Shabby place that looks nothing like the pictures... We rented the whole house but still found strangers walking in and occupying beds, because they "accidentally" accepted double bookings. It's nothing like the airy, breezy place that's being portrayed on their promotions.

Aweful. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend At all. It has serious hygiene issues. The owner knows and may play dumb but I have their confession. Still they do not refund or do anything to improve the situation. I am surprised how such unhygenic place is still in operation.

The host is very friendly and helpful. He is an abundance of knowledge and wisdom. The accommodations are clean and charming. We love the big leather chairs in the common area and the well-equipped kitchen.

me and my friend really liked staying there, our room was very clean and the beds are -for hostel beds- extremely comfy... also our bathroom was very modern and nice

I arrived at the Glamorgan in a bit of a state with a rubbish bag full of my clothes (long story!) and the host immediately cracked me up with a bunch of jokes and showed me to my cosy dorm. The lounge and kitchen are very spacious and modern, and I felt at home within seconds. Within half an hour of being there, I was lying comfortably on a couch watching Friends on Glamorgan’s Netflix (with fellow yachties I had met there) and endulged in the platter of sweet pastries the host had provided us. The hosts even did their utmost best in the morning to find me a bag before my departure to the airport! Glamorgan definitely felt like home away from home for me. 😊

One of the best hostels i have been in, located in the center, all the things that you need are in a 5 - 10minut walking distance. Great value for money.

The staff are really friendly and helpful and they do whatever they can to help. Great place for yachties. The common area is also really nice and big and comfortable!

I would not recommend the Glamorgan crew house. From arrival: I had to wait around for 45 minutes for someone to answer their phone and check me in. Sleeping arrangements: I paid for a double bed with an ensuite and got a bunk bed with a room of 8 girls. I confronted the lady and she said “sorry I don’t have it available”. You cannot charge someone the money for a room you don’t have!? The owner over booked the beds for one night and (took my kindness for granted) I had to share a bed with a random girl and still be paying £261 Euro a week. Not to mention everyone at Glamorgan were all paying different rates for some weird reason and every time we would try confront the owner he would just play dumb. I would not recommend this place.

Would not recommend to anyone. Managers/ staff were rude, mistakes were made from their side and my deposit was never refunded despite me giving back the necessary items to receive the deposit ie: keys.
