I have visited Antibes several times and a brunch at Lilian Bonnefoi is an absolute must each time. All the food is delicious and the desserts are really to die for (take a few extra home with you - plus some of the delicious Lilian Bonnefoi chocolates of course! The chocolates also make wonderful gifts.) It's such a charming location - a lovely quiet square and a comfortable terrace to hang out solo or with family & friends. Very friendly staff.

We really enjoyed this patisserie. It's in a quiet area of town with a nice outdoor setting and the staff (particularly Clémence) is very friendly. Everything we tried was delicious, the pistachio raspberry pie, the chocolate finger cake, the pain au chocolat and les brioches feuilletées pistachio and pralines. We also really love the way they serve their coffee with the little melted chocolate stamp on top! The gluten free chocolate cookie is amazing too! A must try while in Antibes.

I can’t fault this place, the service really gave you a sense of French charm. The location in a nice shaded area after a very pleasant walk through the old town or along the coast. The inside of the restaurant is truly beautiful and they really demonstrate their confidence by having a glass window that separate the dining area and the kitchen. The real star of the show is the food and the desserts of which I wish I had had more time to try more. Since eating breakfast and lunch here food elsewhere feels like a cheap imitation. This is breakfast done to the highest order and I’m surprised it doesn’t have a Michelin star. If In Antibes this is definitely worth the visit.

The brunch is a nice way to sample lots of different dishes, and everything I ate was fine (with the “brioche praliné” being a clear highlight) but service was just… bad. Upon arrival at 12:05ish, I was greeted and then promptly ignored while staff washed dishes. When they were done washing the dishes they sat me at a table on the street outside (the street tables had good shade and were probably breezier than the patio). My first “course” (brioche, fruit, coffee and juice) was brought out very quickly, and then my avocado toast was brought out before I’d finished the fruit salad. After that, nobody came back to my table for FORTY MINUTES (I can tell from the timestamp on the photos I took when my food arrived), while I just sat there, not sure what to do about the dessert. My server definitely saw I was finished my avocado toast but didn’t come over to offer or explain dessert (or clear the empty plate). The table next to me also waited about fifteen minutes to be acknowledged by anyone. You’d get significantly better service at a $2.99 breakfast place back home in Canada, which is disappointing as I read that Lilian Bonnefoi works (worked?) at Cap-Eden-Roc and should be capable of training his staff in basic service. Nobody was outright rude, but they were just disinterested and inattentive.

Bravo, Chef! Outstanding desserts: we have 3 different – Pavlova, New York cheesecake and Citron tartalette (pictured below) – and all three were extremely delicious and 100% met our expectations! Breakfasts are very good as well. Everyone can find something special for oneself. And the service is unmistakeably correct and welcoming. Very charming place! I am strongly advice to come to Lilian Bonnefoi for breakfast or lunch or just a cup of coffee or tea with perfectly created dessert. P.S. One more hint for those unlucky with reservation at Eden-Rock Restaurant: Lilian Bonnefoi is Head Pastry Chef of the restaurant.

On a quiet January day I was lucky to walk by and spot this lovely looking terrace bathing in sunshine. Had an excellent ceasar salad there sided with little wine and an espresso. Also, the staff was very friendly. Perfect little lunch break!

Beautiful cafe and best hot chocolate in Antibes that I've had. Merci to Euni, our front of house who welcomed us and gave us a seat in the warm sun. Oh, and their sandwiches are delicious...get the avocado and the truffle ham. Miam!! Merci beaucoup!

Great little pâtisserie in the alternative neighbourhood Safranier in the old town of Antibes. They serve great coffee ☕, pastries 🥧 including delicious croissants 🥐, pain au chocolat, cakes, as well as savory dishes for breakfast and brunch. I adored this place. When the sun is shining in the little squate where it is located, it is really delightful to sit there and enjoy the morning.

Great little place for wine, coffee, pastries in the heart of Antibes Old Town Safranier neighborhood. Make sure you Google and go to this location at 2 Place du Safranier. Their other location does not have this quaint seating deck. Also this area is a must see in Antibes. The hot chocolate was rich and delicious. I loved the way the little chocolate melts and adds to each sip. Wonderful way to experiencing the essence of being in France.

What a patisserie! I just had the best French toast ever and we even took some pastries home which were very good as well. We just enjoyed our stay with some hot coffee and fresh orange juice. Everything was lovely and beautiful to look at as well. We will definitely come back for another brunch or breaki!

The best dessert in Antibes. And very good coffee too. Lovely staff, very child friendly and they even have baby changing facilities which is rare in France.

We stopped almost everyday to grab a capuccino and croissants early in the morning for take away. The attention that was provided was outstanding, despite whether or not the place was busy (which normally is, considering how nice the place is) On our last day in Antibes we took our family of 3 for a breakfast at the place and the experience was awesome, as well as the food. This is one of the places that we will always remember as part of our trips. They really made us feel like locals or long known friends. Strongly recommend as one of those fixed places to go and make it as a routine stop for breakfast every single day if you are staying at the old village of Antibes. Really lovely 😍 Thanks Ana for being so friendly and welcoming. We really loved the place!

Never too late to discover such a place. A bit hidden from all the tourist buzz in Old Antibes. Truly enjoyable dishes and friendly staff!!
