Unprofessional staff. Staff need training. Water supply was interrupted in the midnight and when checked the reception no one was available. Called the number on google never answered but sending text msgs asking to text. When texted no reply until morning. Called the Manager Dilini but never picked the phone. Finally we managed to go around the Hotel and find a staff member who was sleeping and sort out the issue. Rooms are not maintained. I have attached few pictures for reference. Television was not working and when informed it started working but after few hour again i stopped working. Staff member mistakenly spilled some food on the floor and he never bothered to clean it until the next day until we checked out. Very bad smell from the toilets Broken floor tiles and very dangerous when walking without slippers. Curtains are never washed and have attached pictures for your reference.

It was utterly worst experience we had on last 23rd at my cousin's wedding. We were so embarrassed. The service was really poor woth an unprofessional staff. There were morethan 100 visitors accomodated and only 4 ACs operated. Banquet was soo heaty and couple felt so embarrassed due to the heat. Meals was good. But overall never recommend for anyone. Really regret about the staff. I asked for the manager no one tried to call him. Very very poor

Disgusting. We took two villa type cottages there. the reception girl like falling from UFO. when we ask question, she know nothing. whole day power On and Off. There was party until 2.30am in the outside of the room. shouting, announcing. cannot sleep there. it's like stay in the hell. no one answer the phone in the night. unclean pool. morning time its like a garbage tank. public toilet in the Colombo Fort is more cleaner than there washroom in the room

Untidy and filthy environment. The rooms are filthy and disgusting. Washrooms, in particular, are filthy. The extra bed offer has been accepted by the hotel. However, only mattress are available. Visitors are not treated well by the staff. Kiri Ahara will be made for PuJa, they have agreed. However, they also refused to support this. The coordinator won't take my call. This hotel comes not recommended from me. This hotel is rated as being of very low quality.

They have good service there. And a pool in the backyard of the reception hall. Spacious reception hall.

We booked a Villa for 8 people. The villa was very nice and clean. It had two rooms with attached bathrooms. Rooms were Air-conditioned and two mini bars and two hair dryers were provided. A TV with Dialog satellite TV connection, iron board with the iron, an electric kettle were also available. Hotel atmosphere is really nice. They have a small but nice pool which his around 6~6.5ft deep in the deepest end. Has baby pool and kids pool as well. Very satisfied with the service. Friendly staff. Room service also very good. Buffet is also very nice and tasty. And really worth for the money.

We stayed in Grand Leisure Hotel in Three nights on 15th October to 18 October 2022. Service was very badly. We ordered to three meals in Menu but they sent order out of Menu. Breakfast was very poor. I can't recommended that hotel. Executive staff were not friendly. All traveller's Please don't select that hotel.

Convenient location. I stayed in this Hotel on 11th October night. Was a last minute booking. I was charged for hot water and TV with a family room at the Check in. But both were not available in the room when i wanted it. No one responded upon the requirement and after we were completed they checked and offered a room change and refused as it was not the need. Service was very poor and request for any service, staff was acting like it was an offence to them. Pool was big, but no one can have a swim, it was not cleaned for ages. It is not a safe place to leave your valuables. At the check out I requested for a receipt for the payments I made, I was told that they do not offer bills to the customers for the payments. Disgusting! Just after i checked out I found that i left my phone charger in the room. I called them at the same time and asked whether it is there. Then the lady confirmed that it was found and keep it in the reception for me to collect. After 4 days i went there to pick it. They they were saying that it was not there. When I inquire about the telephone call she was trying to get the staff who cleaned the room and asked for me to wait for the staff to come and talk to me after completing his cleaning work. Finally I would like to conclude that it was the worst stay I had with a hotel stay. Never recommend this place for travelers. Prices are for 5-star rates, but service is poor than a very basic guest house

Property is full of rubbish and mosquitoes, but inside rooms. So you cant enjoy outside. Will never go there again.

Superb reasonable price.. Stay one night experience was great. Pool have separated kids & baby pool.. Children's and babies can play safely... Only one complain not cleaned the tea cups of villa... Recormonded must visit again so private cool & calm place to stay..

An employee break into my sisters room in the middle of a night. Caught him red handed. Owner did abosolutely nothing about it. Not even made an inquiry. Dont go there and risk your life..a dangerous place to be..
