Its looks like completely different! Don't pay attention to photos. Super-small hotel. From the window in room you will see somebody's balcony in a 2m. Breakfast was OK, but coffee is not.

Facilities and rooms were good but I am giving a 1 star review for two reasons related to their service: 1) The person at the reception during the afternoon shift was rude - It seemed he wanted to make money for himself by charging us exhorbitant prices for tours and he was exploiting us with poor exchange rates for euros. For other travellers, be careful when you negotiate with him. 2) Our booking was cancelled by the hotel on booking.com after we checked out. Which is odd because we had paid and spent two nights there... I believe this was done by the receptionist to protect himself from a poor review on the booking.com platform. We stayed at multiple places during our time in Turkey, and this hotel was the only one where we had a poor experience.

We had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with attention to details. The ambiance was inviting and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and enjoyable. For breakfast there is an open Buffet. They offer free Hammam and Sauna but unfortunately we didn’t have time to experience it. Maybe next time !

We was very satisfied with our stay in this accommodation. We stayed at Economy room with no window. The room was clean, quite in the night very dark so the sleep was amazing. The matrace feels like a new one, wifi was fast and very stable and the breakfast was a buffet and very amazing. I can personally recommend this place. Its definitely worth.

All economy rooms are located in the basement without any windows. Be careful!! We overread that when we booked. Very uncomfortable room, no fresh air or proper ventilation. I do not recommend to book it! In other countries it is illegal to build or rent such underground rooms, as it is bad for your health. The room is also very small. The toilet is right next to your bed and the bathroom door does not close properly. Unfortunately we could not get another room as they were all booked. Glad that we left after 1 uncomfortable night. There are way better options for the same price or less, if you book in 5-10 min walking distance outside the city center. The positive side of the hotel: very clean, near to the city center, friendly stuff and the included breakfast was good. Maybe we would have had a better experience in another room.

The room was very dark and not very homely - while the staff was generally nice and helpful some of their "promises" where not kept. While we did not mind it might be good to know for others. Breakfast was included in the reservation and as we had an early flight and could not take it, they were promising to prepare a lunch package for us which they seemed to have forgotten by the time we left. The spa was a nice plus but generally not very luxurious or welcoming either - all in all a decent place but less value for money than expected.

Hello what can I say. I cancelled by accident and they kept my room for me so that was good. I paid for deluxe room with balcony and all I can say that it was not deluxe. It was clean but my balcony was overlooking houses and roof top with no sun. Came to Antalya to experience sun and sit on balcony which I could not do. They were nice but feel trapped in room as weather not great and could not sit outside on balcony and have coffee as I would expect on holiday. I feel I got this room as I cancelled by accident and it was all paid for. I was in bed and was woke up early by the banging of trolleys and lifts opening and closing as I was at lift door and staircase. It would not be so bad if I did not upgrade to delux. Sorry Mai Inc but very unhappy about balcony to say the least. The lobby was lovely thou and staff very friendly indeed

Staff was amazingly helpful. Already since we arrived they were very nice and friendly, but specially on day 2, we had a flat tyre in our rented car and they went far and beyond to help (when even the rental car company ignored us because it was a national holiday). Everything is super clean, breakfast is very nice, and again the staff is the best. Definitely recommend it. We were staying in a superior room on the top floor and it was nice and spacious, i did not see the other rooms. Thanks for everything!

I have so many great things to say about Mai Inci Hotel. The most important one: The staff are so nice and friendly, and service here goes above and beyond! I had a tire problem with my car rental, and the rental company told me to drive to a tire shop or petrol station to get it checked. When I mentioned to reception about my problem, they instead called a tire company to go to the hotel and service my car so I wouldn't have to drive with the tire problem. They told me after it's on the house since they just want to make sure I have a great vacation and not be worried about this incident. Other things I loved about the hotel: 1) Very extensive breakfast buffet spread (included with stay) at the restaurant with different bread, mezes, cheese, charcuterie, fries, egg, pastry, desserts. 2) You can ask for bottled water anytime. 3) Complimentary hamam (first time seeing this) and sauna. Other spa services are extra charge. 4) Very fast wifi 5) Tea Time from 2-4:30pm where you can get complimentary tea and coffee at the restaurant 6) Free self-parking and valet parking 7) Very nice courtyard. I like doing my tea time there. 8) Nice modern rooms. Room: I stayed at the Economy Single Room which is sufficient for my needs, solo travelling. Nice room with fridge, and spacious bathroom. I like the extra touches of having buttons to indicate if you want housekeeping or DND. Note: Depending on your preference, this specific room I stayed in is at the basement and there are no windows. AC is centralized so you can't adjust temperature.

Stayed here for 7 nights and had a great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. 15 minutes walk from old town. My room was on the basement, (no windows) high quality very comfortable. The spar / sauna was one flight of stairs lower down so it was easy to get to. I visited in January so the air con that can only heat was no problem at all as it was set on normal room temperature. I definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

I stayed at Mai Inci Hotel with a few friends for two nights. We stayed in rooms in the basement, so there were no windows, but this was ok with us as we were out all day and only came back to sleep. Being in the basement also had a benefit of being quieter. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always thinking about providing good customer service. We also enjoyed the breakfast that came with the stay. It is easily walkable to the old town area.

I stayed in this hotel for a week and I loved it. The room is clean and it is close to the old town. The location is 10/10 we walked to the old town, marina, Hadrian’s gate and so much more. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially Emre; he was so kind and helpful. But, the only bad thing was the house keeping. They do not clean properly at all and their standard is very very low! The breakfast was also very normal with little variety, it definitely needs improvement. Overall, I had a lovely time in Mai Inci, and I would love to visit again!

