Very very bad experience. Not recommended to anybody. We checked in around the 12pm in the night and we completely shocked to see the room. It was very bad and horrible experience. First we checked in room no 504. Room roof plaster was broken and falling down, the bathroom roof was also broken and dirty drops were coming in toilet from upper floor toilet. There was not complimentary water bottle in the room. After so many complaints and long wait we again checked in room no. 502. AC system was not good because you never know when it will start cooling. AC remote was also not working properly. Hotel needs renovation. Pillows was not comfortable and was broken. Electric cattle was very dirty. Really bad breakfast with barely anything to eat.. maybe some bread with butter and jam, some eggs and an omelette you had to pay extra for. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY. (This hotel is not at Lara Beach : Lara beach is 11.5 kms from this hotel.)

Everything was okay. I've to leave early in the morning and there were no hot water in my room. They said from the reception the hotel is full so, this may be the reason. I had to take shower with cold water. But there was hot water my colleague's room at the same floor. The rooms and bathrooms were big enough at the 7th floor.

Definitely never 4 star I’ve never been to such a bad 4 star. Terrible wifi, Really bad breakfast with barely anything to eat.. maybe some bread with butter and jam, some eggs and an omelette you had to pay extra for. That’s pretty much it. I had a dirty glasse with someone’s old lipstick on it maybe had to see on the picture but was pretty evident Water doesn’t work to wash your hands in the toilets by the pool. Some days nothing to drink but coffee and water in the restaurant. I think I had 2 days with orange juice maybe they were a bit tight with the orange juice. I put a do not disturb sign on my door and had 2 random people I think work in the hotel or cleaners just randomly enter my room whilst I was there. I mean seriously?? I’ve never had that happen before What if I was naked or not in? I had valuables in there made me very paranoid random people were just entering my room. So expensive for the quality was ranging from £50-£75 some nights I’d give it a 3 star maximum and that’s stretching. Toilet stank of sewage sometimes Gets a 2 star for friendly reception and ok location

We love dropping by to use their pool for a few hours. Showers and changing areas are fine. ₺200 per person . Staff are kind and polite.

We like many used this hotel for local dental work. From experience from our first visit we updated to their superior room at £15 per night. The room was clean and in general the hotel is clean. But this is where the good ends. The breakfast is bad and they do not cater for people having dental work. The ordering system via QR code is bad, no confirmation of order. We ordered an omelet after many calls to reception 1 hour 30 mins later it arrived. Was discussing. The manger needs to look at their services and the breakfast to consider the people who are staying at the hotel. The staff are good and willing to help though. If you are not Turkish and will be staying in your room I would recommend buying a USB Type C to HDMI to watch TV, no English channels.

Stayed for a week whilst having dental treatment (location is spot on for that) the hotel in its day would have been very good, parts now are tired but overall not bad. The wifi was good, a/c didn’t work but not needed in January. The room itself was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice and fairly modern, room a bit dated. The tv only has Turkish channels. One reason I picked this hotel is for the gym, however I was disappointed, the gym is in the basement and you walk through the washroom to get to it, the lights didn’t work and a handyman had to get them going, when the lights worked the gym is very tired, and some parts of the ceiling was damaged/coming down, it did the job for me and I used it, however I think I was the first person in years to step foot in there! But afterwords there was a steam room to use which was nice. I booked a room without breakfast after reading reviews on breakfast, but turns out the room came with breakfast anyway, it was a nice surprise, but would be upset if I’d paid for it. The breakfast is continental and pretty poor unless you like salad and olives ect most days they had boiled eggs, and they have bread so you can get by! The staff were very friendly, and always said hello when passing the desk. I wouldn’t recommend the room service/app I ordered and then an hour and half later got a call to say they couldn’t do what i ordered, then the following night was told the chef wasn’t working! Overall the hotel was a nice place to be in a good location (the mall next door is huge!) the staff were good, and there was a bottle of water put in the room everyday. It’s not 4 star quality, but it was cheap and for what I paid I was happy, and if I go back for dental again I would stay here again.

We stayed in this room twice, both times there were problems with plumbing: in 502 the sink drain was leaking, in 106 the water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom, such little things spoil everything

Smoke smell in the rooms was bad but it is much worse when someone in an adjacent room is actively smoking. Sad because there is actually a law against smoking in hotel rooms. Otherwise, the hotel staff are really nice and the rooms are clean. The beds are on the harder side.

A nice hotel at antalya city. Not as per standards of europe but still very nice. Buffet breakfast is ok. You need to ask for electric cattle separately if u want to make tea!!! Bus stops are also very near. Just at 3 mints walk. Vicinity is also nice.

Its quiet and not busy. But i an here outside the season. I had loud neighbours and ask an other room. This was no problem and the workers took care of the laguage. Nice big rooms. Not very clean bit also not dirty. Nice hood around. Very nice workers
