A
real
disaster
for
my
skin
and
even
major
questions
about
hygiene:
I
asked
for
a
simple
thigh
+
bikini
line
waxing.
The
beautician,
although
she
surely
meant
well,
focused
too
much
on
the
folds
of
my
buttocks.
As
soon
as
I
left,
I
found
myself
completely
scarred
and
in
severe
pain.
I
was
only
able
to
realize
the
extent
of
the
damage
in
the
evening:
large
marks
of
the
skin
which
was
completely
and
torn
off
plus
a
large
wound
in
the
fold
of
the
buttocks.
Very
complicated
to
heal
and
very
painful.
This
completely
ruined
my
vacation
both
in
terms
of
comfort
and
aesthetics:
it
was
impossible
to
put
on
a
swimsuit
and
the
sea
water
was
eating
away
at
my
skin,
not
to
mention
the
friction
of
my
clothes.
I
returned
to
the
living
room
to
show
the
extent
of
the
damage.
This
didn't
really
shock
the
hairdresser
who
just
advised
me
to
"apply
cream".
I
insist
that
this
is
not
normal
and
that
a
beautician
has
never
done
this
to
me.
After
a
moment
of
discussion
and
insistence
on
the
situation,
she
called
her
beautician
colleague
who
noticed
the
damage
and
told
me
to
buy
cream
one
for
the
irritations
and
another
for
the
healing
in
exchange
for
reimbursement.
Great
but
do
we
even
bother
to
put
ourselves
in
my
place
for
the
pain?
The
scars
that
I
will
surely
keep
for
a
long
time.
They
tell
me
"but
no,
there
won't
be
any
scars"
they
tell
me
that
it
was
surely
me
who
exposed
myself
to
the
sun
before
coming
when
absolutely
not.
We
minimize
the
situation,
no
compensation
just
a
vague
“sorry”.
Where
I
really
question
myself
is
the
numerous
skin
rashes
that
I
subsequently
had
on
this
same
area.
Pimples
everywhere,
very
big
and
very
painful.
So
I'm
wondering
about
the
hygiene
of
your
equipment.
I
am
really
disappointed
and
disgusted
to
have
passed
through
your
door.
I
can
send
photos
of
the
result
but
I
am
not
at
all
comfortable
with
the
state
of
my
buttocks
today
and
because
of
you.
To
summarize:
pain,
big
questions
about
hygiene,
total
lack
of
empathy
on
your
part.
And
paying
back
creams
was
absolutely
the
least
you
could
do.
Absolutely
avoid!
Of
course,
if
the
manager
wants
photos
to
demonstrate,
I
remain
available.
