We are visitors from Germany and looked for some food for our dogs. This store sells tiny little puppies!! They sit in small cages without their mother. They looked so sad and Nobody seeems to care about it! Horrible experience. I hope the animal welfare will do something against it. You can‘t put animals behind a store window!!

It has a good varied collection of goods for pets. We normally go just to look at the dogs, that seem to be well looked after but occasionally there is a lot of poo in the cages. Parking is very difficult during busier hours as they only have about 6 spaces.

Nice animal shop with a great variety of food for dogs and cats. Clear overlooking and staff is very friendly. Returned and item and within 1.5 day money returned on the bank. Enough parking space!

You won't see me here. They're selling animals, not just supplies and toys. I wanted to buy some toys for our dog at home, but when I see they sell puppies, I won't spend my money here. Edit: In their reaction I was told that there are no puppies for sale. But I based my review on the photos that were placed, maybe they don't sell puppies anymore....you'll have to go see for yourselves.

Well stocked and lots of choices for dog food

This is a big store for pets and related products. Parking is free and there is usually space. Inside the range is good though there was no indication about the source of the dogs and cats offered for sale though the conditions in store seems good. Lots of aquarium products. The only downside is at checkout where there is often a longish wait with usually a single cashier although there are other checkout locations which are not staffed. Didn't seem to be any 'touch and go' card readers so checkout is laborious even for small purchases.

Great variety of food and toys, I don't think there's anything this big around. However, I felt a bit of a lack of motivation in some employees; I went two months ago and making a bill for a bag of food wasn't an issue. I went yesterday and the lady insisted twice that she would give me only the purchase ticket. I needed the bill to get reimbursed by my company, and I've lost money because of that stubbornness. I'll look for another shop next time I need to buy food.

Although I like Animalis and it's a good shop, the location is horrible.

Big pet store! You won't find all the dog food brands you're used to if you're from another country but their staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their products and will gladly assist you in finding a replacement. Fairly priced good quality products.

I go there to buy my fish food. It is really big and they offers many products.

Overpriced and basic. Prefer Amazon.

Live puppies and kittens in glass cabinets...not necessary. Good accessory shop otherwise and grooming services.

I feel like the store should have more toys etc for "rongeurs" considering they even sell so many of them! But aside from this, I think it's great! Great selection for cats and dogs, especially. I also really appreciate the lady who served me today - she picked out the most friendly rat she could find when I went in to buy one today. The little rat is much more gentle than my other 2 rats, and she climbed on me after I got home 🥰

Apart from variety of choices for all the animals, there are services dyi like for dogs. Very affordable and good.
