I have been to most hilton until today and I am also a Diamond member, but I have never seen such disinterested staff here. The hotel standards are not bad in terms of being in the city center and its own interior design, but the staff is not good at all.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August, which I assumed was crowded due to the busy travel season. Also being in the city centre the hotel seemed to attract a lot of work travellers than tourists. What we liked - Comfortable large rooms - Taxis available on push of a button at the hotel - Very well maintained property and hotel amenities What we did not like as much 1. Food: The breakfasts had a decent spread but was among the mediocre ones we in all our stay at Turkey. It was a pure buffet system with no eggs to order (or at least no one asking you for it). We also ordered room service one day for dinner (not very expensive) and definitely better than breakfast. However, the San Sebastián cheesecake was a pass. 2.Laundry services - the most annoying part of our experience. Our second batch of laundry of wet clothes remained unattended to for 3 days despite several repeated reminders to house keeping and reception. It was almost shameful considering the number of times we had to follow up and still find no help. Overall while it was a comfortable stay and property is located in city centre (away from the old town tourist buzz), I am tempted to knock off more for the laundry experience - however that would be unfair considering the otherwise decent experience we had here.

This hotel is very comfortable, clean and in a great location . Breakfast bad .. Hotel’s manager and the reception team are thieves stealing in public. This thing happened to me and my friend at the same time and they take advantage of their opportunity to check-out. Sure, you will be annoyed because of your flight date, but by God, if I did not have a family and a flight schedule, I would not have paid them one TL . The reason, according to them, is that a small towel was damaged by dyeing the hair. Of course, it was not damaged by anyone. Once you wash it, it will return to the way it was. Even if it is damaged and you want to buy one instead, I am sure that its price does not exceed 100 TL, but they asked for 670 TL.

Beautiful hotel, branded alcohols, high quality food and the best entertainment. To expand... The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, with crystal clear water. We visited many places in Greece and Turkey but none has such clear water. The place has a limited number of family rooms which makes it ideal for couples like us, who want to enjoy quiet times. High quality cocktails, branded alcohols like Absolute vodka, Jack Daniels, etc. plus excellent customer service make this place a true heaven. The same can be told about the food - always fresh, high quality meats falling of the bone, lots of fresh seafood cooked to your liking as well as good old burgers and chicken burgers freshly battered and fried in front of you...the best chips ever, prawns, crabs, etc. Very attentive customer service is the cherry on top. The last but not the least, the entertainment is absolutely amazing every night, not like other hotels having the same team performing different acts every night. It seems that the owners do not spare money on having entertainment teams flawn from Colombia and all over the word. We normally do not watch entertainment on holiday but this place is a real deal, we were looking forward to it every night. We never go back to the same hotel but we come back here every year for our second holiday. The satisfaction is guaranteed. We highly recommend.

We stayed here for a Business trip for 5 days.i had to take my son (2,5y) with me. They are not really prepared for kids. On the last night for dinner they offered him a child seat for the first time. I didn't even recognized that they have something like that.he never got his own cutlery. He was always eating from my plate and I shared my cutlery and food with him. I was wondering if they think children don't need food. They didn't had a buggy to rent at the reception.wich is OK,if they at least trying to organize one. But the English was not even on a basic level. So communication was hard. The 2 stars r for the really nice and clean rooms, and the great lady in the spa from Indonesia. I wouldn't recommend going there again 🤷🏼‍♀️

The worst experience for me in my life. After I paid everything and was excited with my mom for a wonderful experience. But when I arrived at the reception and saw the face of the host and he asked me a lot and looked at me and my mom until We thought It was in an investigation not in a hotel. I remember they asked me to pay a deposit before entering the hotel. Like what are u serious.even after I paid that deposit they asked me to show them the payment my payment their treatment was so bad that I went out of the hotel with my mom and we preferred to sleep on the street rather than staying there

The staff were very races, and mean. I booked a room for my mom and dad as a 30 year anniversary gift so they can celebrate alone. I called customer service several times to make sure everything is ok and their check in goes smooth. But of course they did everything to make it complicated, treated my mom so bad and made her feel less then. If you are white with blue eyes you will be treated amazing if you are a minority they will make sure to remind you that this is not your place even though I didn’t book the room for free. Disgusting. My mom decided to it even stay after that treatment and went back home they ruined her especial day.

