Worst food I ate in Guatemala, avoid this place. Took 40 mins for a deep fried dog food.

Ordered a Bloody Mary, came out of a pre mixed jug. Inedible… ordered a margarita, so sour couldn’t drink it, asked for more sweetener, and it came back way to sweet. Don’t come here for cocktails. Was charged full price .

A very good sports bar over two floors. Quite an American menu. We had pizza and watched an NBA playoff game on a weeknight. Nobody was there. Their nachos appear to be their specialty but for 3-4 people. Two of us barely ate the large pizza. Recommended.

Only stopped in for a beer to watch a Premier League game but good service and plenty of screens for sport

Great to watch NFL football however, over priced for the area and no deals on NFL Sunday’s. No bueno. The onion ring tower I ordered was good until I bit into the peel of an onion, that was weird. Anyways, good spot for games, servers are a little pushy about ordering stuff and will try to get you to order more etc. basic money making situation. Come for happy hour.

Food here is great! It's bar food but imo best bang for your buck plus portions are good. It's very cute, has a upstairs / balcony area and the music is American lol. Staff is so friendly and kind and the menu is in Spanish/English. So if you're not a Spanish speaker it's not difficult to navigate through. - Insta @ SpicyAivy

Jalepeno poppers and the Mad Mex were delicious. The poppers were giant, more than just I could eat!

Great service, good menu choices and HUGE portions. My meal lasted two days. They had some of the best guacamole ever!! 👌🏽 I took a pic; it was not the best, however the food/ burrito was messy yet delicious. Yum.

Delightful and full plated food. For the area, it is a bit expensive. An experience that is catered to visitors from The States (all TVs only in English and with baseball game times written up front for when the game will be on).

The food is good specially the nachos. The service is phenomenal as usual in Guatemala. The prices are not cheap

Good food, fast service, comfortable atmosphere. Serving sizes are very large. Has an American sports bar feel. The second floor has a nice breeze coming through, downstairs is a bit more stuffy.

The food was very flat, nothing special. The portions are big. The staff barely speaks english and they want to charge you food you didn’t eat. They also look at you when you eat and it is not comfortable at all.

I only got a drink and brownies with ice cream but the service was fast and good. Really big place, and great location. Most places were closed at the time we came and this was one of the last places we could find open. The had already closed their kitchen but were still selling a drinks and desserts.

I came to Monoloco in 2008 and enjoyed it. I came by Antigua with a friend ans stopped to show him the place : it was exactly the same as 13 years ago. That is called standardization, something every restaurant owner should know about.

I watched the Arkansas Razorbacks in the College World Series there this week. Yes, I got a little crazy and enthusiastic but tonight it all turned out amazing as my nephew was the winning pitcher! Whooooo Pigs Soooooie!!

    Excellent place for Happy Hours..

The prices here are pretty high for the quality of food you are getting. The nachos are just okay especially for $25 and none of the dishes are particularly good. 10% gratuity is also included, which is not particularly common in the area. I would definitely recommend going to another restaurant in the area if you want better food.

Too pricy and quality of food is poor, place is loud and not comfy. Not recommended

Great place, lots of space and good food options. Menu is a good combination of American style food and some local stuff.

It's a great place where you have good food for a good price. Right in the heart of Antigua and for sure one of the better restaurants in the area. It's a bit dark what gives the feeling of an Irish pub. What for me is a good thing, the only minus is they don't have Guinness but than again I diddn't find it anywhere in Guatemala. They do have a Belgian beer, Stella Artois and one from Holland. Downstairs you will find a little store as well where you can buy T-shirts and some other things from the restaurant, off course with the monkey logo. If I'm ever in Antigua again I won't hesitate to go back there. 🙈🙉🙊

Food wise it's not great better off with the local food. Atmosphere is nice a lot of locals here but I'd rather eat at a tacobell .

Good atmosphere; neither cheap nor expensive. Helpful staff. Does "bar" food - don't expect anything fancy.

We were sat then ignored for 15 minutes. Flagged down a server to put in a drink order. Drinks came fast. Finished drinks. Waited another 15 minutes for the server to come back. Finally flagged down another server and asked for the check. There was an equal number of customers as wait staff yet service was non-existent. Save your time and visit the gift shop and skip this place unless you are super stoked for the Guatemalan version of Chili's and indifference.

Customer service on point. Loved the food. If you are looking for a place to watch the NFL, NBA or any game to is the place to go.
