Always love coming here. The food is always delicious and fresh. The prices are also extremely affordable for the location. I recommend the quiche but everything I’ve had has come out excellent. The cheesecake is also unreal for those with a sweet tooth Another cool aspect are the shops located within the venue. Make sure to barter if you are looking to purchase something

Super friendly service!! We had some special requests but everything was met with a smile and nothing was a problem. FANTASTIC! 😁 The food was great as well - recommendation: Torre Chapina! And the portion size is really good to big. 👌🏼😁

The breakfast was so good I came back for more the next day! They serve breakfast all day long and wow the ingredients are fresh. Breakfast is affordable (~75 quetzal) and it comes with delicious coffee, homemade bread, and fruit with the freshest ingredients. Even the butter and sauces are all fresh and delicious. Plus, this is a very old restaurant with an interesting history right in the town plaza! Highly recommend this restaurant :)

This is a place with nice plants and flowers surrounded. The breakfast has a variety of choice including brunches, buffet etc. the coffee and smoothies are also decent. They have their house brand coffee beans that are from local Antigua.

When a gift shop is at the front of a restaurant, run. This food was so insanely over priced for the quality. I would absolutely never come back. Even if it was the last restaurant on the planet. What you see in this photo cost me $20.

Does anyone really ask for 2 slices of bread with a letuce, avocado, tomato and small potato salad that was not good at all 97Q? Btw - they call it a sandwich. It is a very overrated place and we will definitely never go back. We didn’t experience this even in more expensive restaurants. The biggest disappointment of our trip.

The cafe is just a few yards away from parque central. It has a variety of pastries to choose from. A really good place for breakfast. I ordered a lemon tart and it tasted amazing.

It's a very nice café. I liked the decorations very much. There are a few rooms each with It's own character.

The Cafe Condesa is an institution in Antigua. It is conveniently located next to the central park and is able to accommodate a crowd. The breakfasts are especially good. The fried potatoes and scrambled eggs with coffee is their main stay. They offer a wide selection of desserts and cakes (most of which are too sweet for me) but always look yummy. It's a pretty spot for a meal. Skip the pricey hotel breakfast and enjoy a meal here.

I am not sure this is the best but perhaps if you are looking for western style breakfast. It’s in an outdoor setting. The selection in menu is good. French toast in in point. They will give you two options when paying. Local currency will be cheaper. My bill is USD 8.30. I ask to pay in local currency and it is USD 7.91 by credit card.

Atmosphere was nice, beautiful garden and fun layout. However, I need to warn you about the quality of the food versus the price. For over Q75, I ordered the garden omelette. The eggs were 10/10, the vegetables were 1/10 unfortunately. All soggy and previously frozen from a plastic bag. For Q70 at a decent establishment, you can get fresh food instead of frozen food. Let’s move on to the “tea”. When you come to a cafe in a central area of the city and pay a premium, you deserve quality beverages. The tea they serve with their breakfasts are simple, old tea bags with a hot water kettle. 3/10. As for the service, they were very attentive and the waitress was incredibly kind and explained the menu perfectly. I left her an extra Q20. You unfortunately will be scammed if you give this restaurant business. They are using their prime location in the park to make customers think the quality is adequately premium. The food is frozen, the tea is cheap, and price is high. Do as you wish, but you deserve a quality breakfast for Q70.

Truly fantastic place! A credit to Antigua. Should have 7 stars. I recommend the Avocado toast with eggs and the Golden Milk.

