My girlfriend and I have done surfing for 3 days during our holiday in Agadir. We have done classes for beginners and the experience was amazing. Abdellah picked us up in the morning close to our hotel and we spent 2 hours each morning learning how to surf. He was very kind and he taught and help us on the beach first and then in the water. During the afternoon we had 2 hours to practice alone and he gave us some advice to improve our surfing skills. Overall I really recommend this school! Maybe the only remark we can do regards the surfing spots themselves, often they were really crowded (many surf schools) and this didn't help us much. Thanks Abdellah and all his team! Whenever we'll come back to Agadir we'll contact you again for sure!

A fantastic experience in a lovely hostel. The surf guides put so much care and effort into finding good waves for me. Whether that was starting early in the morning or finding a sunset surf spot or even driving for over an hour to check 7 different spots to make sure I got the best available waves. The hostel is clean and comfy with relaxed, friendly and welcoming staff and mountains of delicious food.

Had an amazing time here for a few days. Everywhere was very clean, the food was AMAZING and everyone was super friendly. I did yoga every morning and surfing in the afternoons. Felt so relaxed and at home here, 100% recommend.

We had a really nice time at Original Surf Morocco even though we stayed there only for 4 nights. The surf instructors are great people to heng out with on the beach and even later in the evening, they also teach you a lot. And the boss of the surf house is really friendly, has everything well organized and is glad to help you with whatever you need. You even have an option to do yoga on the rooftop terrace, which goes well with surfing. And the food is delicious. You practically don't have to worry about a thing while staying there. That's why I gladly recommend Original Surf Morocco.

We had a fantastic week at Original Surf Morocco. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the surfing was so much fun with enthusiastic and supportive instructors. We also had Yoga included in our package which was wonderful to help stretch out and relax after a long day surfing. The camp is in the perfect location for easy access to all the different beaches to find the perfect waves on the day. And WOW the food was incredible!! Delicious homemade food breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't have any stomach issues as the chef obviously takes great care with all food preparation. very good accommodation, a living was in a traditional Moroccan house and it was like being in a family, with traditional Moroccan food. especially great were the evenings after dinner when everybody gather on an upper terrace. the sunset view from this terrace is just amazing. transfer and other stuff were fine. they bothered to get me to and from Agadir when i needed to get to a doctor. there is a natural argan oil shop in the next village. don't buy it in touristic places like Marrakesh bazaar, buy it there. just ask the host where it is. the surf instructor was skilled and easy to get with. i would recommend this to everyone. thought, the ocean was cold for me, i knew it would be like this.

My friend and I were at Original surf Morocco for 4 days and since the beginning we felt welcomed like family. The staff is very kind and helpful for all needed. As it was our first surfing experience, we chose the package which includes lessons in the morning and surf practice in the early afternoon. Every day of my stay in Original Surf Morocco was beautiful! The hotel really felt like home with the warmth of the hosts, the care for all my needs and the wonderful breakfasts, teatimes and dinners. I loved spending time on the rooftop, while talking about the day and drinking tea with the ocean-view <3 I loved starting in the day with yoga in the morning and the kind hearted yoga teacher and after breakfast searching for the waves with the surf coach! I already miss being on the water trying to catch the waves like I was tought before at the beach! I didn't believe I could do that amount of progress in the first few days! But they really tought me well, so I could stand up on the board pretty fast :) Although there weren't that many other guests there in August with me, I loved every day and every activity I could do during my stay! I would highly recommend the Yoga and Surf package, because it helps you to get the best out of your vacation: relaxing, sports, having fun, finding friends, the best food and no worries at all. Amazing experience! My boyfriend came here for surf guiding and I stayed to work remotely and have a break from London. It was so relaxing working on the balcony, looking out at the sea. I did yoga sessions in the morning with mahana, before work, which was great and something I have booked classes for back home. The food was fantastic and it was really nice eating with everyone in the morning and evening. Everyone was so friendly and it felt like hanging with a group of friends. We were taken to an amazing fishing village, and ate fresh fish and watched pro surfer's. Sergio and Ayoub were amazing and took us sanboarding and we watched the sunset in the sea. Great stay, even if you don't surf and want to work remotely and see somewhere new!

