Pleasantly surprised by this property. Was not expecting it to be anywhere as nice as it was. Yes the building itself is old and there could be some refurbishment, but the service and staff are just wonderful. All the staff were genuinely friendly and professional and had perfect English. Dinner was another surprise. Really excellent. Plating may need a bit of work, but flavour wise it was spot on. The pool is lovely and we had it all to ourselves after dinner. Breakfast was fine. We rented bikes too and they were great. Overall a lovely break. If I had one complaint, it would be that there's no UHT milk in the rooms for the tea and coffee. We will be back methinks. Apeldoorn is a great town to explore as well. People are so nice and friendly.

Delightful hotel, with an extremely responsive and friendly staff. Our room was perfect, spacious and a large bathroom with a shower. Loved the balcony! It is a very quiet area, right near the Het Loo Palace, so we could leave the balcony doors open at night. Breakfast was very nice, with a large selection and very good coffee. Only suggestion would be to switch up the offerings because after 3 days you would love to have something different (omelette? Salmon?). Very good wine selection, and we also had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening. Parking is right across the street, and they had 2 electric charging stations. Will definitely stay here again. One small irritation is that we booked on booking.com and paid extra to have breakfast included. When we got there we noticed the hotel offers free breakfast if you stay more than 3 nights. Neither the hotel nor booking.com was willing to honor that offer and adjust the bill.

Extremely rude staff, flight got in early and was informed that they would not even check for any sort of accommodation. I Asked if I could at least quickly use the facilities after having traveled half way across the world for business and was told those were only for guest. My company had already paid for the week and we have stayed there often. I will definitely let our travel department know and get this place off our company list.

We had lunch in this hotel 29 years ago and loved it. Looking for a getaway within the Netherlands I found this hotel again. We arrived early and had lunch in the bar. Delicious. Went to our lovely, spacious room. Bath, shower & toilet were all seperate. Lovely room and really good service. We had a great Dinner in the hotel which was superb. Slept well in a really comfy bed with really good quality pillows. Really good breakfast with everything available that you can imagine. Excellent hotel. Clean and cozy with a personal service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not transparent about the costs involved in our pet dog staying with us. The old room definitely not a 4 star quality especially considering the costs involved (advertising made it seem as if it was already renovated). In addition, we were promised a fridge in our room and there was none. No explanation as to why this was not the case. Would not recommend this Bilderberg.

Very good service and food. Ideal for gluten intolerant. Nice room but expensive because the jacuzzi did not work and is a bit dated. A quiet and ideal environment

Been here for a training event. Catering was good, breakfast also good. Internal choices and fresh juices. Personnel friendly and professional. No need to mention your room number every time again when ordering drinks. Rooms good, with what it looks like a recently renovated bathrooms. Only thing I was missing was an air-conditioning. During my visit it was warm and with 1 window it was difficult to cool down the room in the evening. Ceilings in the building are not very high. Tall people sometimes need to watch out for door posts when waking the hallway.

Our company arranged to stay 2 nights. Room was very nice. No air conditioning that I could find (that may be required had the weather been warmer). Restaurant was sectioned off for our use. Evening meal was a fixed menu but was interesting. However we had to ask for additional bread, that never arrived. We had to ask 3 times for more wine, eventually having to collar one of the staff. Not good. Overall, friendly staff in a lovely location.

I stayed in this hotel during a meeting and it was a great experience. The newly renovated hotel is beautiful and in great shape! The rooms are cozy, big and give you a warm atmosphere. During the meeting I enjoyed great food and drinks. The whole team of the hotel did a great job! Great attitude, friendly and always helpful (thanks for the Bluetooth Box which we could use during our workshop - which was a private one offered by one of the hotel team members) - I will come back for sure! :)

Nicely updated hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good internal restaurant and the roof pool was a good place to be. Tiny but servicable fitness room. The location is excellent, next to the palace but a little bit off center. The stuff in the room is decent including a couch, 40" tv, desk, and coffee and thee maker. The beds are comfy but we had problems sleeping together as the mattresses tended to drift apart. Also a couple of hooks next to the door for coats and in the bathroom would be nice, but the staff promised to look into it. We had a good deal on the price and that made it worth even more!

Situated at the edge of Apeldoorn city in the forests next to Paleis ‘t Loo. Just like the palace just refurbished completely in 2023 with cozy, warm rooms and a nice lounge. Outstanding food in the restaurant and very friendly staff that help you with every wish. Also quite a large rooftop swimming pool and sauna that can be yours completely with a bit of luck. The palace is great to visit or make walks (5-15km) in the forest behind it with statues, tea houses, forel pond etc.
