I stayed at this for a week in September and overall it was excellent. Rooms are neat and clean with a nice wooden decor and the service was good. The breakfast are is big and well served. There is not much happening in the location of the hotel, that's something I prefer also, but there is a close tram station that you can use to reach other places in the city or the airport.

Great stay, manager shamsuddiin best man. Waiter ALPER IS BEST MAN. Personal is very friendly. And this hotel is clean bed and bathroom is clean spotless. great air-conditioning. This hotel near Airport. The hotel in a great position to the airport and I’ not too far from the old town.

Stayed for 7 nights, had a lovely room on ground floor with a tiny yard and a table with chairs, a nice little touch. Location isnt too bad, 5 to 10 min drive with a taxi to the old town or centre. Staff was excellent and very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing id like them to improve is to open a bar, because this hotel does not serve alcoholic drinks. Other than that id stay again.

Very clean and really lovely friendly staff. Beds are really big and comfortable. Location is good for the airport and not far from the beach. Great public transport is right outside the hotel. Tram / bus and taxi. Food is delicious and I would highly recommend for any trip to Antalya.

Amazing hotel, beautiful decor, lovely staffs, kind people. Turkish people are just one of the best people I know. Very accommodating and friendly bunch. I wish the hotel had a gym and swimming pool though, because they have the space for that. I think they need leisure activities put in place because it can get really boring. Restaurant is really good too, their food is nice and tasty. Not so sure of their breakfast options though, but menu list is nice for dinner.

Very cozy place. Extremely convenient location, accessible via public transport from the airport. Very friendly and caring staff making sure to do everything to make you feel comfortable. The restaurant area is also a great place; not only for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but for all day long to have a snack and work at the same time.

I spent a night in AG Antalya looking for a place closer to the airport. The hotel is clearly fairly new, extremely modern and clean, rooms aren't very big but comfortable and well designed, especially the lighting. Staff is a little cold but very professional, price very reasonable.

We stayed at the AG hotel on the 8th of May for 9 nights. The hotel and the bedroom are quite modern, welcoming and always kept clean. Great showers and bed! The best of all of the this hotel are the people. Merve, the lovely receptionist really made a difference in our stay. excellent English and did everything to make our stay the most pleasant one! The other receptionists were really nice and polite too. Same at the restaurant and the cleaners also. Only downside are the walls as they are quite thin and the price of fresh orange juice! very expensive, and adding a swimming pool would be great!!! Needs updating, no gym, pool ,games room ect. Only bed and breakfast also breakfast needs lots of updating/improvements are needed. Bed base is concrete, but I found that it was comfortable for me. Tv, you can link your YouTube on account, kettle and cups in bedroom. Nearby, attelia dentists, tram & bus station, taxi, mosque, crackers pizza across the road does nice pizza, all with in few minutes walk. Another visit 13/6/23, 10 day's stay Staff are very good 5*

Hello , I enjoyed my stay at AG hotels , very modern , clean , friendly staff and tasty breakfast . Reception staff was friendly and welcoming.They gave me a garden room for smoking without charging me any extra but I found it little loud due to road traffic . Then I met their Manager SAMSUTIN who showed me different rooms in the hotel and he was happy to change it to the room of my choice . He even brought my baggage to my new room . He was very friendly and always happy to help anyone . He and their restaurant chef also came to us In breakfast and offered us tea or coffee and juice and soup for our baby . This hotel is at a great location with trams running just outside our hotel .We went to visit old town on Tram which just took 15 mins by tram . Thanks to Ag hotels and their manager SAMSUTIN and staff who made our stay memorable and made us feel at home .

My stay at AG Hotel Antalya was excellent. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which is particularly important to me. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel's location right next to the metro station is incredibly convenient, and the quiet surroundings made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the proximity to the airport is a significant advantage. Overall, I highly recommend AG Hotel Antalya and will definitely return.

Very nice clean hotel, good value for the price, location is very convenient since the tram station is cross the street which takes you to the centre in 15 min. The thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. And you need to pay when ordering drinks even if you have breakfast included. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

I stayed here in March 2022. I was greeted well and warmly welcomed. The room was great with food menu available. The downside is the location and I cut my leg on the side of the bed. Facilities are limited, has a garden but it's great for staying if on business or to visit the dentist a minute away. Tram and buses outside hotel and supermarkets across the street. Room service was excellent, food well priced and breakfast was pleasant. Walls are thin in the rooms, I was kept awake at times be guest next door held conversations on his phone outside his room and eveytime he went inside his room the door slammed shut. Staff very professional, kind and helpful.