Very nice hotel and in a good location with being close to the old town and also the Mall Area. On the other side you've also got the beaches and Museums along time a number of other things to do. I've been to Antalya a number of times and this hotel is up there. It's got all the amenities and the staff are very nice. Clean room. Just a heads up if you do book an Economy it is underground so does not have a window.

A nice choice for a short stay. The breakfast was delicious with a variety, though sliced fresh fruit would have been a nice addition. The deluxe room was charming, albeit a bit small. The staff stood out for their exceptional friendliness.

I've stayed in many hotels in my life but the staff here are the most attentive I've experienced. Especially Emre & Mustafa who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed or wanted. The location is perfect, quiet to get good sleep but a very short walk away from old town. 2/3 min walk and you're by the water.

Rooms without windows and proper air conditioning. We were forced to book another hotel, since stuff rejected to provide another room. If you do not want to die from Hypoxia, better to select another hotel. Also hotel did not provide any refund and cancelled booking, so I was not able to provide review.

A chic elegant hotel conveniently situated in a peaceful area just a few steps away from the old town, the marina and transportation hub. Seamless welcoming check-in with professional staff who spoke great English. Spotlessly clean, fully-equipped economic room with AC unit, comfortable soft beds and washed linen. Modern spacious bathroom with bad smell. Fast WiFi (if you manage to connect) and a silent place to catch good night of deep rest.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, overall it was a nice boutique hotel. Very clean, nice decent breakfast, good location and I want to thank Mustafa for being so nice to us, such a great guy. Our problem was the noise starting at 6-7 am every morning. Which annoyed us so much. Our room was on the first floor so we could hear people talking, toilet flushing, kitchen noises etc. disappointing :(

Extraordinary experience in a cute hotel providing rich breakfast and free spa, sauna. It’s the best facility to stay in Antalya especially who want to have sincere, peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!!

Great hotel to take in the full Antalya experience. It has great services and breakfast included, with amazing staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the only issue was the insulation. The room was noisy when other guest where talking. But I would not stop this from booking here, it was well worth the price.

We booked the superior twin room. Room was adequately sized and had much natural daylight as it was a corner room. Bathroom was a little tight on space but was clean and functional. Hotel is located in a quiet area away from the touristic Kaleiçi old town area but just a stone's throw away from Cumhuriyet Square and to the Old Town and harbour thereafter. 8 mins walk to Ismetpasa metro and just few minutes walk to the old bazaar area. A101 convenience store just by the corner. Breakfast spread was good and we had a pleasant stay.

We had a short trip to Antalya and I found Mai Inci Hotel after searching different hotels and reading the nice references and I am so happy for such a decision, it was really easy to communicate with friendly and professional reception staff for the reservation and further information, at first we got the wrong room but we easily changed. The Housekeeping and breakfast’s staff specially Sabrina and Dicle were super friendly and lovely, the SPA manager Elif did her best for us to be comfortable and I really appreciate it. Thanks to everyone in this hotel for the pleasant time Highly recommended

Really nice hotel. Location is perfect and staff treats you very well. Modern installations and the Spa service is also 10/10. Don’t miss the opportunity to stop by when going to Antalya!

Very nice hotel. It is quiet, cosy and clean. The rooms are very nice; modern and cleaned very well. Staff are polite too. Close to shops and sea. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Middle-sited breakfast is no problem, because this hotel is really close to lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes. The location is also perfect. I liked our stay here.

The rooms were so modern and clean and comfortable. The location was AMAZING, a 10 minute walk to the mall and the old city. The staff were so lovely especially Onur. He was wonderful and helpful and really made us feel important. His hospitality really stood out to me compared to other hotels. Our needs were always met. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a modern design and a stunning courtyard with a tortoise in it (which personally really enhancedmy experience) they have a free spa and hamam which they didnt advertise which was a great experience. So cool as other hotels dont really offer it for free for everyone. Althought the rooms were always cleaning the cleaning staff weren't very sharp e.g. the bed sheets werent tucked nicely and the toilet rolls werent new. Little things like that and some staff just need a bit more training on how a hotel works and profesionality but theyre new so its understandable and didnt take away from the experience. Overall a super great experience and would definitely recommend!!! Super affordable and clean and has everything you want!!!

Great hotel in the centre of Antalya old city. Room was a bit small but big enough for two people. Room was finished to a very high standard. Balcony was a bonus. Great service from all the staff. They were happy to respond to our requests during day and night.

It was the most beautiful stay, the hospitality was 10/10. The people made us feel so welcome and the breakfast was amazing. The place was clean, and neat. I would definitely come here again, and recommend people as it was one of the best places to stay in Turkey.

Great location! Restaurants, bazaars and the mall are within walking distance and you can take a quick and cheap taxi to the pebble beach, museum and the aquarium. The hotel staff was lovely and polite. They offered us a complimentary dinner on our last night and were happy to help us whenever we needed something. The only minus was that there was no safe in the room nor an iron for clothes. Also during our week long stay at Mai Inchi we had two days without toilet paper in the room. Otherwise I completely reccomend staying here!

Rooms were clean, bathroom is clean, but the rooms are in the basement which was not stated on booking or the site. Room service cleaning lady left the cup of tea without washing! Overall good stay, reception very helpful especially omur on the front desk, was fluent, friendly and very helpful. Good location near the old town