Place: beautiful! Has many stores and inside gardens in it. Food: fresh and delicious Bathrooms: clean, but not wheelchair accessible. Service: impeccable - Lorena was our waitress Wheelchair accessibility: you CAN go in and find a good table if in a Wheelchair, but not the restroom Parking: there is no parking. You have to either pay parking and walk to the café or find street parking and walk to it

They make a good coffee - the ladies- Guatemalan beans are strong . The cheesecake here is spot on. Coffee grande is about $25 and the cheesecake is $35. The berry cake isn’t as good they just soak it in berries . It’s $30. The tiramisu isn’t very good also $30. The Ny cheesecake is the best, their brownies look good too but I Haven’t tried the brownie or the layered tarts but the coffeee is strong af& spot on and they whip the milk not as good as Italy but the beans are quite robust but maybe slightly burned (miles better than Starbucks that conglomerate menace). Haven’t found any other place for the price and size or quality in Antigua. I hope I’m patronizing a Guatemalan run establishment and not some hippy shop is my only concern, pay it local. Kept it local, my philosophy!!

Always love to go there whenever I visit Antigua. Reasonable prices, excellent service, good food and beautiful setting. Love the history of the place.

Beautiful cafe with different style courtyards. Simple and nice place to sit and enjoy a meal, with not that much crowd (you don’t feel crowded in). Their bilingual menu reminds you of an old school restaurant that’s been around for years, with a huge selection of food and drinks. Friendly wait staff and moderate wait times for food. Drinks come fast. Had the house hot chocolate with lactose-free milk which was rich in chocolate taste but very sweet (beware); and the torre chapina (corn tortillas, black beans, a whole avocado, tomato salsa, 2 sunny side up eggs, and fruit). Very filling for an affordable price of 70 quetzals for the main. Wifi is not good so don’t depend on that, but the ambiance is great. Might not work if it rains, but every other weather condition will be good.

The food is delicious and they have pretty big servings but it is a bit hard to understand some of the options. The place is gorgeous and the service is pretty fast.

Yummy cafe in the heart of Antigua. Ordered a mint latte with a roasted Turkey sandwich. Staff was friendly and there was so much on the menu you can’t go wrong. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice cafe and very friendly staff and great service. However, super disappointed that my “fresh squeezed” orange juice was watered down and tasted like they added orange tang powered and sugar to it. Coffee was good and food was good.

Loved this cafe! Lots of seating options and such great breakfast options. Our favourites was the standard breakfast, potato’s, pate and the condessa hot chocolate is a must try! So rich and creamy and lux!

Very cool cafe in the very center of the city. Located in an old building, inside there are very charming patios, prices very cool, highly recommended for morning coffee and a nice stop during sightseeing

Cute cafe with an extensive menu. Options for meat eaters and vegetarians. I had the hibiscus flower refresher with the macadamia nut pie. My friend had the trendy green salad with a pineapple orange smoothie. Delicious food. Interesting cafe front. Has a few stores as you go along th3 cafe. For those into the cosmos and crystals they have a great section right at the front.

I had my first breakfast in Antigua here. I highly recommend it for those who want excellent service and overall good and clean foods. I tried the el conde sandwich and their omellettes. I like the taste of the eggs they use here. The coffee was great and the iced tea was very refreshening. I also enjoyed the seating as it had multiple sections for some cool pictures.

Place is over rated. Lunch catered to tourist. I had their chicken salad sandwich; you can't go wrong with chicken, right? Wrong! Chicken salad sandwich had pasteurized cream/ milk in it….taste like sour dairy, horrible. Desserts, same thing, anything you think might taste like back home , don't do it! Yuck!! Plus it's been sitting out in a cabinet all day not refrigerated.

Service and Staff was excellent…food however was awful. No love or imagination put into the dish. The most expensive breakfast I’ve had since being on the road for the last 3 months. I don’t mind paying extra but you need to come to the party as well and come up with some outstanding and flavourful dishes. I had the 2 eggs breakfast with a side of bacon ($25Q for 3 tiny rashes…way overpriced) a juice and a coffee set me back $119.00Q Sadly this place was lacking flavour and flair. Will not be returning.

Really cute little place tucked away from an otherwise busy area. We had the Jamaica and Horchata. The pastries looked great as does the food🤌🏼. Will be back to try more of the menu very soon. The atmosphere is lovely and the fountains make you feel at ease and welcome.