This is not a 5 star hotel for sure , Tv is not working and I called the receptionist to send someone but no one came . Food is very average and the sound of the street you can hear it while in bed . T floor service staff is excellent to be fair . Not recommended for the price . Also the room we booked wasn’t available due to electrical problem lol .

Good hotel, clean rooms, good bed. Price of food and drinks are expensive when you compare with local. Lost my electric toothbrush in the bedroom of my room. Nobody calls me that they found it. Did go to front desk, they would call me back in 30 minutes, nobody calls me. Did send a email to the head office, 4 days later still no response. There is a bad service, they are not friendly at the front desk

When we visited the hotel, I noticed that the staff was pleasant. One guy helped us to take our luggage to our room. He explained everything that we should know. Rooms looked good and beds were comfortable. In the room, there were tea, coffee, water and iron available. Bathroom was good. Various options were available for breakfast and breakfast staff was good as well. They didn’t let us touch the food, they collected on the plate whatever we chose. I liked swimming pool, unlike other hotels, its swimming pool depth is quite good (I think it was around 1,6 m) There was swimming pool on top floor as well, but we didn’t use it. Gym was also available, but didn’t use. Location is not bad, nearby apartments and some restaurants are available. The hotel has praying rooms separate for male and females at M floor. There is a minibus, which takes the guests to the Cakil beach every morning at around 10 am. It takes 10-15 minutes to get there. The beach is very nice!!! Beach staff provided fast service. Drinks are good and not expensive. We ordered cheeseburgers for lunch. There were very delicious. The sea side was very clean and pleasant, underneath small stones. The hotel is quite good, we were satisfied. The ventilation system in bathroom didn’t work, I requested the shift supervisor to fix that at least 3 times, every time he told that the issue will be solved, but it wasn’t. The ventilation system didn’t work in praying room as well. I asked the hotel staff, but the issue was remained.

I was there for two days. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. There are two swimming pools. Good restaurants. Very good gym. If you like quiet rooms never get rooms from the city. There is a road with full traffic very noisy! I had to change the room.

Like so many recent reviews state, this beautiful hotel has some incredibly disrespectful staff who seem to go out of their way to make guests miserable. In my case, there was no AC yet the overnight staff had me waiting up till 0230 for a tech they knew would never arrive. The manager was professional and sincere in trying to keep me from moving to another hotel, but I needed a known quantity and spent the rest of my time at the CP.

The hotel is located next to the main road between the apartments. It's about a 20-minute walk from the old town center and just a 10-minute walk from the MarkAntalya Shopping Center, which was quite convenient. Rooms: The rooms were clean, and the daily provision of two complimentary water bottles was a nice touch. However, the street noise was a bit bothersome. Staff: The cleaning staff did an excellent job, but the front desk staff could improve their friendliness and hospitality. Exceptionally, Said, who handled our post-check-in explanations, was exceptionally friendly and provided helpful tips. Breakfast: If you're a fan of Turkish breakfast, you're in for a treat with their impressive buffet spread. The pancakes were a standout, and you can order fried eggs or omelets free of charge. Just keep in mind that fresh orange juice comes with a 150 lira charge. Fitness and Recreation: The fitness room had all the necessary equipment, and the availability of a sauna and steam room was a nice bonus. The swimming pool on the S floor was great, although slightly warmer water would have been more comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool on T had an unusual smell, making it unpleasant to stay in for more than a few minutes. Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya offers a pleasant stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

