This beach is a particular highlight on Koh Lanta and a roadside viewpoint offers stunning views of the cliffs and sea. Excellent choice if you're looking to get away from the crowds. Absolutely stunning beach, just huge - with amazing soft sand. Unfortunately as with many beaches these days it falls victim to the amount of pollution we have the world over and does get a lot of washed up debris plastic. You will need your own transport - we hired a 250cc which managed fine but you might struggle on a small scooter. Couple of places down here to eat and stay. We stayed at the Bamboo Bay Resort which sounds a lot posher than it is! very happy with everything there, food was great, the rooms were good compared to Thai standards. Its all set on the side of a hill so involves a bit of uphill walking. Would definitely go back.

Very nice clean beach..

Although the beach was empty, it was not inviting (see pictures). Visually, it was not an eye-catcher either. Maybe it was because the weather was a bit cloudy and the beach still had some moisture. At least it is a pure sandy beach with very calm water. I think it is well suited for children.

If you go to ko lanta and rent a scooter this is one of the most beautiful beaches to visit..

The best public calm and beautiful beach in Koh Lanta next to Pimalai Resort. I recommended to come on sunset time.

Marvelous place, perfect to relax and sunbathe. Not many visitors during Covid, making it even more serene.

Crystal clear waters on an immaculately clean beach welcomes the visitor. Seems to be a popular place to moor yaughts and shuttle boats from the 5 star resorts transport there customers to and from the bay.

The beach is a spectacular one. Can't be 5 stars because there are six dogs living wildly (and not completely friendly) that grabbed our bag on a few occasions. Also, we found rusty clothes hunger and accumulation or rubbish in certain areas.

One of the best beaches on the island. The northern end has a restaurant and is already nice, but we preferred the southern end of the beach which is more quiet, has even less people and feels even more like paradise.

We came here during the low monsoon season so there was only a handful of tourists. Considering how secluded this place is, restaurant and massage parlors are open til about 11. 7/11 24 hours and can easily find petrol, ATMs and whatever other necessity you need. We loved the island and felt like we were the only ones here which was an added bonus!

I took this picture on 18th of February 2020. There was this bamboo creation, and I thought it is such a nice picture. And then this young lady came and sit. She looked like an angel. Scene was amazing. I am sharing this picture so maybe her people can find it. They deserve to have it! It was such a magnificent experience!

Nice beach that is not so crowded. Clear water. Nice bar and restaurant

The pumping bass of the music from the bar at 4pm when it’s pleasant outside is really annoying. Lots of boats are anchored here which makes it less pleasant for swimming as well. The beach lacks shade and it’s not immediately clear who to rent chairs from.

The left side of the beach is very nice. The right side has too many boats. We had a great time

quiet idyllic stretch of beach on Koh Lanta, get here to have some quiet time, enjoy the sea and warm sand. a place where one won't be disturbed.

Peaceful and beautiful beach, good bar for drinks and food - perfect setting. Monkeys running on the beach further down too!

Best beach in this island. for real.

Kantiang Bay is definitely a hidden gem on the island. It is quite secluded and unfortunately no direct sunset view, but the sceneries are beautiful! There are a few famous bars here to relax. Good to have a stroll, especially at sunset time!

Lovely old school Thailand beach with only about 20 people on the beach at any time. Not many sunbeds so bring your own 1 main restaurant bar no beach sellers

Beautiful beach on the very south of Lanta about 30 mins drive from Long Beach. Was worth the trip

Picturesque bay where you could swim even with children in June (beginning of the rainy season) with beautiful waves. There are also shaded areas at the “Why Not Bar”!😃