Smart, clean, and well presented. A nice gem located away from the busy spots but close enough to be invovled if needed. The staff are friendly and happy to help if needed. The price is fantastic considering the quality. This is my place to stay in Antalya when I visit.

Poor sound insulation. Rooms are clearly smaller than the indicated sizes. Bed and pillows are average. WiFi is practically useless. Rich and delicious breakfast. Good location particularly for the airport.

The hotel is a nice modern looking hotel. The Rooms are nice and the breakfast is very good. The staff working at the restaurant are friendly and before you finish your Thea they already give you a refill. Furthermore everything was working just like it should(the shower, wifi, airconditioning). With the Tram right before the hotel you can reach the downtown very quickly. The little complaints I have are(some are nitpicking): - the windows and the doors are little thin. I could easily still hear the traffic outside when I shut my window. Some people were making noise Saturday night in the hallway and you could hear that easily. - I didn't like the mermerli beach. So I had to go the beaches in Lara which was far away. I couldn't trust the bus so I had take a taxi everyday. This is obviously no problem when you have a car. - small complaint. I didn't like I had to call the reception the open my airconditioning

Reception place clean and nice smell ,, the staff they told me have room In up floor and the. when they know I have reservations from booking they changed character and say only have availability in out door , And then I said why u said u have up floor he little bit anger and said u want out door or not ,after I take my things and left the hotel ..

Lovely room, stylish and comfy. The shower was great, a spacious walk-in with concrete slab. Staff were helpful and friendly, full of smiles. Breakfast was great with something different on the buffet everyday.

I have stayed 8 nights in the hotel. Rooms booked came as expected, clean, smell fresh and bathroom worked perfectly and nice garden. Breakfast was good for the hotel and over last 8 days the options did change which was a good sign as it means breakfast is not boring. Baby cot was given however it needed to be extra cleaned as it had some stains and cleaners forgot to change bedding for the only the baby Cot after room cleaning and nice mini garden. Stairs take you down to breakfast area from lobby however it is not accessible for baby prams and people is wheelchair so I think this is a major flaw that was messed when designing the place. Room service is great when you need things however some staff can work on their greeting their guest everytime you enter and leave hotel and staff at breakfast to give a nice welcome. Hello in the morning even if its in Turkish so it can create a warm friendly environment even for us who don't speak Turkish. Another great thing is parking for guests when you get a car rental so its a nice touch. So far overall a great stay. I hope these small points can be addressed to make this Hotel even more amazing. Overall a great experience.

The experience we had was amazing. The staff, particularly Fadime was very helpful with everything and was a great company during our stay. The hotel features were great, the interior was stunning and the food was lovely. I would only say that the hotel rooms and some parts of the hotel were quite cold but perfect for summer! Also, hygiene could be a bit better. Other than that everything and everyone was amazing and very helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

Great service, I stayed there between June 3-8th and it was a great stay, clean, and wonderful service, 10 minutes drive from airport. Restaurants close by. If you're in a business trip or short one then this is the best place to stay

Nice hotel, location is far from everything but close to the metro station. Breakfast is pretty fine, stuff is very helpful. One bad thing is that you can gear everyone who passes through the corridors or the next rooms.

One of the worst stay ever. There was a giant cockroach in the bathroom ( about 2”). The front desk person came in, killed it and said “enjoy rest of your night!” . We asked for another room and they showed us someone else’s room. There was only one person in charge at the hotel, and his attitude was extremely poor. If he was kind, we would stay in the hotel, but his approach to situation was very poor. I never make comments, but this was extremely disappointing experience for us…

Both rooms and the lobby look good. The receptionist was a bit tired looking. Far from old town and the coast. But no worries, the tram station is in sight.

The hotel was perfectly always clean and the staff were more than helpful and nice, always accommodating our needs and keeping on top of everything. The breakfast was also very nice and they had wonderful dinning indoors and outdoors.

Stayed mid-March on a Sat/Sun. Rooms are great, bathrooms are excellent, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing - huge selection and very, very tasty. The ability to park one's car securely in the underground carpark is a real bonus. Staff friendly.