Our intended check out date was 1 Oct but due to urgent personal issues, we had to check out on 29 Sep. Since we had to check out early, we asked for a refund for the two nights. I understand if a refund cannot be given, but our frustration comes from the lack of communication and resolution from all the staff we talked to. We were told by 5 different employees (escalated from front desk to supervisor to operations manager) that they can’t approve the refund but will ask their manager to call our room to discuss it. We asked 3 times, were told they’d call us all 3 times but no one ever called us. On 29 Sep when we checked out, the manager didn’t come to work so we were redirected again to the finance manager. The finance manager was the only person to propose a solution of giving us credits for the amount for room service, spa etc but by then it was too late since we were checking out. If there had been better communication and help from the other 5 staff we talked to, this solution might have been available earlier for us to actually use. The room itself has no issue but overall sorely disappointed in the service and the whole Hilton Double Tree stay.

Very good price/performance ratio, very central location and good service. We had a fairly large room that was not the most modern, but not too outdated either. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of options. The hotel offers a parking garage which is free for guests.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were kind and very helpful, especially Adem and Cengiz. I unfortunately fell Ill during my stay and the staff were kind enough to bring breakfast to my room. The spa facilities were also great, highly recommend their VIP program package!

It is at the heart of the city. Breakfast is AMAZING. The staff is great, both at reception, breakfast, spa all amazing. Reception from night with glasses who checked us in was helpful with deposit. Supervisor of reception came to check us out was kind and friendly. Baran the Guest relationist took care of us and helped us with our requests, offered us Turkish coffee to try. The bellboy Said was very sincere and helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel it is at the heart of the city close to old town and restoraunts and convenience shops that are open 24/7. We had late flight, they help me by take our luggage’s and say we can keep them in luggage room free of charge, you can use hotel spa and pools after you check out. While waiting for the plane, we get to relax and use the hotel still. Will come again for sure.

The great place for vacation, but need small improvement to rise up to the Hilton standards. All the Hotel staff were great, very polite, friendly, helpful. Location is good, pools very clean, as well as rest of the hotel. Food in the Restaurant is delicious, staff also great. The beach where hotel shuttled us was also very nice and clean. First 24 hours we didn't have internet although it was part of the package. I didn't expect that in place like the Hilton this basic service will be missed. The tour -service provided by the consigliere in the hotel was very bad. My advice is to look for someone else for the guide tours

This year I have spent a great vacation in Türkie. Travelling around Antalya I stayed in the hotel Double Tree by Hilton Antalya City Center. Thank you so much to the hotel for a wonderful stay. Everything was amazing. This hotel has very polite and helpful staff. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the bellboys and the receptionists of this hotel. They performed their duties professionally and it was such a pleasure to ask them for help. They were always polite, friendly and never refused any requests. Thanks a lot Double Tree by Hilton Antalya City Center and it's staff for having me! I will definitely return to your hotel.

Very good hotel. Very friendly and helping staff. Room was spacious and nicely decorated and very clean. 600 m from the nearest tram station. 200 tl from the airport by taxi. From hotel to marina 50 tl by taxi. From marina you can travel to many parts of the city by tram. Tram also connects to the airport. Will book this hotel again in the future.

To find a nice hotel in Antalya is very difficult. This hotel is way above the average. Rooms were great. Breakfast was all right. But they need to reconfigure the laying of the open buffet. The think that made me upset about the hotel was the sticker they put on your checked luggage. The glue is so permanent that I couldn't remove it afterwards