Nicest hostel I have stayed in my life. It was super clean, friendly staff who were like family to everyone, amazing Moroccan food, roof terrace with sea views and great location. Ayoub and Sergio brought me on surf guided trips for three days and fixed all the bad habits on the surfboard. I caught my first 8 foot wave this will be something I will never forget. I couldn't recommend this hostel, country, location and guys any more. Hamid was really nice and made sure we had everything possible. I can't wait to visit again next year and stay here.

Super recommended! The staff is very attentive, the food is delicious and and the location is very good if you want to go around. The region is great for surfing (all levels) but you can also go visit the local market, the desert or the skatepark. Everything is around 20-30min drive. I went there with a group of arround 14 people. The staff took very good care of all of us, respecting dieat restrictions and different surfing levels and expectations.

We spent 5 nights at the Original Surf Morocco and took 4 days of surf lessons. The food was great (I would highlight the amazing smoothies) and we really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The community areas are great for chilling after a hard day of surfing with a beautiful panorama from the roof, chatting with others if you are in the mood. We were also pleasantly surprised by the good quality wetsuits, other European places often give you damaged wetsuits but these ones felt like new. We really appreciated that even though we were the only two people who booked this package, it wasn't cancelled on the grounds that there weren't enough people. It's fantastic and helps a lot when planning a trip to Morocco, so thank you guys :)

Had an incredible time surfing with original surf on the surf coaching package. Mohammed and Hushem were great surf coaches, we all really improved over the week thanks to their help and the feedback session with photos taken by Sam. We had a really nice lunch provided for us everyday made by Omar and were picked up from our accommodation each morning to be taken to the best beach for surfing each day, thank you Abdullah! As a beginner, I took my first surfing lessons here. It was a very pleasant experience where the instructors explained and taught me everything with great patience. In four lessons it was possible to make a lot of progress. I definitely recommend booking your lessons here if you are staying in Tamraght, Taghazout or Agadir!

Wonderful camp! I liked it from the first time when I was here in September 2015. In the second time I didn't even think where to go. Excellent crew. Very qualified, friendly and helpful. Nice house with plenty of comfortable rooms and places for relax. Amazing view from the terrace on the village and the ocean. Not far from the beach. After surfing, you can relax on the terrace, watch movies, play pool, or just to chat with the other guys. Very tasty breakfasts and excellent Moroccan dinner every evening. The vibes of this hostel are unmatched with their absolutely delicious food, amazing surf instructors and clean and comfy rooms + facilities. I was welcomed in by the lovely staff and can say I had an absolute blast staying here learning how to surf! They offer so many fun activities other than the surf lessons like trips to Paradise Valley, sand surfing in the Tamri dunes and visiting the Taghazout skatepark. I cannot recommend this surf hostel enough to anyone seeking a chill surf holiday surrounded by not only fantastic waves but also fantastic and fun people!

Spend few days in surf camp and really enjoyed it. Rooms were nice, common are and rooftop were my favourite. Place is abit far away from beach but for additional fee you can get a lift to the beach to surf. They organise day trips to areas around, went to Paradise Valley- highly recommend

First time in Morocco Solo traveler What a great experience at original surf. The hotel is spotlessly clean the food was great and well catered for vegetarian diet. Really can't fault this place as everyone working there is super friendly and made my holiday totally amazing. Free transfer from Agadir was brilliant, surf lessons were really good and can't wait to get on the board in this beautiful place. Got taken to both the skateparks from staff which I didn't expect. I had an amazing stay at Original Surf Morocco. I stayed for two weeks practicing my surfing and doing yoga. They have very friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food, cool surf teachers and great yoga. It's a great place to meet nice and interesting people from all over the world. I definitely recommend it, independent if you are traveling by yourself (like I did) or if you decide to come in a group. Am already looking forward to my next surf trip in Morocco :)

I've spent a week with the staff and the surf instructor Tahar. I really appreciate how the staff takes care of me, they are very kindly and hospital. They are also dynamic and open to your needed. Tahar is an amazing instructor, he teaches with passion for his job and it helps to develop quickly. He take care of your humor and feeling into the water. He explains every questions do you have and he is good in motivation. If you want a real relaxed holiday and if you want to improve o learn your surf this is the best choice!

As a solo traveler this is a great hostel. I went off season in June / early July so less people in the hostel but still met lots of people. In the evening the staff sat and ate dinner with you or other guests. I was a complete beginner but in a week we up and riding some small waves. The food was great and everyone is welcoming. Maybe go on season sept to April to meet more people but I still loved it.

