had an extremely disappointing experience tonight at Burger King in Haşimişcan, Fevzi Çakmak Cd. No:11, 07100 Muratpaşa/Antalya, Turkey. We ordered at the counter and waited 20 minutes without anyone working on our order. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted as they were playing on their cell phones and even talking loudly negatively about customers. As for hygiene, it was shocking. The cashier was shaking his gloves at his cappy and using the same gloves and an obviously dirty rag to wipe the food contact tables and countertops. It was obvious that the gloves were not changed, and that is unacceptable. When we asked to cancel our order, we were treated extremely rudely by the staff and not treated with respect. This is not at all up to the standards that Burger King promises. Hygiene, fast service and friendly staff should be top priority. I urge the management of this franchise to take urgent action to ensure that such incidents do not occur again. Customers deserve better service and delivery on the promises Burger King makes. I sincerely hope this matter is taken seriously and improvements are made.

This Burger King is much much better than the one right opposite McDonald's close to Hadrian's Gate. This one has second floor and also outdoor space, much bigger and cleaner. The staffs are also more friendly. We sat out side and street cat came and said Hi. 😊 The outside patio view is also great 👍

Some options on the menu were not available. Service was slow. The deluxe beef burger was underwhelming. The chicken burger was average at best.

It doesn't taste like a real burger king, and the employees there don't even speak english

All food was cooked to order, took bit of time well worth it. The food was hot and very tasty, and the price was excellent.

Food was good and hot. Service was great tho Was disappointed that the restaurant had no wifi.

Food was good .The kids loved it.Nice place to sit .we sat upstairs all the fumes and smell was coming from downstairs. So much fumes.

Nice service, nice food, very tasty. I like it. English speaking staff. There's an ability to select dishes in a big screen terminal and pay there. The terminal is multi-lingual. So I was be able to select exactly what I wanted.

I was happy to have such friendly staff.

They got everything right. Asked me to wait. Included sauces and everything. The young guy working there is really bringing the place up.

Not the fastest BK. They don't have screens to order, you have to do it at the counter. There's plenty of seats, it's never full.

Tried veg burger here as we are vegetarian so they have an option for Bean burger which was too good to fill your stomach.

Good food but they don’t accept international currency like GBP and USD though they are an international brand. Neither service guys nor the guy in billing counter knows proper english.

Stayed in The Topkapi hotel in Lara which was alll inclusive and this was the best meal we had in Turkey.

Good place to have fast food. But don't put a high expectation to get the food as shown in the picture.

No place for non-smokers outside. There is a chance that you eat your meal in smoke. And ground floor was sticky at the order area.

Very disappointed after visiting many Burger King restaurants in many cities this one served the food uickly but it was only luke warm at best, the seating areas in and out were very dirty - a lack of care very evident. Out of season I accept which would normally mean a higher degree of cleanliness but sadly not. Not worth a revisit !

It’s been the 4th time in two weeks that we went (because of convenience). Coke machine broken, tastes ugly and without co2. Ice machine is broken, no service. Pretty much the worst BK I went to.

Good'ol Burger King.

This is the best Burger King in all Antalya. Believe me. I've been in almost every Burger King in all Turkey. Never have I ever taste this good fries before. All fries are fresh, no burns, no shapeless monstery potatoes. Also their burgers is what's on the menu. No more no less. 3 star because employees cannot speak English, neither they are welcoming. Also, the menu I've taken the pic of is supposed to have larger fries and colas yet, they are in the smallest size.

Gotta love bk cmon