Rooms are nice and clean. Terrace restaurant - so/so - nothing special + food, that looked like it was microwaved. It would be better to eat somewhere outside. And cheaper. For sure. Stuff that worked on terrace restaurant is actually quite fine. Hotel location is definitely city center. No lies here. Yet, service was the worst part. For us. I guess. Like, it sucked from the begging. Since we arrived manager at the lobby asked us to leave a deposit of 2000 lira (to 24/04/23 it equals 100$) . Right after the main payment for booking. I didn’t actually understood why we should leave deposit. For what? Just in case that we might steal something. I wonder what could we possible steal in that case? Towels? Pillows? Chair? Manager? Well, who knows. Perhaps branding management had some issues with clients that didn’t pay in main restaurants where service Usain Bolting to guests right after meal or drink. Again. Ridiculous. And not ridiculous at the same time if stuff would find a spare minute to inform clients about damn deposit before guests arrive at the hotel. Simple as that. Shouldn’t be a surprise for a brand branch of Hilton’s owners and marketing squad. Personally for me - I never mentioned such kind of deposits in my entire life. Or - 30 countries behind my shoulders and dozens of hotels around globe - just not enough. Of course I find it as a junky( and funny) experience which I never thought I would meet. It’s a pleasant surprise, and unpleasant at the same time, cause client can’t leave damn deposit by card. For unknown reasons - management here prefer cash. Idk- maybe they are laundering money. It could be. You never know. And in the end that’s not all. Later at night me and my wife decided to watch tv - and, occasionally, there were no German channel’s. To begin with - German is not our native language, - but we like it. And from time 2 time, while we are staying at the hotels we do watch German tv. That’s our thing. Nothing special. Never mind. Back to main thread - there are more then 3 Hilton’s in Turkey. I guess, that this one - is special. Cause here guests are allowed to watch only local tv. (Okay, we are modern people & we use Netflix and stuff, but come on) And I’m using word allowed only because I called managers twice in 30 minutes. And asked them politely - “could you tell me please, do you have any German channels like DW?” They told me - “yes. We have. We will send a tech guy upstairs. To your room. ASAP.” . So, the only tech guy that arrived at our apartment in 30 minutes & 2 calls was the ghost of the ghost. I called them 3rd time - “no tv 2day. Thanx. We will do Netflix & sleep.” So if you could name it as a quality service , I assume, that u don’t have a serious expectations of hotel business. But in the end - still - it’s kind of a business? Right. Right. That service sucked in multiple ways. Not good for a branch like Hilton. Truly bad marketing. Baaad marketing. And I’m not bringing up the fact that management changed our room number during the day when we were goin to come. Told us that there was a problem with pipes (or water) . Fair enough - water here is quite heavy. Could cause hair damage. But it’s not a single room problem. Anyway - pipe problems in the deluxe damn suite in the day when guests arrive - it’s awful, awful, awful - branding. U fix this ASAP. Yet, they moved us to something not so deluxe kind of room. And everything could be okay. But we stay here to celebrate our wedding. Thanx Hilton for quality example of international service standards. I hope you’ll give us our deposit back when we leave. @vic_romanov room 1435

While the view from the room wasn't the best, the location was great for walking to the mall, downtown, and other areas with restaurants. The breakfast was amazing and the room was an adequate size. The gym had plenty of equipment and while we didn't visit the spa, it seemed luxurious. The rooftop pool is nice but the bar seemed basic. Overall, it was a great time!

The hotel was very nice with good food and nice pool and beach but I had really bad experience in the spa; They put me in the sauna which was too hot and I got panicked when I found out that they locked me from outside. I started knocking on the glass until someone noticed, every time I think about it I get anxiety.

Good evening, The hotel is great and the location is just 10 min walking distance to old town. The staff are very friendly. Especially Mr. Okan turgut and Mr. Paran. They were very helpful to us. In general, the staff in Doubletree by Hilton Antalya staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend to stay in this hotel. In very short (you will pay some amount and you will get more than your expectation as great service) . Thanks, Ahmed

Amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, Okan was very welcoming, friendly, made local recommendations and helped us arrange a later checkout time due to our evening flight. Baran made sure we were comfortable, he also arranged a cake for our anniversary, was very attentive throughout, helped us arrange an additional nights stay after our trip to cappadocia at a very reasonable price! The hotel is a great location only a short taxi ride from the centre or 20 minute walk. It is on a busy road so it can be noisy at night however we were asked by reception if we would prefer to stay on the ‘quiet side’ away from the road and so this option is available which I would highly recommend!