Booked a 2 person room and was really positively suprised by the location. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and we had a van in the room for hot nights. We had fresh prepared breakfast every morning on the terrace with a view over Tamraght. The service team was really friendly and helped us a lot in finding beautiful places and activities around. It's easy to reach and there's parking space right infront of the hostel. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and small shops reachable by walking 5-10 minutes. The closest beach was by walking 15-20 minutes away. Thank you for the hospitality!

I had a real blast staying with Original Surf Morocco! The hostel is well located near the centre of Tamraght, close to all the shops and food & drink places, and not far from the beach. The staff is very friendly and I spent amazing time with them. Surf guiding sessions I had with them were very useful and helped me grow my skills. The instructors are very knowledgeable and adapt their teaching style to your skills, I enjoyed this part a lot. Highly recommended!

Super fun and exciting experience taking their surf lessons, enjoying fantastic authentic Moroccan meals, and learning more about the culture there. The surf instructors were very instructive and pushed me to surf a shorter board and take bigger waves. Didn’t think I’d need lessons because I’ve been surfing for a few years, but they showed me there’s always room to improve your techniques. My girlfriend and I stayed at Original Surf Morocco for 5 days. We had a great time, the team is super welcoming (thanks Hamid) the surfhouse is very tipical, clean and we feel like we were at home. There is a open space in the back, in which you can put all the surf staff (boards and wetsuit). We stayed in the room with the private bathroom; the room is minimal but very clean! We had great sleep! We booked the surf house with breakfast and dinner: the Chef is AMAZING! We enjoyed typical Moroccan food every breakfast and every dinner! Really good! And we fell in love with Moroccan tea, a cup of tea every time (Omar after 2 nights already knew we wanted tea before night). Breakfast and dinner took place in the rooftop, amazing views!! My girlfriend had also an half day surf class and she had a lot of fun! Thanks Ayoub! They were happy to suggest us the things to do and what to visit. Húshem is a fantastic surf instructor, who takes the lessons at a pace that suits you, making sure that you get the most out of each session. In these lessons we worked on both surfing technique and also understanding of the water, which are both equally important when it comes to successfully catching the best waves. Húshem's feedback of each wave that I caught was really helpful to allow me to get better and better each time I surfed. After a day of hard work on the water, it was great to be able to enjoy a relaxed evening of yoga (to help with balance and to ease the sore muscles), enjoying a dance and drumming session around the fire at a beach party, and taking a beautiful sunset hike. To help refuel after a busy day, it was great to share a tasty evening meal with the other guests. From the moment you step through the front door, you're greeted with open arms and open hearts from the welcoming hosts at Original Surf Morocco. The guys there are all such kind people who do their best to ensure that you are relaxed, comfortable and have everything you need (even checking you are okay at 2 in the morning if you're poorly from swallowing a bit too much sea water!). This experience will stay in your hearts forever, as it will do in mine, and I will definitely be returning here in the future for more!

A superb trip made better by the hospitality and kindness of the Original Surf Morocco house staff. Communication (accommodation reservation) "via the internets" with the house was super fast and helpful. The final price was as agreed upon in the beginning. No bad surprises. The house is clean (and cleaned regularly), roomy and welcoming. At least 4 places to lounge around if you don't want to stay in your room. The beach is less than 15min walk away so if need be, one can carry a surf board there and back with no problems. The food they serve is Moroccan (abundant in quantity, sensational in taste). No wiener-snitchel and french fries (big plus in my opinion). Also they take care and cater to any vegetarian(ism) preferences. The chef, is A Chef, and it shows (a big plus). Thumbs-up for Original Surf Morocco. ***NOTE*** Tamraght is a DRY village (no alcohol is sold there) so do your primary alcohol shopping at the duty-free shop. You will get a chance to go to a liquor store in Agadir, just ask the staff. It was awesome. I had fun. Will definitely return.

Original Surf are AMAZING! I had the adventure of a lifetime and made memories I will never forget! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made us feel like family…. I simply didn’t want to leave. The food prepared by ‘Bob’ was incredible, three delicious meals a day! Our surf instructors Isham and Muhammad were brilliant, both very hard working, didn’t give up no matter how rubbish I was and great to sit and chat to on the beach. They made the day very fun, took us on adventures in the afternoons and chilled with us in the evenings back at the house, they were great company and so much fun for the week, I miss them already! Our hosts and drivers were also very lovely and looked after us amazingly, they did everything for us! I highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!

