Very friendly person Muhammet delivered our vehicle to the front of the airport Terminal2. Prepared the vehicle before he handed out the car to our hands he took a short video of the car for before/after damage. We further took the car for 6 days. The car itself is well looked after and maintained. The car was given to us clean and tidy we gave back the car with more fuel in exchange to not clean/wash the exterior of the car even if we did not really mess it up at all. The service from Muhammet is briliant. Thank you once again for well prepared and perfect communication when giving back the vehicle. LOVELY.

I found advertise of Mutly rental car on sahibinden. I chatted with Mutlu, we agreed about the car and time. When I came the car was prepared and washed. Mutlu and Okan was very polite. They explained to me everything related to car driving. We made a video before renting a car. I rented a car for a month, it was great time. During the rental time some scratches appeared on the car by carelessness. After I returned the car Okan checked that everything is ok and found several scratches. We checked that it was not on car before on video. We discussed the situation with Mutlu and Okan and agreed about the little fine. In spite of this little problem I would say that Mutlu is a very good person, we discussed everything in polite form and I would rent a car once again in future if it will be needed.

In addition, he helped us a lot when a minor accident happened in the car and we contacted him and his response was very fast via WhatsApp and he came himself.