The hotel is centrally located very close to the city centre and a mall MARKANTALYA. The old city square is just 1.2 km a 15 minute walk away . The hotel concierge is very friendly . The room service is average . Housekeeping need to be better . The hotel has its own taxis so the commute is very comfortable . The check in was smooth and the rooms are great. The room service needs to include at least one vegetarian dish in its main course ( sorely missed that) . The buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff at the buffet goes extra mile to serve you . Shout out for the concierge and the breakfast buffet staff . The hotel is in a quite neighbourhood so evening walks around that area is refreshing .

I really enjoy staying here, whenever got to go> Antalya. Everything is fresh, crisp-clean in terms of design and facilities. Breakfasts are amazing, free underground parking, level of services is stellar! I've tried other network hotels in the past here, but this one is beyond and well above comparison

Good interior, pretty clean, very good spa and two swimming pools. However, house keeping skipped one day, one time they left pack of cigarettes near our bed, didn't clean the floor even if we had tea spilled on the first night. Personnel not friendly with 1 or 2 exceptions. Please have more quality control

Double Tree is a new property, so feels nice to stay in and is centrally located. Downside is the pathetic pathetic service. Staff doesn't understand English, are inept and ask money for a bill which was unaccounted for. I settled my bills night before and to my surprise on the day of check out I was again asked to pay.Even after realizing the mistake +after 20 mins ) no apologies issued. I never have encountered such a poorly trained Hilton staff.

Really good experience at the Antalya double tree hotel. The breakfast could have been more elaborate but it was still nice. some staff members barely spoke a word of English which also makes it difficult for tourists to communicate. I would have given 5 stars if they could. At least give them a quick course of basic English 😉

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are very nice, new and modern and there is a free parking garage below the property as well. The breakfast was good as well. The only potential complaint would be the location as it’s a bit far from the main sites in the city. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk to get anywhere but other than that it’s a great hotel!

Exceptionally good experience from checkin all the way to checkout. Breakfast was very good. Staff courteous and helpful. Best sleep ever, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows and excellent sound proof. Internet was very good worthy of business work. The whole place had a fresh look and very positive vibe. Highly recommended.

Generally the staff and surroundings were very nice, staff were helpful and friendly with exception of the Manager who was elusive and a young man working in reception who clearly should not be in hospitality ! We were without hot water on the first morning of our stay, we checked in on 8th October. we were told a technician would come along, he did but did not put right the fault, the hot water still kept going off, I showered at 4 am to be sure of hot water! Another techtion was sent , he said there was a long standing problem with that particular set of rooms. We asked to be moved, we had to wait TWO days before another room was found, the hotel was not at full occupancy because I checked on booking .com.I was left to the very nice beverages manager to sort it out(?) no idea why but he was lovely. The very large miserable guy at reception deemed the guests to "be like cattle" I suggest a career change for that young man!

The hotel is beautiful, they did a lovely job decorating and arranging the rooms thoughtfully. Soft bed, wonderful water pressure and temperature in the shower. We were even surprised with a welcome fruit spread and cookie upon checking in. Unfortunately, you can't ignore the fact that this hotel is placed right next to a major highway intersection. The street noise is unfathomable even at all hours of the night. They didn't go to the trouble of properly sound proofing the windows. Looks really do not matter if you can't sleep and enjoy your stay. Maybe bring ear plugs or ask for the highest floor so you can enjoy the rest in peace.

Breakfast was very nice, staff fulfilled my wishes, rooms are clean. I would only suggest pillow options, as for us, pillows were crazy thick:)) Be aware that islamic prayers are very well heard from the hotel and starts veeeeeery early in the morning(at night). Staff was welcoming and polite. Its quite okay stay in the city center.

Had a strange experience here, just didn't have quite the level of service that I got from the other Hilton branded hotels I stayed at in Turkey (I stayed in 5 different locations altogether.) Windows were a little noisy from outside (was put facing the main road), asked to change rooms, and it was still noisy. Hoped to get a room upgrade with Diamond status, did for the first stay (1 night) didn't for the 2nd (2 nights, didn't seem busy either.) The pool on the roof seemed cool, unfortunately the weather wasn't cooperative. Walkable to the Old Town, though perhaps just a little on the longer side.