Had an amazing time at Original Surf! The food is delicious (vegan-friendly) I love the breakfast pancakes and tajines! The owner Abdellah is real chill, and instructor Junior is a skilled surfer and hilarious. we watched movies, played Moroccan Uno (crazy game!) or hung out in the evenings. The waves in Agadir/Taghazout are perfect for surfing, both for beginners and advanced. I loved doing yoga on the roof at sunrise or sunset, with the beautiful view of the ocean and the mosque. If you want a laid back place to learn how to surf while hanging out with easy-going cool people, this is the place! :)

I booked the "surf coaching package". The monitor (Mehdi) was a really Nice Guy who knows What he's talking about. I was able to catch some (small) green Waves in no time thanks to his instructions (and gentle pushes 😋) Everyday a Nice breakfast, lunch on the beach (a fresh made sandwich, or salade) and lovely diner made by Bubba. So you don't have to think about anything but relaxing after your day of surfing. The people who work there where superfriendly and it was Fun to play some small games with them after diner or smoke some shisha on the terrace. Thank you Abdullah and the crew for this experience! Had 2 amazing weeks at Original Surf Morocco. The house and the rooms are really nice and clean, and the view from the roof terrace is really good. Everyone at the house is really helpfull if you need some tips or dropping off. Bubba, the chef, makes sure you get 3 good meals every day, he provides breakfast makes you a lunchpackage and cooks a great dinner every day. Mehdi, the surf instructor, made sure I learned how to surf. He is a really motivated guy who knows how to keep you going and gives you tips to get better. I would definitely book again at Original Surf Morocco when I go back to Morocco because of the chill atmosphere at the house and the people who work there. I had an amazing week with Original Surf Morocco. The staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly that I felt welcome the minute I entered the surf camp. The surf instruction was excellent and so was the food. The accommodations are basic (but clean and nice). The rooftop area is perfect, with excellent views and a fun place to hang out. I'm looking forward to coming back for another week.

I stayed one week at the Original Surf Morocco hostel for a relaxed week of surfing in December and it was a really nice experience. Not only are Abdellah and the whole hostel crew super friendly, they also help you with everything during your stay. The airport transfer took me directly to the hostel and you are also transported to the surfspots by car. The numerous spots in the Tamraght area are always chosen in the morning by the crew to find the best spot for everybody in the hostel. In general the atmosphere at the hostel was very friendly and I made some new friends during this week. A nice breakfast is prepared for you in the morning, which is served in the pavillon on the roof terrace from where you can already check the waves of Spiders and Panorama beach. A lunch packet is provided at the beach or between surfing sessions and in the evening a very tasty dinner is served on the roof terrace. I was here for just 3 days and it felt like I had a whole weeks holidays. I can't alone and instantly felt part of the group. The staff work so hard to create a friendly welcoming vibe. Whatever you need they will help you. I'm gluten and dairy free and the food was great! The surf instructor Hesham has a great eye for detail, I learnt more in 3 days than I have from any other instructor. The area is really quiet and the roof terrace and dining areas are amazing places to relax. I'm already planning to go back and take a group of yoga students to run a retreat there.

We had an amazing week at Original Surf Morocco!!! It was definitely the greatest surf experience, even if I got very tired after 7 days. :) The place is beautiful and clean, has a nice atmosphere. The food is awesome and the staff is really nice and helpful. They really answered every stupid quieston I had! We had small group lessons, and our instructor was really focused and helped us a lot to achieve some improvement! Thank you guys for the unforgettable holiday!

I had a wonderful stay at Original Surf Morocco! The staff is awesome and made me feel very welcome. I learned a lot about Moroccan culture and some Berber. I improved my surfing a lot. I had a great surf instructor who gave very helpful feedback, was the biggest cheerleader, and usually had an infectious good mood. The yoga classes were adapted to my individual needs and the perfect balance to the surfing. The house is very nice with many chill out areas and an awesome roof terrace. There was always plenty of food ranging from taditional to more Western food. The evenings playing together with the staff were always a lot of fun. We even took a trip to Imsouane one day, so I even got to see a bit of the country. All in all a very nice vacation!