Location: It stays just in the mid-point between airport and city center. It's easy to reach by tram, takes only three or four station on every direction. Rooms: It is obvious they got best material money can buy. Design, colours, quality are just great. Lobby: It cannot smell better than that. I heard many guests wonder what smells that great. Food: Breakfast is great. They have many different variety of chesee, egg, bread, etc. happy to see drink service is not self-service. So staff aim that guests have better experience of consuming fresh daily food. Staff: Multilingual staff welcomes you in lobby and restaurant. They work for your happiness for sure. Every time when guest contact with any staff feels that they are there for you. I would like to thank especially to general manager who cares from soup to desert, zero to hundred what hotel needs for. He is one of nicest, smartest human being in this industry. To understand his function, I had to ask one of a staff and they has big respect to him by his work and caring all. I had a small talk with him.Hopefully he will carry this company much better level in the future. It's only matter of time. After all those comment, I highly recommend this hotel who doesn't want to involve in mass tourism and want to learn Antalya city culture. Thank you all AG Team

Overall, this hotel was great. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was about a 10 minute drive. They do currency exchange at the desk. They will also ask you for a $5 refundable deposit at the time of check in because they kept having their room keys lost. Breakfast is included with your stay and the rooms are clean. The room is very simple. The floor is concrete and the bed is low, but the AC worked great. They let us use their phone to call the car rental company so we could pick up our car and they also called a taxi for us. When we got in, they were able to order dinner for us from Dominos when we asked. Excellent customer service.

Positive: Only 5 minutes away on car to old town. Free parking. Clean room. Adequate breakfast, although it could be quite boring if you stay longer than 3 nights. Semi-smart TV in the room. Awkward: You have to call the reception to ask for the AC to be switched on when you just arrived in the room. Logging in to the WiFi needs your passport number?? You have to ask for milk at the breakfast because it is not there on the buffet, although they have cereal in the offering. They can run out of bowls at the breakfast but not seem to bother to restocking it. Staff definitely need to be trained to meet service standards. They are nice but don’t fully understand what hotel service should be. Negative: Last night there the hotel lost power completely. No water and can’t make a call down to the reception to find out what happened. This happened at 23:35 and lasted for 2h30. It is hot in July and we have to open the window with noises coming from the street and not a breeze. We had to inquire what had happened when we checked out the next day in order for the poor receptionist to explain and apologize. If we didn’t inquire they probably wouldn’t make an apology. Poor girl, not her fault but we weren’t happy at all. We asked for a free laundry as a compensation- which we think was reasonable ask considering what we went through, but only to be responded with “I have asked my manager and he said we can only give you 50% discount”. Very poor customer satisfaction effort. We had originally considered of staying there again when we are back in Antalya for our last night in Turkey but nah thanks.

Had an amazing girls trip here! The hotel is absolutely stunning and modern. Being 15 minutes from the airport and with a station right outside, it’s location was perfect for us as tourists wanting to get around and explore. The staff are very accommodating and the room service is exceptional. Merve was especially wonderful and friendly. She was always happy to help and recommended the best places to visit. I’ll definitely be visiting here again!

It’s a nice “Scandinavian design” hotel, looked like recently built/renovated and well maintained. Staff are nice and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The doors are not sealed so you could hear some noise from outside but that didn’t bother me. The hotel location is convenient at Meydan station. In a good proximity to Kaleici and Mall of Antalya. However, the area is typical commercial district without much of touristy activities. Breakfast was fantastic. I enjoyed the variety and quality of food. Keep in mind you will need to pay extra for juice, and breakfast menu is repetitive. Overall i enjoyed my stay and certainly recommend it for budget travelers

Everything was perfect . Great breakfasts, every morning you could find something new and everything was always fresh. Great design and cosy rooms. I have stayed here for 8 nights and can’t find anything to complain about. The most important everyone who is working here is really friendly and helpful.a specially ppl in the restaurant!

They have really nice service and breakfast buffet is very diverse and enjoyable. Definitely notable is the astonishing atmosphere the decor of the hotel give someone. It has warm and esthetically pleasing vibe. The only thing I think was sometimes annoying is that the toilet seat win my room was broken but they fixed it instantly, also the hair dryer did not work in my relatives room however she didn't mention it to receptionist I'm sure they would have fixed it because the staff their was very kind.

Interior design of hotel was amazing, good spots to take great pictures, hotel rooms were also very nice, they served great breakfast and had so many activities to do exterior to the hotel. Workers were also very amazing. The only downside was they worked with euros which was kind of annoying.

First, we were given the keys to a room where the lights weren't functioning. The electrician failed to make them work even after 10 minutes of trying. After 15-20 minutes of this, we were asked to move to another room, which had footprints of a dirty shoe all over the room. Clearly, this room had been unused and not cleaned for a while. The "Garden View" room has a view of a few pots. The doors are supposed to be one-way glass but you can see everything inside the room if the light is on in the dark and we had no curtains. The bed didn't have a comforter. Just a blanket. The bathroom is so small, it can barely fit one person properly.

Nice hotel with stunning interior, breakfast selection is amazing as well. The hotel and the room is quite dark during the day but might just be the aesthetic they’re going for. Also hotel is quite far from the old town/centre.