Excellent hardware: nice rooms with spacious bathrooms (King Deluxe for three), entire hotel with a beautiful design, quiet and efficient air conditioning. Service though is mixed. We spent a total of four nights there on two stays. Both times the lady at the breakfast reception was outstanding. We also appreciated the valet parking. We got fresh orange juice and egg dishes for breakfast as Diamonds. But. Advance correspondence very difficult. Online check in only from 14:00 on the day with very limited choice. No Doubletree cookies. Reception staff do not all speak English. The porter explained all sorts of things to us but not that we needed to get a towel card from reception at floor L to get towels in the spa at floor -1 on order to user them at the pool on the top floor. Got a fruit plate on the first stay, not on the second. Sofa bed wasn't prepared on both stays despite online check-in (although this was solved quickly). The only Hilton I know without body lotion. So all in all a good hotel with a lot of scope for service improvement.

They had one job! Hospitality! And they spectacularly fail at that. Especially the concierge service, stay away from them, especially Efe. He put on a nice face and then sold us whatever he wanted to sell us. He charged us a lot of money and then the delivery was way below average. Not only that, he was rude and overtly disrespectful when we asked for better service. We have messages to prove that! He shamed us for saying we didn’t feel happy about the service we paid for. Do not recommend, stay away! They are not hospitable and welcoming, they just want your money and will do whatever it takes to get it. They man who showed us the rooms was very charming but then he took a tip both from my mother and then separately from my father, pretending that he didn’t get any. He just stood there till we got uncomfortable and had to give him something to go! Find a better place with better people! Please!

A hotel full of staff who don't even understand the most spoken English Language in the world. Definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars. Price performance ratio is very bad. A few hundred meters further there are small hotels that speak very good English, German. Rooms, prices and service quality are much better than here.

Excellent customer service. Have stayed here for the second time this year. Every time you go to DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya... they make you feel like you are at home. Everyone from the staff is very friendly. The manager Dilek, makes sure the customers are satisfied with their stay. 5 Stars.

Absolutely pathetic service. The staff was rude and disrespectful. We booked a cab from the concierge and when it was not what we expected/ what we asked for we were spoken to horrifically (specifically efe and also the management). Shocked this hotel has survived in the hospitality sector so far. We were also told to Buy a bottle of water if we wanted a glass in the waiting area. Absolutely unaccommodating and pathetic. Would not recommend - save your money. Next stop Istanbul Hilton hope it's not as bad would not keep high expectations though.

Really enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I walked in, Adem and Cengiz made me feel welcomed. We tried the massages and it was 2 hours of pure pleasure. The room size was massive, best rooms I’ve ever had! My one downside is that because I’m an English man, I’m used to having a full English breakfast with bacon, sausages and beans. This hotel unfortunately didn’t have that but if you don’t care about bacon, sausages and beans, this shouldn’t matter at all. Would recommend!

Rated as a 5 star hotel but more like a 3 star hotel, least that was my opinion after having spent 4 nights in this place, staff don't look at all interested in anything which completely put me off asking them for anything, first impression is the last impression what you will walk away with and remember, I would seriously recommend they train staff and management on customer service skills, rooms were OK very noisy at times, had to ask cleaners for basic things like water, towels in return they would ask you to contact reception, perhaps that what they were instructed. You would generally see people in the lobby with walkie talkies glaring at you as if you were being watched no idea who they were but it felt intimidating and uncomfortable, having travelled around the globe never experienced such bad atmosphere whilst staying in a hotel, the gym and spa facilities were OK but again similar behaviour and attitude from staff. I personally would not recommend to anyone or would never want to stay at this place ever again.

They cancled our reservation because of some card issues without any notification. so we had to wait more than a hour to get another room. I found some people who were in same situation and they looked mad too. Besides I couldn't say their service was good Air conditioner sucks. It sometimes just stop. We had to change our card key on our second day which is not a big deal but still annoying.
